No hay falla: Tagiatelle al tartufo. Una de las mejores pastas de la zona.
Tambien puedes compartir la Bistecca alla fiorentina para los que estan comenzando a extrañar una buena carne durante su viaje.

Lo de ayer fue otra cosa… tanto mi pareja como yo estábamos dudando entre este restaurante y otro de la zona. Leímos una reseña muy extensa de una chica española que ponía el local y el plato de trufa y pecorino por los cielos, así que tomamos una decisión. Cuando nos decidimos por este ya tenían las reservas completas, aún así decidimos hacer la cola. Había bastante gente, comenzó a llover y nos mojamos un poco, aunque al final nos hicieron esperar dentro con una copa de cava. El trato fué fenomenal, jóvenes muy atentos y simpáticos, imagino que es lo normal, pero a nosotros nos invitaron a unas albóndigas de queso y puerros bastante ricas, y al pan de la casa. Ambos pedimos la famosa pasta de pecorino con trufa y… uau. Ambos teníamos las expectativas altísimas y aún así las superaron. Simple y llanamente la mejor pasta que hemos comido en nuestra vida.

Les pâtes à la truffes sont délicieuses, mais beaucoup trop chères (28€) pour une petite portion et une queue de 45 mn même en arrivant à l’ouverture. Néanmoins serveurs sont très polis et agréables

Highly recommend the cheese wheel pasta ,with truffle , tiramisu and ricotta tart !!! All super good and worth the calories. Long queue, we waited for 1 hour from 7pm / opening time. Suggest that u come early and queue. Service is superb too. Very fast service since very long queue of people waiting in line. So do expect it is not somewhere u can sit for a long time. Welcome drink is prosecco and ends with a limoncello , given by the restaurant. Come with bread and fried dough bread. Very nice fried bread . Damage was Eur40 per pax.

Delicious flamed cheese freshly made tagliatelle with white truffles. In addition, we had grilled octopus which was yummy too.

We had the best meal here while we were in Florence. It's a touristy restaurant but the food was really good and the service was excellent. They welcomed us with Prosecco and also provided Limoncello shot at the end of our meal. We ordered truffle pasta (totally recommended!!), pasta with wild boar and a lamb dish. Everything was really really good. I would suggest making a reservation ton avoid long wait.

Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr spektakulär zubereitet. Leider war der Service nicht so gut. Die Hauptspeise kam so schnell, obwohl wir die Vorspeise noch nicht mal aufgegessen hatten und die Rechnung wurde uns ungefragt hingelegt, obwohl wir noch nicht mal ansatzweise ausgetrunken hatten.

Had one of the best meals here. Their cheese wheel and truffle pasta is an iconic dish. Staff were friendly and explained every plate with details. Salad was also freshening. They also serve welcome and goodbye drinks.

Dit restaurant is een geöliede machine, dat heeft vooral zijn voordelen, maar het is ook wel duurder en iets minder gezellig dan het gemiddelde in Florence. Je krijgt daarbij wel wat "gratis" extra'tjes zoals een prosecco in het begin en een beetje limoncello bij de rekening. De 'cheese wheel' pasta's hebben ook een tamelijk hoge prijs (het gemiddelde is 15 euro en hier is het eerder 25 euro) maar je betaalt voor de showcooking uiteraard. Dus alom is het zijn geld wel waard!

My expectations were very high, especially because of the social media hype and the numbers of people waiting outside. The food didn’t live up to the expectations.

The food: the green salad with cheese starter, was really good. For main, I had the tagliatelle flambé. The preparation is nice, but I had to stand up and walk to see it because they were making the pasta for 3 tables at the same time. This was very disappointing. The taste was fine, but missing a bit of saltiness. It was a good hand made pasta but taste wise, I’ve had much better in Italy. Without the show and for a much lower price. I ordered tiramisu for dessert, but this was a joke. What is wrong with the good old basic tiramisu? Why does it have to be some fancy (not really) looking tiramisu, tasting less good? I know why! For tiktok and instagram, because they add the coffee cream at the end, which makes good video’s.

Atmosphere: the light inside was very dimmed and it was even hard to see what I had on my plate.

Service: honestly, the service was really good and fast. Almost too fast, because it felt as if they want you to hurry up to have more clients inside.

Conclusion: once but never again.

요약하자면 관광객 맛집이예요.
몇년 전에 워크인으로 쉽게 방문했던 곳인데
그라나파다노 치즈휠 불쇼 때문에 아무래도 인스타그래머블하니까 인기 있는 것 같아요.
저도 딱히 맛집이라 느끼진 않았었는데 피렌체 처음 가는 동행인이 있어서 피렌체 맛집 하면 나오는 곳이라 예약하고 데리고 갔네요.
피렌체에 다른 좋은 맛집들 엄청 많은데 좀 새로운 스타일의 요리가 많아서 관광객들이 좋아하는 것 같아요.
그래도 한국씩 까르보나라가 입에 맞다면 맛있게 즐길 수 있는 곳입니다.
저는 그라나파다노 파스타보다도
스타터로 주문한 깔라마리 꼬치가 정말 맛있었습니다.
오징어 먹물로 만든 소스는 짜지 않고 부드럽고 고소했고 스타터로 아주 훌륭했습니다.
저는 파스타대신 멧돼지 스테이크를 메인으로 주문했는데 식감이 있는 고기라 질긴편이긴 하지만 상대적으로 부드럽게 조리되어 나왔고 감자와의 조화가 좋았습니다.
특히나 위에 뿌려진 소스는… 전체적으로 조화가 너무 좋아요. A1 소스 같은거 싫어하는 사람으로서 소스에 정성 들인 맛 나서 정말 좋았습니다.
식후로 주는 리몬첼로는 기분 탓인지 다른 가게들 리몬첼로보다 도수가 센 느낌이었어요.
관광객 맛집임에도 불구하고 피렌체에 간다면 다시 또 생각 날 곳이긴해요.

La mejor pasta que probado en la vida y en Italia . Sin duda volvería una y mil veces a Florencia a comer en esta delicia de restaurante, decoración típica y de gusto .

Unfortunately nothing to write home about. If you expect your truffle pasta flambeed in a pecorina wheel (27€) to be prepared by a professional chef you will disappointed, it will be prepared by your waitress, who despite her best intentions, cannot be up to the task. All in all we left feeling that we had overpaid for something that was just OK and felt more like a tourist trap than a great tuscan discovery.

Phenomenal food. Was unable to get a reservation but they do welcome walk ins, but there is a wait. The staff was very friendly and helped create a great experience. We enjoyed the cheese wheel truffle pasta and beef laid atop of mashed potatoes topped with truffle sauce, so good!!!

Fomos conhecer porque é muito recomendado, e vale a fama. Comemos o famoso macarrão trufado feito na roda de queijo e estava divino, insuperável. Também capricharam nas sobremesas.

Por ser um ambiente único e bastante frequentado, é um pouco barulhento e congestionado no serviço. É também mais caro que a maioria dos locais em Florença; só o macarrão foi quase 30 euros.

Dear osteria pastella,
The food itself was not bad, but the service is the reason for the 1-star review.
The server, white female with brown hair and with tattoos on her forearm, spilled wine on my friend’s dress and jacket. We consider this an honest mistake.
But her attitude afterwards was not okay.
She sighed and whispered a small sorry which we could barely hear, but even then we considered her shy and not very good with apologies.
But when we asked for a refill of my friend’s wine (we thought that was the least we could ask for since we weren’t going to ask the waitress to pay for the expensive dress my friend was wearing), she and a fellow waitress were laughing about it within themselves. They used their fingers to show how little they spilled and laughed while looking at us, very obvious about how they felt about us. We were very excited about eating here after a long wait, and we were willing to look over the spill/not getting a proper apology, but the rudeness they showed to us is just so unacceptable that we had to leave this review.

한 여자 점원 (머리 아래쪽으로 묶은 갈색머리의 백인 여성) 이 와인잔을 엎질러 옷에 와인을 흘렸는데 수건 건네주더니 대충 sorry 몇 번 하고 갔습니다. 대충 사과하는 게 기분 나쁘긴 했는데 실수할 수 있다 생각했습니다. 음료 흘렸다고 다른 직원한테 식전주 더 줄 수 있냐고 하니까 준 후에 본인들끼리 저희 쳐다보면서 웃더라고요. 히히덕 거리는 모습에 무시하는 건가 싶어 기분이 상했고 음식 맛이 어떤지도 모르겠는 채로 식사를 마쳤습니다.
음식은 맛있는 편이지만 가격, 웨이팅에 비해 엄청 특별한 맛인지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 개인적으로 달오스떼 트러플 파스타가 더 맛있었습니다.

음식은 아주 맛있었습니다. 트러플 파스타와 레몬 향이 나는 파스타, 라자냐를 주문했고 치즈 그릇에 파스타를 요리해주는 퍼포먼스가 좋았습니다.
다만 키가 약간 작고 팔꿈치에 타투가 있는 여성 서버가 서빙 중에 와인을 쳐 일행의 가죽자켓에 엎지르는 실수를 저질렀고, 이에 대한 사과가 충분히 이루어지지 않았습니다. 물론 사람이 실수할 수 있지만 이에 대한 사과를 제대로 해야 예의 아닐까요? 심지어 여행 동안 입어야하는 자켓에 흘렸고 술이라 냄새도 계속 나는데.. 그리고 실수한 다음에 뻔히 마주보는 자리에서 다른 서버와 속닥거리고 이쪽을 쳐다보면서 쪼개는게 너무 화났습니다. 덕분에 기분을 망친 상태로 식사를 해야했고 우리가 돈을 내면서 이런 대접을 받아야한다는게 너무 화나네요. 개빡쳐서 한마디 하고 나올까 했는데 우리 여행 기분만 망칠까봐 참습니다.
음식은 맛있어요.

Il y avait une file devant le resto ! Pas seulement pour prendre en photo la cuisinière qui fait la pasta derrière la vitre, mais ce restaurant est excellent. Le décor est décalé, comme si le temps s'y était arrêté, le personnel est irréprochable et les plats sont "à tomber" ! Nous avons adoré !

Réservation conseillée, le cadre est exceptionnel, service impeccable. Amuse-bouches et petit verre offerts à l’arrivée, nous avons pris les tagliatelles aux truffes (préparé devant vous) et une bonne portion de lasagne. C’était à tomber par terre ! Avec une entrée, un dessert à partager, vins, digestifs et cafés, comptez une centaine d’euros. Une très belle découverte à Florence, nous recommandons !

Pâtes extraordinaires et très bien assaisonnées et dessert aux fruits excellent, cuisine très fine, avec des produits frais et de qualité. Service rapide et efficace. On vous offre un verre de Prosecco avec un amuse-bouche et du limoncello en digestif.
