Prédio reformando novo, muito bem decorado e muito limpo. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é completo e bem servido.

Personale cortese e disponibile ad aiutare gli ospiti con le richieste ordinarie di chi viaggia per lavoro. Posizione molto centrale. Proprio sulla stessa strada dell'hotel diversi negozi, tra i quali anche una farmacia a due passi.

This hotel saved our night after a long trip back from Sardinia and an emergency at the italian highway.
They helped us even sending a taxi to pick us up from the middle of nowhere, where we were with the broken car. They took well care of us, amazing employees!
The hotel is very beautiful, amazing design, confortable and warm, we never heard of Pistoia until last night and now we would love to come back and stay again at this beautiful property (and properly enjoy) our time in Pistoia.

Thank u again for your help and hospitality… Here you can live the real meaning of hospiyality!

Situato al centro di Pistoia è molto ben curato.
Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria.
Il personale molto professionale è cortese diponibile e preparato.
Le camere sono ampie ben curate e accoglienti, la camera da bagno altrettanto soddisfacente.
Ha la disponibilità della connessione wifi libera.
La colazione offerta a buffet soddisfa ampiamente le aspettative con possibilità di dolce e salato.
Il prezzo pagato è ragionevole.
Trovandosi a 30 minuti da Firenze e altrettanti da Pisa (facilmente raggiungibili in treno) può essere la giusta soluzione per chi vuol visitare la Toscana e rientrare in un luogo tranquillo e allo stesso tempo molto accogliente.

Palazzo 42 is a fantastic hotel right in the middle of Pistoia. Recently renovated to very high standards with everything meeting the needs of a demanding traveller like myself. The rooms are top, the interiors well designed, the bathroom bright and modern. The Wifi functions 100%. The cleaning service is top. The public areas are very pleasant and well styled. The crew deserves a special mentioning for their competence and freindliness: Sara, Ilario, Francesca, Elisa, Yaye and Alexander. A cafe house with top selection is next door. For dinner and lunch we liked "Gargantua" a ca. 300 meters distance. Pistoia is a marvel of an unspoilt italian city. Palazzo 42 is the crown of accomodation.

Hotel molto curato, accogliente, personale giovane e molto disponibile, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione centrale per visitare al meglio il centro di Pistoia.

Boutique Hotel nel centro di Pistoia, struttura accogliente e pulita, personale gentile e premuroso a servizio del cliente. Da qui a Piazza Duomo sono 5 minuti di passeggio, alla stazione FS 10 minuti. Parcheggio privato a disposizione con una spesa ragionevole. Ottima la colazione. Personalmente mi sono trovato bene e ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Sehr gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer, Service und Sauberkeit top. Sehr nettes Personal mit herzlichem Empfang und sehr kompetente Beratung.
