Un hôtel mythique et historique. L'accueil est parfait : un merci tout particulier au concierge pour les conseils de visites avisés. La vue des chambres est sublime. Le petit-déjeuner est somptueux. Bref, un séjour de rêve ! Et merci pour le sur-classement :)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with staff that are just as amazing. Every single staff member has been more than kind with anything and everything. The hotel is also the best location to be, with it being close to everything. However, Lambert & Co. In the hotel lobby is atrocious. Rude staff, and when I made a Google review regarding what happened, they told me to inform them of the details which I did through email, but to no avail as they never responded to my email. They also had their own accounts make fake reviews the exact day to boost their rating, which I know for a fact as prior to my review, the reviews were 5 months to 2 years+ old. I'm not one to cause issues, but if you can't treat all your customers the same, especially when your store is empty, then you shouldn't be in the business at a higher end hotel period.

Apart from the location being absolutely prime, the service was mediocre. After entering the room, I was surprised to find some blonde hair, which clearly didn’t belong to me (as I have black hair). I immediately called the front desk, but they dismissed it, saying it just needed a quick clean. I felt like they didn’t really care about the guests’ experience, which was disappointing. Hopefully, the hotel management will take note of these service quality issues.

Nous avons dormi au château Frontenac au mois d'avril 2024. Ce fut une merveilleuse expérience. Nous avions une chambre de luxe avec lit king et vue sur le fleuve. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et avec un cachet qu'on ne trouve pas ailleurs. Nous avons également fait une visite guidée du château avec une guide charmante. Pour finir, je vous suggère un petit brunch au restaurant du château. Je ne recommande pas spécialement le service de voiture (quoique sûrement très bon). À quelques minutes de marche (près de l'hôtel de ville), il y a des stationnements intérieurs au prix de 15$ par jour. Nous avons préféré cette option.

그룹 투어에 한꺼번에 결제한 것이라 정확한 가격을 알지 못해 가성비는 평가할 수 없지만 이 호텔에서의 투숙 경험 자체는 만족스러웠다. 고풍스러운 분위기와 거기에 어울리는 정중한 서비스를 받을 수 있었고 욕실이 약간 좁은 것 빼고는 객실도 만족스러웠다. 호텔 자체적으로 시티 투어와 호텔 내부 투어 등등의 여러 투어를 제공하고 있어서 관광하기에도 좋았다. 위치는 퀘백 구시가지 한가운데라 이상적인 위치다.

This hotel is what I expect from a Fairmont. It was very busy even in April which we thought was off season. We found there is no off season at the Le Chateau Frontenac but the service was still impeccable. We had a Superior King river view room. The room was comfortable and well appointed. We had a lovely four hour dinner at Le Champlain. A very special experience. Ate at several restaurants in the hotel and bought some lovely things in the two gift shops. The location can't be beat. Convenient to many restaurants and shops. A charming area. We took advantage of several tours offered by the hotel of the surrounding area. We will definitely return.

Stay away from any type of pre booking

Lieu mythique, ambiance château. Chambre spacieuse, mais lit petite taille.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouteille d'eau à disposition,.
Voiturier pratique mais payant.
Téléphérique pour remonter du vieux quebec payant.
A noter 20 min d'attente pour le pdj, salle très petite et buffet peu varié.

Vous aurez accès à des endroits que même les clients de l’hôtel n'ont pas accès, comme le salon rose ou en 1943 a eu lieu une conférence militaire tenue en présence de Winston Churchill, Franklin D. Roosevelt et William Lyon Mackenzie King ou il était question en autre de l'opération overlord.
Pour information vous pourrez déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel pour environ 50 dollars.

Un incontournable de Québec
Lieu incontournable de Québec, ce château est devenu un hôtel. Il ne faut pas hésiter à rentrer à l intérieur de l hôtel sans y être pour autant client, cela vaut le coup de jeter un coup d œil. La vue sur l esplanade est magnifique, le fleuve St Laurent à nos pieds. De belles photos en plus. Lieu majestueux

Un incontournable de Québec
Hôtel le plus photographié au monde et on comprend pourquoi! Véritable monument, il surplombe la ville et est vraiment emblématique de la ville de Québec. On peut y entrer découvrir le hall et les boutiques même si on ne dort pas à l'hôtel. Les chambres y sont très confortables, le service irréprochable. Le restaurant le Sam est excellent !

Situé dans la vieille ville, ce château la surplombe, il est vraiment magnifique. Malheureusement celui ci est devenu un hôtel luxueux mais l'extérieur reste quand même à découvrir, c'est vraiment impressionnant !!

Rooms are tiny and are only equipped with a TV and a mini fridge which comes completely full of pre stocked beverages that will be charged to you if you move them out of their predefined positions.
No space is left for you to store the restaurant food you were not able to finish. No microwave is provided. The food items in the room are not free to consume. Even 3 star hotels give these away free of charge!
Service is not good. They won't let you into the bar to say hi to friends unless you are going to seat at a table and order alcoholic drinks. Front desk is not polite when checking out
Terrible fact: The internet service is not included in your room! It costs an additional 16.04 CAD per day
