Tourist trap
I didn’t get what I ordered. The Tiramisu for 9 € was the worst I ever had. 9 € for a very small glass of Chianti Classico is definitely too much.They almost forced me out meanwhile I was still eating my desert bc they wanted the table for new guests.
Better don’t go.

Carrozze is our favorite restaurant in Florence. On our first night in Florence after a long flight from the United States, we were walking around in an unfamiliar city and stumbled upon this hidden gem. We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff and seated immediately with bread on the table. The menu offers various selections of typical Italian cuisine, which we were delighted to try for the first time as study abroad students. We both ordered the "Mezze Maniche Artigianali Con La Burrata" pasta, which was easily the best pasta we have had in Florence even after trying multiple new restaurants in the past four months. We love this restaurant so much and encourage you to try this spot for a casual dinner with friends and family on any night of the week!

Food was very good. Waiter was the most attentive waiter we have had in Italy. The location is on a quiet Piazza, with wonderful music in the evening. Will definitely return.

Sehr sympathisches italienisches Lokal. Netter und zuvorkommender Service sehr leckeres Essen (gibt auch glutenfreie Pizza :-)) und wenn am Abend gerade ein Strassenmusiker spielt, macht es dies noch gemütlicher. Einzig durch die Perdekutschen, die da gelegentlich vorbeifahren, riecht es manchmal etwas sehr nach Pferd.

Pedimos tres cafés y un agua con gas, y la señora que nos atendió no pudi ser más desagradable y antipática.
Cuesta muy poco ser amable con los clientes más aún cuando no hablan el idioma.
No volveremos.

We got a table for three without reservations, a very comfortable and humble place. The service was a bit slow we waited for about 30 minutes. The atmosphere is really nice and historic a bit cramped with limited space.

Overall, even though their was no air conditioning it was still a nice place with great food.

Personale molto attento, ambiente tranquillo, cibo superlativo. Ho mangiato un ottimo branzino e le pizze (la Pugliese e la Bufalina) erano super appetitose. Appuntamento fisso!

Restaurante típico florentino. Decoración muy bonita y atención de camarera adecuada. En cuanto a la comida, muy buenas las alcachofas fritas y la pizza boscaiola. A mí no me ha gustado los taglatiele con setas, puerros y guanciale, a mi acompañante, italiano, sí .

I had a risotto, a glass of white wine and a dessert, total cost of 30 euros - extremely expensive for Italy, especially for mediocre food!

Overall, waiters were not friendly, throwing things on the table, irritated when being asked for details. I've waited 40mins for the risotto and about 2mins for the dessert that you can buy in Carrefour express nearby.
The couple next to me go their order wrong and have to wait another 20mins!

And when i was about to pay, the waiter asked for "gratuito" (tips) to which I told him to be nice to customers next time if he wants tips but he waived me "bye" ????

We thought it was decent restaurant with above average seafood, pasta, pizza dishes. It fit our eating schedule - we eat dinner early like around 6pm and it was already open when most Italian restaurants don’t open for dinner until 7/7:30pm. I wouldn’t call it “touristy” but it IS located in a touristy area.

La comida deliciosa, el mesero un poco serio pero amable, el ambiente tranquilo y con el clásico toque italiano. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Pedimos una pasta y un plato fuerte, acoplados de dos copas de vino y gastamos aproximadamente €60.00
