香港吃到的牛肚好吃一百倍
遠遠就看見常常的排隊人龍
雖說網路上對於牛肚包評價非常兩極
但是現場看見許多當地人也來光顧的現況
就覺得一定是非常美味的在地傳統美食
在台灣的傳統市場裡
????????也是跟著在地人吃準沒錯

這個價位在義大利算是非常平價

快速點好餐之後，就可以迅速出餐

晚點還有大餐要吃只能小小吃一點
個頭很大裡面夾的燉牛肚滿到溢出來
????????????有種”俗又大碗”的感覺
記得一定要加青醬與辣醬
內容物有多種牛雜與蔬菜加上義大利香料
長時間燉煮到柔軟無比完完全全沒有纖維感
咬起來毫無阻力，所有的滋味已經完美融合在一起
鮮香肉汁與香濃的蔬菜在嘴裡交織出美妙滋味
辣醬微微提點出辣感層次
多孔隙的麵包完美吸收精華湯汁
咬起來帶著勁道又濕潤的口感????極好
????????????完全是真心不騙
吃第一口我就想獨享一整個

The meat tastes really great, tender & well seasoned.
The bread is unfortunately too chewy and dry.
I will recommend a combi of green and red sauces, it adds more complexity to the flavor.
Service is more in "they do their job"level :p
Will definitely come again to try other foods.
Not the most comfortable place to relax and eat, but the variety was good with a decent price.
I got there around 3pm (they close at 4pm) so I only managed to try the panino with roast beef, their most famous meat. Flavour was fantastic with the special green sauce made from celery garlic and carrot. It was €2.50 for a small one, great price for a quick bite while exploring the area!
