"Un'esperienza gastronomica senza pari! Questo ristorante ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Dai piatti prelibati alla cortesia del personale, tutto è stato impeccabile. L'atmosfera accogliente ha reso la serata davvero memorabile. Assolutamente consigliato!"

It wasn't the first time we went to Fuor d'Acqua, and it won't be the last! We have tried and found excellent restaurants in our life and in our travels, but this is one of the BEST fish restaurant in the WORLD! Just the (long) list of both raw and hot appetizers will confirm this statement which at first glance may seem excessive. Prices obviously proportional to the high quality of what is served. The staff is absolutely up to par with professionalism and rare kindness. Thank you, and see you soon again!

It was recommended by a local. But if you are Asian and have tasted way better seafood in your country, this sea food restaurant is okay. The dishes tasted like din tai fung but in a fine dining setting. Maybe for locals it’s good but if you’re an Island girl, it’s okay.

Materie prime di qualità, pesce freschissimo, essenziale e non gourmet,arredamento classico, vino consigliato ottimo, gentilezza cortesia e competenza di casa in questo ristorante che si trova a San Frediano, un quartiere tranquillo a 2 km dal centro di Firenze. Provatelo e non rimarrete delusi sicuramente.

Nice place. As a person who eats seafood all over the world i wouldnt say it stood out as amazing but it was ok. Quite expensive night. The stater was disappointing as the prawns definitely wasnt king prawns as described. So basically paid £20 for 3 little prawns and some mayo. The main course was better value. For 1 bottle of wine, 2 statters, 2 mains. No desert or sides. The total was £200. You did het free bread when you sat down.
Maybe that's normal for Florence. The sort of place you visit for an occasion. The staff were very helpful though throughout the evening so cant fault them one bit

The food was amazing n "Perfecto" - fresh seafood. From the 1st dish till the last. The dishes paired well with the wine recommended - Prosecco, white wine (2 bottles) n dessert wine. The dinner lasted from 8pm till 11.10pm.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante situato nel quartiere S. Frediano a Firenze.
Il personale è molto gentile , professionale e competente.
Il servizio è stato puntuale e rapido, nonostante il ristorante fosse quasi completamente pieno.
La qualità delle pietanze e delle materie prime è assolutamente eccellente.
Eccellente anche la carta dei vini per varietà e composizione.
Ambiente rilassante e formale.
Location elegante e ottimamente curata.
Senza dubbio uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce in circolazione.

The food was superb and the service better. If you are not local, this is a must. Almost all clients were local. So not a tourist trap. Suggest deferring your choices to the team.

Une perle ! Nous sommes arrives et avons été conseillés par le chef de rang. Le poisson est frais et délicieux, cuisiné en simplicité mais avec une élégance rare ! Une très belle adresse à Florence

Cadre sympa mais déçu du service ,(rythme infernal entre les plats) et du repas ( bon mais plats le plus souvent tièdes). Dommage ne réjouissais de fêter l'anniversaire de ma femme avec toute l'attention voulue ( et demandé par mail un mois auparavant)

Fuor d'acqua m'a séduit par son joli cadre. Chic et élégant.
Leur accueil m'a aussi plu. Vraiment convivial.
Je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse à Florence.
