Avis HILTON Strasbourg

Je viens de voir un membre du personnel renvoyer grossièrement une dame de l'enceinte de l'hôtel, sans aucune raison valable. C'est indigne de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un tel établissement. J'en suis choqué......

Avons passé une nuit, en tant que membre honors hilton et étions fort étonné de ne pas recevoir de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre comme dans tous les hiltons que nous sejournons.
Il y a en en effet une fontaine à l étage mais beaucoup moins confortable

La chambre exécutive etait avec 2 lits simple et non double lit quand nous avons demandé . On nous a répondu Qu il n 'y vavait plus de place .
Arrive au loundge il n'y avait plus rien à mangé, nous avions demandé une boisson et donc on nous a sortie une bouteille.
2 dames ont pris une bouteilles de vin dans leur chambre par la sortie de secours.
Conseil : mettre un poste d entré a l'entrée du loundge, de ce fait il n y aurait pas de vol, et le service serait plus personnalisé.
Avons vu une souris filé et avons signalé, on nous a répondu Qu ils savaient et s en occupé.

Enfin petit déjeuner très pauvre, non varié pour un hilton. Décevant.

Localisation : Facebook au ce très d exposition loin du centre, aucune ( nous le savions) mais tram a 5mns à pied direct au centre qui est superbe.
Seul point positif: accueil, réception personnel très prévenant serviable, à l'ecoute.

Today (5 July 2025) was my first experience with the Hilton Strasbourg Hotel. And it was not a pleasant one, if not to say stronger. After a 2-day trip from a country tortured by the war, after all trains, buses, planes, trains and trains, and finally having arrived at the place of destination, during check-in to the Hilton Strasbourg, I was literally unpleasantly affected by the Hotel system/staff. After I paid the requested deposit in the amount of 200 Euros for a 4-night stay with my bank card, upon having come to the room, I checked my card account and realized that from my cart account, there were withdrawn two amounts: the above 200 Euros and 639 Euros as a separate payment. I have not been asked for any second payment; I did not use my card for the second time, and I did not enter my card PIN code for the second time. The room cost is covered by my employer. I ran to the lobby immediately. The receptionist who checked me in just refrained from talking to me after the disclosure of the situation and immediately disappeared. Instead of her, Ms. L.H. (let me call her so) tried to help, and she cancelled the transaction.

By now, I have not received my money back. The same evening, I approached Ms. L.H. and tried to figure out when I would have my money back. The brief answer – sometime, in a week, maybe. And the amount in question is 839 Euros. Then I wondered how it could have happened, and if it happened to me due to the Hilton Hotel system error, then the same could happen to anyone who paid with a card in the Hilton Strasbourg and entered the card PIN code. And yes, it could happen to anyone who paid in this Hotel with a card, so please double-check your card accounts and change your PIN code if you have ever used your card/cards in this Hotel.

Who can guarantee that tomorrow the same error would withdraw any funds from the card accounts of those who used their card in the Hilton Strasbourg Hotel, tomorrow or on any other day when this so-called system error occurs …

I think it is needless to say that the rest of my day was spoiled completely. I feel completely helpless, devastated, and frustrated. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Ja, das ist kein neues Hotel. Aber dass wird durch die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden, besonders an der Rezeption, total ausgeglichen. Hinzukommt, dass alles unglaublich sauber und gut organisiert ist.

In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage hervorragend, das Bett war komfortabel und bequem und das Badezimmer groß genug.

Die Executive Lounge bietet abends vielfältige Kleinigkeiten und ein riesiges Käsebuffet und als Diamond member parken Sie sogar kostenlos.

Nochmals danke für die superfreundliche Begrüßung und den angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fint hotel hvor service er helt i top.
Hotellet bærer præg af at være lidt slidt.
Morgenmaden er ok, dog ikke noget prangende, men der er hvad der skal være.
Hotellet ligger lidt uden for centrum, men lige ved siden af en sporvogns stoppested, som kører ind til byen.
Baren på hotellet er fint, dog i den dyre ende.

As mentioned with most of the other reviews, the air conditioner in this place is practically nonexistent.
The rooms are generally uncomfortable and warm.
There is no vending in this place leaving you to go to the bar which got both my food order and drink order wrong.
The hotel isn’t close to any convenience, stores or grocery store stores, it’s also not very close to the city center. So basically don’t expect much for amenities.
Breakfast was terrible, Watery flavorless, scrambled eggs, The juice tasted like someone added water to it. It was so flavorless.. Nearly everything was very bland.
You’ll notice that these are the exact same points made by most of the reviewers here.
Expect an uncomfortable sleep.

We are currently on a tour organized by the Boscolo agency. This evening, they arranged dinner at a restaurant where, during our meal, we saw a mouse or rat several times in the dining area. Unfortunately, no one took any action despite our concerns.

房間空間很寬，兩個行李箱攤開還有空間，浴室空間很大乾淨明亮，備品也不錯，果然國際連鎖飯店還是比較好，但大廳服務人員感覺沒很親切，早餐算普通沒有很多選擇，這裡晚上很安靜

Hotel vieillissant. Aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi notamment au niveau sanitaires. Un peu loin du centre ville.

It’s a little older here but what can you do about it. It’s in a gorgeous area and walking distance from the center and has AC in the rooms. Not as strong as the USA but it’s doable. My room started making weird noises at night time and they quickly were able to accommodate my brother and I since he has a health condition and needs to be able to stay cool. Some things were still dirty like the bathtub had a booger on it that I know wasn’t mine and the shower kept leaking and causing a water mess. They got us a new room so fast even though they’re super booked. Such great service and they’re so kind. I can’t thank them enough to make sure my last night was comfortable.

Es liegt gut erreichbar, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Europäischen Parlament, die nächste Tram-Station ist auch nicht weit. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind gut, aber manche Cocktails sind vergleichsweise teuer, bspw. Aperol Spritz. Die executive Lounge ist Nett, aber meiner Meinung nach schlecht ausgestattet, es gibt abends nur Kleinigkeiten sonst gibts es nur Getränke und Nüsse kostenlos. Zudem war meine Hotel-Karte am Anfang nicht für die Lounge freigeschaltet, obwohl mein Zimmer den Zugang inkludiert hatte, das finde ich ein bisschen ärgerlich. Im großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel.

Everythings good here! Available parking space for free, friendy staffs, spacious rooms, good food, near from highway.

Un buffet dans une pièce de 25 m2 où il fait 26 degrés ce matin , avec un monde de dingue. (Voir photo)
La taille du buffet est totalement inadaptée à cet établissement. 2 machines à café seulement.
Un choix décevant, …

D’autre part, c’est un établissement très vieillissant.
La Clim fait un bruit de dingue dans la chambre, comme un moteur de chambre froide dans le plafond.

J’ai emprunté une rallonge au palais des congrès pour me raser et me coiffer…sinon le faire sur le palier fasse aux ascenseurs. ????????????????

Το ξενοδοχείο θέλει ανακαίνιση ,τα έπιπλα είναι παλιά και το πρωινό είναι κάτω του μετρίου .Η τιμή όμως στα 80 ευρώ στο booking και αν υπολογίσουμε ότι εμείς ήρθαμε με πρακτορείο που σημαίνει ότι το έκλεισε σε ακόμη χαμηλότερη τιμή ,μια χαρά είναι η σχέση τιμής -ποιότητας .Το δωμάτιο είναι μεγάλο ,άνετο και το στρώμα εξαιρετικό .Η τοποθεσία απέχει 30 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο αλλά κοντά έχει την γραμμή τραμ Β που σε πηγαίνει .Με λίγα λόγια για το κόστος του είναι άψογο αλλά καμία σχέση με το όνομα ,την αίγλη και την πολυτέλεια του Χιλτον .

Positiv hervorzuheben ist zunächst die sehr freundliche und wertschätzende Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Als Diamond Mitglied wurde ich besonders anerkannt, was den Check-in sehr angenehm gestaltete. Zudem erhielt ich ein Upgrade auf eine Suite, was den Aufenthalt deutlich aufwertete. Die Executive Lounge überzeugte mit einer schönen Auswahl während der Happy Hours, besonders die regionalen Weine und die ruhige Atmosphäre haben mir gut gefallen.

Negativ fiel jedoch das Frühstück auf. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und es wurde nicht klar kommuniziert, dass keine veganen Optionen verfügbar sind – obwohl mir dies am Vortag noch versprochen wurde. Das ist gerade für spezielle Ernährungsbedürfnisse enttäuschend. Auch das Badezimmer in meinem Zimmer war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, mit sichtbaren Abnutzungen, was eine dringende Renovierung nötig macht.

Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war der Housekeeping-Service. Es kam vor, dass das Reinigungspersonal bereits um 7 Uhr morgens ungeklopft ins Zimmer kam, was sehr unangenehm war. Zudem wurde das Zimmer trotz angemeldetem Check-out am Nachmittag nochmals betreten, was für mich nicht akzeptabel ist.

Le petit déjeuner était pauvre au niveau choix a manger puis pauvre en boissons chaudes.

I expected the worst after reading the reviews here and on other platforms, but since I was going to work must of the time, I thought it would be ok (closets hotel for site). I can NOT recognize the bad reviews at all, so it was all a pleasent surprise.||I stayed one night private, five nights business. My mom was staying with me throughout the stay.||We experienced a high level of service all of our stay - everyone was welcoming and smiling from reception to executive lounge to the housekeeping and so on. We were well taken care of, we even got an upgraded room even though the app showed ‘sold out’ for our days. I didn’t even ask, so very surprising for us. We appreciated it really much.||Quality of executive lounge was way above expectations, not much but of good quality. Loved the regional wines! Breakfast was okay, but quality could benefit from a lift. Terrace was nice, and a good aperol from the bar! ||My mom got injured on the parking lot - NOT the hotels fault in anyway - but they took action regardless and treated us very well.||Every time I wrote through the app, I got a useable answer. ||All in all, I would definitely come back. The hotel is close to busses/tram and within walking distance of the city center (15-20 minutes), even on a HOT day. Very walkable to the EU Parliament as well as the Council. Quiet neighborhood, not much around, but again, good connections.||The Lufthansa Express Bus is across the street! Very convenient.

Been here for the night .... cant fault the hotel ....
But no smoking area with seating ... I find this appealing.... for smokers to be sat in the sun ... with no seats ... and the drink in their hand ....
They do have an outdoor terrace, but smoking is for forbidden.
So if you're a smokers.... go to other hotel !

10/10 great experience

We stayed just one night recently, and it went smoothly. We had access to the executive lounge, which was an excellent retreat after walking so much around town. Staff was friendly, room was fine. Met expectations. Only slight issue is that the air conditioner didn't seem to do much, but maybe Europeans just have different A/C expectations, idk.

Pour l'ouverture de la terrase Fresco, une belle ambiance méditerranéenne agrémentée de très agréables saveurs etivales nous attendaient. "On dirait le Sud… ".|Le tout délicatement accompagné par la jolie voix de la chanteuse Leila.|A refaire et à revoir absolument !

Digne d’un 2-3 étoiles. Viellot et mauvais petit dej. 400€ la nuit pendant le marché de Noel
