We were 100% satisfied with the hotel on most metrics. Front desk service, bar and restaurant showed high levels of excellence. Well done.
The area of mild concern for me was the room. We were there on a warm night. The Dyson fan couldn't change speed or direction.
Consequently with out air conditioning, the room was stuffy and hot at night. Maybe, install ceiling fan for better air movement? Small room with single bed was somewhat uncomfortable
Room accommodations were fine. Towels etc were plenty adequate.

Bathroom sink drain not working. Half shower door not ideal. Bed linens and towels could use an upgrade. Service very nice!

We loved our stay and will recommend it to friends. Our party of 4 had a spacious suite on the top floor. The rooms were clean and laid out well. We liked having separate toilet and bath rooms. It was only missing the advertised blow dryer, but I didn’t bother the reception desk to bring me one. I am sure they would have.

Lovely staff; great location; relaxing bar area by the pool. Very comfortable bed. Many good things and on the whole we enjoyed staying here.
Easily-fixed details would benefit this hotel:
Breakfast had a good range of food but most mornings, despite getting there 45 mins before closing, things had run out. One morning no eggs, one morning no fresh fruit or seeded bread, and on most mornings both coffee machines had broken down or needed refilling. It's self-service and no-one is around to address any problems and check all is OK. Every time I had to knock on the service door but when I did the staff were lovely, for example bringing us coffee from the kitchen.
The downstairs toilets by the dining room were not checked as the men's had no soap for a couple of days and the ladies had no towels to dry hands.
In the rooms the towels are worn and thin. One was dangling threads and stained.

A charming and comfortable hotel which, at 3 stars, was better than the two 4-star hotels we stayed in during our trip to Paris. The location is excellent for the Bayeux Tapistry Museum and the Battle of Normandy Museum, as well as for the many cafes and restaurants in the town. The staff were extremely helpful too.

Lovely hotel with excellent service, clean rooms and central location in Bayeux. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices for entree, etc. If I return to Bayeux I will definitely stay here again!

What a great stay at this centrally located hotel! The front desk staff were all wonderful with Etienne went above and beyond expectations. Waiting for our car, he went out of his way to make us real coffees from behind the bar, not from the breakfast coffee machine. How very nice of him! The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was much bigger than we expected. We were no more than an eight minute walk from anywhere we had to be. Dinner at La Rapier was wonderful, make a reservation online now as they are now booked through some time in June. La Frangale was our last dinner spot in Bayeaux and I couldn’t recommend it more. Absolutely delicious (12 escargot, chorizo pizza, and chicken Caesar salad, coca cola, wine) and very affordable at 96 euros for our dinner. When we return to Bayeaux, we will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel thanks to the front desk staff and especially our new friend, Etienne!!!

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever, ever had.
Beautiful building, clean room, amazing facilities (the pool, hot tub, and spa are fantastic after walking around all day), delicious breakfast, amazing central location to explore Bayeux.
What really stood out was the outstanding service; they went above and beyond at every turn. In particular, Coline at the bar and Clara at the front desk both went out of their way to make me and my father's stay special.
Oh, and try the calvados (Norman apple brandy)!! They have several options at the bar, including a bottle aged 100 years. Indescribably good stuff; can't be missed.
Our stay at Luxembourg stood out as the best hospitality experience of our entire trip. Thanks again to Coline, Clara, and the entire staff—we will never forget you :)

Le petit-déjeuner offrait un large choix.
Proximité du centre et parking (payant mais surveillé) disponible pour ne pas devoir se soucier de sa voiture.

Lovely town, close to the Normandy beaches. Wonderful boutique hotel, excellent location, very comfortable room with a nice breakfast too!

Nice hotel. Excellent location to center of town. Walking distance to the Bayeux Tapestry museum, Le Notre Dame de Bayeux and lots of restaurants. In hotel breakfast was acceptable but a bit pricy at 19 euros. |Staff in the hotel are very nice and kind. The room had space for 3, in the annex of the hotel. Stairs were the only way up. The toilet and bathroom were newly renovated and very pretty. The room itself, while light colored, was so so. There was not a single drawer to put clothes into. Only 1 closet to hang things. We had fluffy bathrobes.|The cleaning staff did not do a good job. Carpet needed cleaning ( stains and dirty)|Maybe they will do better next time.

We had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and the bartender were super kind and helpful. We had some kind of booking mixup in their system. To make up for this minor inconvenience, they upgraded up room and offered complimentary wine at the bar. The room was great, quiet, clean and spacious. Location is also excellent. It’s within minutes of walking to all the bustling area of downtown Bayeux. Wish we had more time here! 100% recommend!

I booked the hotel for my July trip and the booking was refundable (refundable 2 days before check in date). However when I made the deposit for the booking, it was charged to my bank card right away. It has never been seen for booking refundable hotel with charges right away. The bank card is usually used for holding the authorized transaction not real charges. It was very disappointed. I cancelled the booking and the charges was refunded to my card with currency difference already (I was charged the currency difference due to the cancellation). Please be careful when you try to book this hotel while you might have the same sad experience.

Central location and lovely accommodating staff. Carpet was old and no elevator for annex building, but really only a challenge with luggage and the staff helped with that. There's a heated outdoor pool too.

Please remember when reading this review that it relates to a very nice European style hotel. Bayou is not a large city, and so it will not have the American style grand Hyatt Regency or some such – nor should it.
Our stay here was very pleasant, And made, especially so by front desk staff. Particularly Martine and Claire, who greatly helped us with our connections for tours and for a train station shuttle. The provided breakfast was excellent and in continental style. Although we did not end up using it, there was a small bar room facility easily located across from the front desk. Also, a nice pool facility – outdoor and due to our November visit, unused by us. But during warm summer months, I could see it being a very nice gathering place. We certainly would stay there again, and do plan to return to Bayou as a jumping off point for Normandy Beach D-Day tours.

L'hôtel bien qu'agréable ne présente pas les caractéristiques d'un 4 étoiles comme bon nombre d'hôtel que nous avons visité. Nous avons choisi une chambre avec balnéo, il faut donc se doucher à même cette baignoire (sans vitre et cabossée dans le fond comme elle est balnéo !) car il n'y a pas de douche ! Le petit déjeuner est très léger en produits, pas d'œufs, pas de fruits frais, très peu de charcuterie... ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4* et du prix. Les chambres sont très peu insonorisées, nous entendons les portes claquer, la porte électrique d'en bas s'ouvrir et se fermer, les voitures et motos. Enfin le lit en seulement 160 pour une chambre dite "suite" n'était pas très convaincant non plus.
L'emplacement cependant était idéal dans Bayeux. En bref, un avis très mitigé et un hôtel loin d'être un coup de cœur.

Un hôtel charmant avec un personnel très disponible. Le spa est très agréable et est encore bien mieux que sur les photos que vous pouvez trouver sur internet. La situation géographique est parfaite : dans la ville, mais proche des axes vers l'extérieur.
Rien à dire sur cet hôtel : super rapport qualité/prix également.

J'ai réservé via Egencia, mais à l'arrivée, j'ai découvert qu'aucun restaurant n'était disponible, sauf pour les groupes.
La chambre laissait également à désirer : la bouilloire était très sale et les prises électriques ne fonctionnait pas.
L'accès au SPA est facturé 20 € et le petit-déjeuner coûte près de 18 €, sans option pour une formule express.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement
