We are committed to serving responsibly sourced food, including seafood that are procured strictly from ASC certified suppliers, and eliminated single-use plastic in our hotel. It was a shame that we were not allowed to stay the second day, because of problems with the identity of the booker and guest, our points were reduced and not returned, there should be a hotel policy to return points.

This property is an exceptional one, located in Nusa Dua, with a wonderful beach, 4 different wings with many room types, a Grander than Grand Club sitting on a Lagoon, Great Gym Facilities, a wide range of restaurants including what we believe to be the best Italian and Japanese Restaurant in Bali (known respectively as Salsa Verde and Nampu), and a team that is motivated and dedicated. This resort has become our annual retreat and we go every year for 1-2 months. We love the Grand Hyatt Bali which sits on lush tropical gardens, with trees, wildlife and landscaped gardens. An exceptional and timeless hotel offering something for couples, for familys, for family reunions, for friends, for intimate or large events and so much more.

I was given the room on the ground floor. The rooms were clean and super spacious. Access to in-room complimentary tea/coffee access was difficult. It is not convinient to use the way it is placed.

友達４名で、ゴルフも兼ねて、クラブルームに宿泊しました。クラブラウンジは落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごすことができました。ホスピタリティも良く、バリナショナルも徒歩圏内で最高のバリの休暇を楽しみました。

The lobby area is very scenic and beautiful. The rooms were clean but dated and needs a major remodel.The beds were not comfortable and needed better mattresses. I liked the easy access to the beach. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
