Great host and best guide I stayed with my wife there for a week we had great experience and host has good knowledge about the city (Bologna)they can help you with every information about transportation and restaurants nice people. looking forward to stay again ????

Had a frustrating time with this company. I didn't check how late we could check in (my mistake) and booked a room, and requested to be able to check in between 10-11 pm, as our plane was not arriving until the evening. They quickly wrote me back denying my request (they only accept check ins until 9 pm).
I then cancelled, requesting a refund, and was denied.
I then asked if I might change my reservation to a different night, and was told that no, as I had already cancelled. Tried to re-instate my cancelled room which was an option on the email from the previous day, but they refused saying they were fully booked up.
I checked and a room was still available.
Technically this was my fault, buyer beware, but really an unpleasant experience with impolite conversations. Also my reservation was over 3 weeks away, so plenty of time for them to find a new guest.
Might be a great place, in a great location...but was an unpleasant experience to be sure.

Ho soggiornato con amici e devo dire che sono rimasto molto colpito dalla bellezza della struttura... Affreschi molto suggestivi che raramente si possono vedere, le stanze sono molto confortevoli ed il personale è davvero gentilissimo!! Molto consigliata!!! Ah, la posizione è davvero il TOP ????

Rooms were sparkling clean, staff were respectful and the price is very economical. The apartment is located in the center of Bologna with a walkable distance to many restaurants and historic places. And easily accessible to public transportation!! And surprisingly bathrooms were well maintained even they were shared.

Sono stata già varie volte a Bologna ma questa è quella che più mi ricorderò.
Il B&b si trova in un edificio di 3 piani molto vicino al centro storico: diciamo che all'arrivo non è molto chiaro a che piano si trovi e l'ascensore è davvero lento, ma poi appena entri è davvero tutto curato e carinissimo.
Camera abbastanza grande,silenziosa con una bellissima vista. C'è il bagno in camera con tutto il necessario.
La colazione ottima, con dolce e salato tutto fresco e tipico della zona.
Per il parcheggio, sono convenzionati con un garage a 5 minuti di distanza a cui paghi 25 euro per tutto il giorno: a parer mio un ottimo prezzo.

Un'esperienza allucinante, la peggiore che mi sia capitata. Gente incapace di gestire il rapporto con il cliente. Non ci andate, scegliete altro, l'accoglienza e la professionalità non sono di casa qui.

Ho passato una sola notte in questa struttura ma sinceramente mi sarei fermato anche per un altro paio di giorni. La camera bella, moderna e luminosa con un affaccio splendido in una delle vie del centro più conosciute di Bologna. Il letto veramente comodo,un bagno pulito e ben equipaggiato tra saponi shampoo etc.. La colazione con l’essenziale, ma curata e ben allestita. Prezzo ok

A wonderful boutique hotel, in the city center. Giovani the owner is welcoming and nice. Delicious breakfast. Neat, equipped and clean room. Wholeheartedly recommend.
