We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a well-conserved and clean vintage decoration, making us travel through time. They serve great breakfast. And mainly, they have really helpful employees, especially Cristiano and Roland. I recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with a private courtyard. Breakfast was splendid. Probably the best thing was the concierge, Christiano. Professional, intelligent, patient. He made fine recommendations and gave us a wonderful overview of what to expect in the city.

Hôtel très bien situé dans un endroit calme et proche des points touristiques de Florence.
La chambre était très bien avec une petite terrasse très agréable.
Le personnel est très à l'écoute et compréhensif, un grand merci à Roland pour sa gentillesse et sa sympathie.

Brilliant hotel on a quiet street, yet just around d the corner from the hustle and bustle, hotel staff are so helpful. You will not be disappointed.

What a hotel, from arrival Cristiano makes you feel at home and welcome. He takes time to show you on the map the best places to visit and answer any questions. The rooms are what you would expect in an old convent and really comfortable. Breakfast is served to the table and there's more than enough choices. It's well located just a 5 minute walk from the Duomo but in a quiet area.
We will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful! Old World charm, wonderful public sitting rooms and a fantastic breakfast! The staff deserves six stars (out of five) for their attentiveness, friendly personalities, and overall service. One of my favorite hotels in the world!

素敵なホテル　部屋は狭く隣の部屋の音も聞こえてくるが、それを遥かに凌ぐ魅力的なホテル。歴史遺産に泊まっているみたい(築五百うん十年らしい)歴史を感じさせる広いロビー。素敵な食堂と美味しい朝食。執事さんのようなスタッフ、ホテルの従業員さんの服装に至るまで素晴らしい。

Lo hacen tan bien en este hotel que al final del día en una maravillosa ciudad estás deseando volver al hotel. Porque el trato es exquisito, las habitaciones excelentes y las zonas comunes están llenas de detalles elegantes y acogedores.
No puedo separar la experiencia de Florencia de la del Morandi alla Crocetta. Un 10.
