One of the best dining experiences in Italy, perhaps anywhere, that we have had. Particularly as a vegetarian, finding restaurants that have actual options was amazing, but overwhelming! Our server was incredibly helpful and kind in talking through their menu and attentive all night. Not many places are worth a 9:30 reservation. Acqua Al 2 is!!

8시에 방문, 예약은 안했음.
사장으로 보이는 사람한테 예약 안했다하니 안된다함.
서버한테 얼마나 기다리면 되냐고 했는데 사장으로 보이는 사람이 예약풀이라고 나가라고 하는데 손으로 훠이훠이하는데 얼굴 맞을뻔함
인종차별인지는 모르겠으나 굉장히 무례함.
맛이 있더라도 갈 생각없고 한국인분들도 이런 집은 안가셨으면 합니다.

This remains my favorite restaurant on earth. I've travelled to 18 countries but can say the meals I've eaten here are the best I've ever eaten/my favorite. I long to return to Florence again and again to eat here. I've only been twice, but I continue to encourage friends and family visiting Florence to stop here for the steak sampler and pasta sampler - yes get your own, don't share! You'll want every last bite

7시 오픈이라 6시30분 부터 1번으로 줄서 있었다. 뒤에디 한국인 커플 5~6커플이 대기하고 있었다. 대기하는 동안 사장님은 전화도 많이하고 바빠 보였다. 7시 2분쯤에 직원분이 콜해서 들어갔는데 사장님은 예약이 다 찼다고 나가라 했다. 뒤에 있는 한국분들 전부다 벙쩌서 다 돌아갔다. 예약이 다찼으면 미리 이야기 하던가 겁나 싸가지가 없다.맛있다고 해서 기대하고 한주먹 거리 밖에 안되는 스테이크 맛보려고 기대헜는게 상당히 기분이 나빳다. 여기 예약 시스템은 알아비니 홈페이지에서 예약 하고 메일을 보내주면 회신해야 예약이 되는 시스템인거 같더라. 나는 이제 가라해도 안가겠지만 갈분들은 꼭 예약하고 가라

The food and the service were beyond perfect. However, there was no availanle menu in English and that was a little bit of an issue as no WiFi/mobile signal reached the lower level.

Last night at dinner we had a good time, we were 8 friends in a large room, until the owner came in really upset, very arrogant and demanded that we leave the table for no reason, we hadn't finished eating and we still had wine in our glasses... Luckily the waitress was there, a very kind and nice lady, who asked us for the table in a polite way. I wouldn't suggest anyone go there though!

rude! 이탈리아에서 3주 동안 지내면서 다음 예약 있으니 나가라고 하는 말 처음 들었어요
우리도 예약하고 간 건데, 그 뒤에 예약을 어떻게 받았길래 이런 일이 있는지?
넷이서 전식,본식,후식,와인까지 다 시키고 디저트 먹으면서 얘기하는데 종업원이 와서 예약이 있어서 테이블 부족하니 다 먹었으면 비워달라고 합니다. 얼결에 대답하고 우리가 너무 오래있었나 싶어서 시간을 보니 한시간 반 지났더라구요.
심지어 7시 예약인데 오픈 후 한팀씩 예약 메일 확인하면서 들여보내서 시간이 지연됐으니 실제 식사 시간은 한시간도 안 될 거예요.
스테이크 전에 나와야 할 파스타가 스테이크 다 나오고 한참 있다가 서빙되거나 굽기 레어로 부탁했는데 그것도 틀리게 나왔구요..
먹고 있는데 서버가 전전긍긍 접시 치워줄까 물어봅니다. 빈 접시가 아닌데도요 ㅎㅎ

서버에게 넷이 나눠서 결제하겠다고 했을때 가능하다고 했는데(이탈리아는 웬만하면 다 가능) 나가는 카운터에서 말하니 사장인지 매니저인지 우리 기계에 문제가 있어서 안 되니까 너네 중에 한 명만 결제하라고 윽박지릅니다. 아니 기계 문제가 있으면 당신들이 사과할 일이지 나한테 윽박지를 일인가?
테이블 서버가 된다고 했다고 한번 더 말했으나 같은말 반복...
싸우기 싫어서 그냥 결제하고 나왔어요.

이탈리아에서 처음이자 마지막으로 정말 무례한 식당이었네요
음식 양이 적은 편이고 인당 40유로 정도 나왔는데 이런 무례함을 다 무시할 정도로 맛있냐하면 글쎄요?

가장 불쾌한 부분은 한국인은 거의 메뉴 정해서 오고 빨리 먹고 나가니 오버부킹을 잡았다는 부분입니다. 그럴 거면 자릿세는 왜 받죠? 황당한 가게였네요.

So rude!
Tried to make a reservation online. It didn’t go through online.
I called and was told to come in.
When I came in he said no reservations available.
I told him I tried online.
He ranted “tried, tried” and came at me out of the restaurant. He was yelling and threatening. He was so loud and threatening to the point that the people behind us also left.
Disappointed because we were looking forward to the restaurant and he made me feel very threatened.

None of our food came out at the same time and they got it wrong twice. It gets two stars instead of one because the tortellini with tartufo was decent. The steaks on the other hand were awful, it came out smothered in a gloopy, watery blueberry sauce that removed any flavor of the grey steak that was hidden underneath. Next time I want to taste that I'll just put some welches grape jam on a piece of toast.

I’ve been coming here for years but tonight’s experience deserved a review! Stefano sat us quickly on a busy night and was an amazing server. The atmosphere here is unmatched. A MUST in Florence!! One of my friends was craving mashed potatoes and asked if they were on the menu. He said no so sorry. 15 min after we got our food Stefano brought out the best mashed potatoes we’ve ever had. Unreal meal

맛은 평범 한데, 종업원들이 무례합니다. 식사시간을 재촉하고 금액도 분할 계산 안된다고 정중하게 하시지 않고 음식도 순서대로 먹는 속도에 맞춰서 나오기보다는 main dish가 먼저 나오는 일도 있었어요
딸기 와인 그냥 그저 그래요!

한국인이 많이 가서 그런지 주문 메뉴를 예상하고 있더라구요ㅋㅋ발사믹스테이크랑 블루베리스테이크 먹었는데 부드럽고 맛있었어요. 딸기와인은 기대 이하였어요 스테이크가 달아서 딸기와인보다는 그냥 레드와인이 더 잘 어울릴 것 같아요

We made a reservation a day before. The restaurant opens at 7 pm for a dinner, we visited there at the opening time. We’re four and ordered 10 dishes including 4 steaks and dessert. They served the pasta with steaks, and when we had been finishing the dinner asked to go out because if another reservation. We want to split our check, they didn’t do that for the card machine do not support that. The food is ordinary and the service is terrible. I never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

호불호가 갈리는 리뷰를 봤지만 전 발사믹 자체를 너무 좋아해서 꼭 가고 싶었어요! 근데 결과는 인생 스테끼... 발사믹 스테끼+블루베리 스테끼 시키고 그릭 샐러드+파스타 샘플러 시켰는데요! 진짜 싹싹 먹고 나왔습니다! 입맛 까다로운 부모님 두분 모시고 갔는데 진짜 대성공이요!!! 너무 좋아하셨어요!
저는 2시반 마지막 타임 예약이었는데 3시 20분? 까지 천천히 먹다 나왔어요ㅋㅋㅋ
근데 다른 리뷰를 보니 식전빵이 있나봐요...? 그건 안주던데...? 어차피 배불러서 못 먹었을테지만요...!
아 그리고 생각보다 저 파스타 샘플러 굳이에요!! 트러플오일 라귀올리 짱맛이고 저 나머지 파스타가 다 맛있어요!!
아 알쓰인 저도 딸기와인은 맛있더라구요! 저렇게 먹고 93유로 나왔슴다????
아 그리고 발사믹 이랑 블루베리 중에 고민이시라면 발사믹이요! 저희 세명 다 발사믹 원픽이었어요ㅋㅋ

Very nice restaurant. Know for it blueberry glazed steak. We got both the steak and pasta samplers to share. Also got the dessert sampler. The desserts were great, would recommend the cheesecake because it was truly exceptional.

Frequento L'acqua Al Due esattamente da 25 anni ed ha mantenuto la sua qualità top nel tempo. Da sempre uno dei mie ristoranti preferiti a Firenze. Tagliata all'arancia, primi e pollo al curry da paura. Siete fantastici!

원래 리뷰 안다는데 너무 화가 나서 답니다.
9시 예약인데 40분 늦게 들여보내줬습니다.
샘플링파스타 진짜 먹지마세요
5개 주는데 맛없습니다. 그냥 다른 파스타 시켜서 드세요. 도전한답시고 먹었는데 후회했어요.
고기는 달지만 그래도 먹을만 했어요. 딸기와인이 인기가 많다실래 시켜서 먹었는데 단맛 술 + 단맛 고기 그냥 이가 썩고 당뇨병 걸릴 것 같았습니다.
아 그리고 늙은 남자 종업원(사장 같음)분 너무 여성 손님을 좋아하십니다. 그리고 음식 다 안먹었는데 홀라당 가져가 버리네요…. 이 돈 주고 먹을 음식들은 전혀 아닙니다.

이탈리아에서 가장 맛있었던 곳입니다.
블루베리보단 발사믹이 맛있는데 기본적으로 맛이 조금 흡사한 느낌이긴 해요.
육질 부드럽고 양이 좀 적은 거 같지만 나쁘지 않습니다. 여행중엔 이것저것 간식도 많이 사먹다보니 배가 안 고픈 상태에 가서 딱 좋았어요.
가격대비 양은 당연 적지만 질로써 충분하다고 생각합니다.
딸기와인도 맛있었어요. 딱히 인공적인지 저는 모르겠고 스위트와인 좋아하시면 꼭 드셔보세요. 와인이랑 같이 먹으니까 딱 좋았습니다.
인종차별 그런거 없고 제가 갔을 때는 저희 말고는 한국인 한 팀 밖에 못봤어요. 담당 서버분 엄청 친절하셨고, 계산해주시는 카운터에 주로계셨던분이 조금 퉁명스럽긴했지만 크게 문제될정도는 아니었어요.
비수기라 그런지 이틀전에 예약하고 방문했고, 7시 첫타임으로 예약하고 가니 사람들 가게 밖에서 기다리고 있어서 괜한 동질감이 들었어요 ㅎㅎ 분위기도 좋고 너무 맛있어서 꼭 한 번 다시 가고싶어요.

Siamo stati a cena con un'amica ieri sera, su consiglio di amici di mio padre. All inizio un trauma: siamo stati accolti malissimo da un signore di una certa età, credo il proprietario, che trattava male tutti ed ho pensato "meno male che criticano noi giovani!". Poi per fortuna ci hanno fatto accomodare in una sala dove ci ha servito una signora che ci ha fatto dimenticare dell altro tipo maleducatissimo, ed è stata molto simpatica e gentile. Alla fine abbiamo mangiato bene ed è stato piacevole
