What a fantastic hotel. We had a lovely room, with second bedroom. Rooms where very spacious and also mini kitchen with dining table. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly hosts and very central. Wish we stayed longer.

Uno de los peores hoteles q me eh quedado llegue y estaba vomitada la cobija pedí cambio y q limpiaran la habitación solo fue un hombre a darme una cobija debajo de la cama encontré mucha basura y hasta un cuchillo no volveré de verdad q muy mal acondicionado esta el sitio, esta muy bien ubicado es lo único

I actually thought it was pretty nice. Yeah, mabe a little extra basic cleaning needed. But nice staff. Quiet.

The 4 is only because I was unable to connect with the hotel in advance by phone or email to confirm the dog was allowed (all booking sites state pet friendly but nothing on hotel's website and they did not reply to initial reservation request or follow up email, and did not answer phone nor did voicemail state it was for the hotel), so I was quite stressed about showing up in the late afternoon in London with a dog. Turns out all was well, they are absolutely dog friendly, and the actual stay was lovely - though all review notes about stairs are very true! : P

Keskeinen sijainti metro- ja bussiyhteyksien vieressä. Palvelu rentoa ja avuliasta. Helteillä hiukan tuskaista ilmastoinnin puuttuessa ja kapeat käytävät lasten rattaille. Enemmän kuitenkin plussia kuin miinuksia ehdottomasti.

the worst experience possible, NEVER COME HERE AGAIN
I get put at floor MINUS 1, in a cave for 450 pound for 3 nights, without any apologise. I said nothing, i accepted to be in a cave for this price.
For the last day i miss the alarm, the clean woman came at 12h05, knocking at the door, i was sleeping, i forget to put the alarm, i said i would pack my stuff in 5 min and leave.
At 12h15 the cleaner told me they want to CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY. For what beeing in a cave with very bad equipment? she was very arrogant. i said i am the customer don't speak to me like this. And she keep beeing disrespectful saying she do whatever she want. I went to the reception to complain and they didn't even apologise, i just can't believe it still now.

Great location, nice rooms, close to everthing. Easy and fast check in and out. If you book the upper floors, remember there's no elevator. A fair bit of road noise from the nearby hospital.

Incredible, dont trust this hotel they cancel your booking one week before travel for reservation done months before... with these not serious people you will have to find another hotel at the last minute

Great location. Decent price (considering!) Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The room was compact and bijou ... but then it was a single! Only downside was the sound of some kind of pump kicking in all through the night. Would stay again though .
