Perfect for my one night stay for a work event in the city.
Relatively easy to find from Euston Station, situated on a Georgian crescent.
Breakfast service was good with a decent breakfast range, both full English and continental.

Good stop over for transport links to other parts of London. Good sized and clean rooms and great breakfast. Would book again

Standort ok, der Rest nicht. Unser Zimmer war kaum grösser als das (schmale) Doppelbett, der Kasten am Verlottern. WLAN-Empfang in dem Zimmer nicht möglich. Die Rezeption meinte dazu nur "müsst halt im Eingangsbereich ins Internet kommen", Super. Dazu wurden wir in Sachen Umbuchung/Erstattung noch schamlos belogen (man stellte uns Rückerstattung der bereits bezahlten Nächte in Aussicht, gehört haben wir nie mehr was, auch nach Rückfragen per Mail nicht. Wir hatten am 2. Tag das Hotel gewechselt, da diese abgerockte Bude einfach unzumutbar war).

Je mets 5 étoiles en considérant l’hôtel dans sa catégorie. Pas de grand luxe mais un hôtel très propre, au calme et avec un très bon petit déjeuner mixant un petit buffet correct continental et du service en cuisine pour l’English breakfast. Proche métro. Un endroit idéal pour dormir au calme et prendre un bon petit déjeuner avant de passer la journée en visite dans Londres. Le personnel était gentil et serviable. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas mais l’hôtel en a prêté un immédiatement et a réparé celui de la chambre durant la journée. Beaucoup d’hôtels plus prestigieux ne peuvent pas revendiquer un service aussi rapide.

Chambre pas propre. Draps tachés, moquette sale. Fenêtre qui ferme mal. Escalier étroit pour descendre à la chambre.
Matelas confortable, petit déjeuner très bon, service impeccable.
Un peu cher à mon goût pour la qualité de chambre.

Très bel hôtel style anglais.

Chambre fonctionnelle et bien chauffée.
Très propre.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.
Pas de bruit, emplacement très calme.
Le personnel sympathique et l'hôtel se trouve à 5mn à pied de la gare saint Pancras et à 5mn du métro.
Rien à redire à part le prix qui est élevé comme tout ce qui se trouve à Londres.

Staff was incredibly kind, always trying to help. The breakfast was great, a little buffet plus English breakfast. The staff was super fast serving and refilling the buffet trays. The place is cute. The room was warm and clean. The location was great, away from the noise in a nice quiet area but within a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants and underground. The furniture in the room was a bit worn out... but for us it wasn't really important and it felt comfortable, I would definitely recommend it.

Bem localizado, rua tranquila e arborizada, a uma curta caminhada do metrô. O quarto era um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas, mas passamos pouco tempo dentro dele. Banheiro de bom tamanho, mas banheira era alta e sem apoio pra entrar e sair.
Prédio sem elevador, mas eu já sabia disso e o hotel atendeu meu pedido antecipado de ficar num quarto do térreo.
Café da manhã bom, com oferta de itens frescos e preparados na hora (omeletes, ovos mexidos e outros).
No geral, boa opção pelo charme de um hotel pequeno e bem localizado.
