Charmante auberge avec bar, restaurant et café à quelques stations de métro de l'aéroport de Heathrow.
Voici l'un des hébergements pour backpakers de la chaîne d’hôtels St Christophers. Cette auberge est charmante et ses espaces communs agréables, agrémentés d’un bar, d’un restaurant et d’un café. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, composées de 4, 8, 9 et 18 lits mixtes et de dortoirs réservés aux filles. Il rencontre déjà le même succès que ses grands frères et possède l’avantage de ne se trouver qu’à quelques stations de métro de l'aéroport d'Heathrow.

This was the worst stay I've ever had! There was no code of conduct for residents to follow to ensure quiet sleeping hours. Additionally, the noisy bar located downstairs from the hostel disturbed my sleep, making my time in London unpleasant.

No one is ever at reception.
They have a luggage storage but you can’t use it as there is nobody is there.

Whilst staying here on a school trip many questionable things happened which made me and my classmates very concerned for our hygiene and safety. At arrival a random man was found in one of the rooms for which he did not have a keycard. There were moldy sandwiches and towels found behind the beds and on the windowsills of multiple rooms. In my own room there were two massive bottles of water which had been emptied halfway. The toilets were incredibly disgusting with poo smeared on the walls, a general odour of old pee that couldn’t be covered up with deodorant, perfume or febreeze. The beds weren’t comfortable with an incredibly thin mattress. The windows were very thin which caused the outside noise to be very loud and the rooms to be cold. The rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, except for the changing of the bin bag every once in awhile, during which trash which was in the bin would get thrown out by staff and left on the floor. The chill room had rotten and spoiled condiments out on the counters and the smell of those items plagued the whole room. The only good thing about this hostel is the location.

The bar is fine, but the rooms are horrible. The beds were disgusting, the mattresses have stains, it smells. The bathrooms weren't clean, the toilet didn't flush well. The showers barely have hot water. The staff did their best, but the overall experience was horrible.

I wish I had listened to all the comments and stayed away from this place.
This place attracts all kinds of people and as a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe staying here.
On my first night here, a random guy took my bed and said I could take his bed instead for the night. So the other day, I went to reception and informed the staff we had exchanged our beds. But the staff told me that bed shoul be empty, so the guy lied. Could it be someone that didn’t pay and just sneaked in for the night?
Also, the bed is the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Creaky and noisy, you can’t even sit on your bed without hitting your head multiple times everyday.
Also, 2 showers for all the guests? One of the shower doesn’t even have hot water! Good luck on that, it would be easier for people who are unhygienic to stay here.
What’s more? You want to buy something to eat at the hostel? Forget about that too, there are only a few chairs and they are always occupied.
This whole place is nasty, dirty, stinky. Pay more and stay somewhere else!
