Probably the best steak in Florence.

Regina Bistecca Restaurant is first class all the way! We were a group of 5 and had a wonderful experience. Everything was good. Truly one of the best steak restaurants in the world.

I don't know if it's one of the 101 or Top 10, but definitely when I'm in Florence I have to eat “Bistecca Fiorentina” at Regina Bistecca! I strongly recommend it and if you like to feel at home, just ask Armando and leave it to him, he will handle it. Enjoy ????!

Il nome una garanzia...bistecca esemplare.
Accoglienza impeccabile con un servizio al tavolo veramente esclusivo.

Le lieu est superbe, le service a été mauvais (pas le temps de s'asseoir que l'on vous tend la carte, il a fallu demander trois fois de l'eau, la sauce avec le filet de bœuf a été oubliée...). Le filet de bœuf a plus de 30 euros était trop cuit : le chef nous l'a changé. Après le serveur est venu nous voir, nous a fait la leçon et a été désagréable avec ma femme. La suite du dîner a été mauvais : plus de serveur pour nous servir, à peine un mot pour nous proposer le dessert et un ton toujours désagréable au moment de payer.
Pour 150 euros pour un couple nous pouvons attendre un meilleur service.
Un lieu sûrement victime de son succès avec une considération très faible pour le client qui n'est la que pour payer.

Ristorante ricavato da una ex libreria di antiquariato con personale giovane e davvero in gamba. Fiorentina ottima, ma i filetti ancora meglio. L'unico appunto è la troppa riduzione al vino rosso che hanno messo nel mio filetto alla Rossini, che era comunque di alta qualità.

Alors alors, j'y étais allé deux ans plus tôt avec des amis florentins et l'expérience avait été extrêmement bonne.
Amoureux de Florence, je voulais refaire l'expérience, notamment de la cuisson au four argentin d'une viande florentine.
L'ambiance du lieu est toujours magnifique mais le service était chargé et trop présent.
A chaque bouteille, on nous conseille de prendre la plus chère et surtout on nous refuse de prendre une bistecca EN formule pour 4. Des steaks nerveux nous sont servis, rien qu'on ne puisse trouver ailleurs. La cuisson n'était pas au four argentin. Quelle déception. Surtout avec une addition aussi salée.

Leider sehr enttäuscht.
Der dünne Kellner mit den Locken hat den Beruf verfehlt.Sehr gelangweilt und arrogant.Wir wurden ständig ignoriert.Mussten ständig andere bitten wenn wir etwas wollten.
Bei der Reservierung konnte man den Anlass des Besuches angeben.Ich hatte an diesem Tag Geburtstag und habe das angegeben.Niemand hat nachgefragt oder sonst irgendetwas getan.Sehr enttäuschend.

This is a very nice restaurant very close to the cathedral. Very nice food and attentive service in a quiet and relaxed ambience.
I would change the background music though. I love 80’s music but not sure it’s the right thing here.

Excellent restaurant pour déguster la bistecca Chianina , viande unique spécialité de Florence. Carte des vins impressionnante avec les conseils d’un sommelier. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés attention aux autres restaurants aux alentours qui semblent proposer la meme chose mais avec une viande différente !

Très beau cadre à 100m du Duomo. Excellente viande. Je recommande la Frisona, maturée et persillée, qui est très très gouteuse. Service attentionné. Un excellent moment. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois pendant notre séjour.

Excellent moment dans un cadre très traditionnel avec une ambition musicale jazzy. Le repas à été sans aucune fausse note. La viande était parfaitement savoureuse. Je recommande les yeux fermés mais la bouche grande ouverte.

Excellente expérience dans ce restaurant : cadre agréable dans cette ancienne librairie et galerie. Très proche du Duomo et heureusement ignoré de la horde de touristes, on y sert un superbe bistecca, y compris dans une formule comprenant entrées et dessert.
