Ideale se si vuole visitare Firenze.
Situato a media distanza dal centro ti permette di avere un momento di pace dopo una lunga giornata passata in centro.
Personale cordiale e disponibile in qualsiasi momento.
Consiglio caldamente.
Ps. Ho messo 4 stelle alle camere non per un loro difetto generico, ma per una mia preferenza, in quanto non sono amante dei letti morbidi.

Hotel perfetto per visitare Firenze, posizione strategica, camere pulitissime, cordialità e professionalità di tutto lo staff. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità. Da non trascurare che i cani sono benvoluti e in più c’è possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento proprio di fronte l’hotel.
Ritorneremo di sicuro per un altro piacevole soggiorno

Ho prenotato all’hotel Magenta su Booking per errore nelle date sbagliate. Ho chiamato immediatamente per chiedere la cancellazione, perché mi ero sbagliata. Al telefono mi hanno detto che dovevo contattare Booking. Ho contattato immediatamente Booking e quelli, per telefono, avevano detto che era possibile fare la cancellazione e togliere la penale (erano più di 200€). Però non hanno mai formalizzato la cancellazione. Poi il giorno dopo mi arriva una mail che io non ero venuta alla struttura. Cioè, ovvio, avevo avvisato! E non hanno dato alcun riscontro.
Per telefono, ho chiamato l’hotel, e mi hanno detto che non potevano fare nulla, non potevano ridurre neanche di un centesimo la penale ed io ho dovuto pagare tutto il valore di due notti senza venire.

Fantastica esperienza a Firenze con un soggiorno piacevolissimo, personale cordiale disponibile attento al benessere degli ospiti... Pulizia ottima... Materasso, topper e cuscini favolosi... Peccato abbiano avuto un guasto alla pompa della caldaia.. Ma in 24 ore hanno risolto... Sicuramente da consigliare e tornare

Lage liegt ideal damit man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann, haben einen Parkplatz gemietet neben dem Hotel für 30€, konnten am letzten Tag sogar noch länger stehen lassen da wir um 14.00 Uhr noch etwas angeschaut haben (ohne Aufpreis), in der Minibar stehen einige Getränke kostenlos zur Verfügung fanden wir auch toll, sehr freundliche Bedienungen und an der Rezeption. Beim Frühstücksbuffet findet jeder etwas was er mag, von Wurst, Süßem, Joghurt oder Eier ......Preis Leistung Top

Première nuit sur Florence désastreuse !
Nous avons loué 2 chambres, une triple avec une odeur d’égout (malgré avoir fait couler l’eau dans la salle d’eau), l’autre chambre avec un chauffage HS et extrêmement bruyant qu’il est impossible de dormir avec. Arrivée à l’hôtel après minuit, donc aucune autre possibilité pour dormir. Les chambres ont de plus une hygiène plus que douteuse, cheveux dans les salles d’eau, nos pieds pleins de poussière après être sortis de la douche. Petit déjeuner en famille histoire d’oublier cette affreuse nuit ? Et bien non ! Impossible de manger à 5 car malgré la réservation obligatoire la veille, le personnel refuse de rapprocher deux tables afin que l’on déjeune ensemble.
Lors du check-out je signale notre mécontentement au réceptionniste, qui a eu une attitude pour le moins « je m’en foutiste » et pleine d’explications en tout genre pour se justifier mais aucune excuse ni tentative de geste commercial vu le tarif de 315€ pour ce genre de prestation. J’ai laissé mon email, et n’ai eu aucun retour du directeur, qui était présent mais n’a pas voulu échanger et est parti au moment où j’ai annoncé que nous n’avions pas passé un bon séjour.
Je ne laisse pas de mauvais avis habituellement, mais je reste très déçue de cet hôtel et du non retour de la direction suite à ma demande.

Avoid! An atrocious combination of misrepresented room quality and rude service.

We were given a room with visible water damage and mold under the A/C on the wall. The management quite rudely refused to switch the room. Direct quote was “as you already used the bathroom before complaining to the front desk, we can’t switch the room today”. They claimed the mold was removed a few days ago and only water damage remained but the photos prove otherwise.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is friendly.
The rooms need renovating. The rooms are not soundproof. There is noise all night long, and you can hear the neighbors coughing or snoring. The breakfast is below average. They do not even bother to boil the egg in the morning, and they serve the cold eggs. The room I stayed in was very small and I could not open the window most of the time. I would not recommend it.

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel 2 noches.
Personal muy amable. Ofrecimiento de bebidas en la nevera de la habitación y para el viaje.
Personal de recepción muy amigable.
Habitación doble muy amplia y tranquila. Excelente limpieza. Muy bien ubicado.

Si quieres un lugar lindo, fresco moderno y super limpio, éste es el hotel. La atención del chico de la recepción es cálida y nos resolvió todas nuestras dudas, dándonos mapas, pidiendo taxis, imprimiendo. Los desayunos ricos y siempre cuidando los detalles del servicio.

Pongo una estrella, pero si pudiera pondría CERO, un total desastre, nose de donde sacaron las 3 estrellas, creo que hasta 1 es generosidad para el desastre de este hotel. En primer lugar nos toco la habitación 206, Reza para que no te toque porque el olor a repollo hervido es impresionante. Tanto que investigamos ( ya que reclamamos en recepción varías veces y nos ignoraron) y resultó ser o metil mercaptano ( gas producido por desechos cloacales o por basura fermentada ) o pérdida de gas metano, nose cual es peor. En fin intentamos dormir ahí abriendo la ventana pero al escucharse murciélagos muy cerca decidimos cerrarla, ah y prepárate para despertarte 5 am por los ruidos y para anotarte en turnos de desayuno (algo q jamás vi). En fin una total vergüenza, y ni hablemos de los empleados fumando o jugando a la play mientras llegábamos, un papelon y una total estafa.

Great location. Great walking distance to everything.
The twin share room was spacious with good facilities. However it lacked a feeling of welcome, comfort and softness.
Great amount of pillows and whilst the bed looked really hard it was very comfy.
Breakfast was great and reception very helpful

I chose this hotel because of its' location which was very close to the city center. The staff is very nice and they try to provide you everything so you can have a nice stay.

A great location just 7min walk to city center. Rooms, we were unlucky we had an inside room which was a pity but sometimes I understand that is the luck of the draw, but the room was a good size. The bathroom drain was a bit slow clearing but clean though. Staff friendly and have more English that I have Italian so conversation was sometimes hard.
Breakfast there was a small choice but loads of it so a good start of the day.

Hotel agréable et bien situé : près de la gare Santa Maria Novella et de l'Arno et pas loin de la vieille ville. Excellent accueil en français avec conseil sur les restaurants possibles pas loin. Chambre très propre récemment rénovée. Bon petit déjeuné. Le quartier n'est pas trop bruyant.
