Hotel très moderne et confortable. En plus un peu à l'écart du centre ville et donc tres calme. Spa ouvert 24/24 H ce qui est vraiment exceptionnel. Dommage que l'on ai pas pensé à mettre une douchette dans le hammam...

After dinner, me and my wife went here for a glass of wine. Seeing the menu, we also wanted a tiny bit of cheese but despite ordering only two glasses of wine and the small cheese plate, they brought us a full bottle and a big cheese plate to share. Maybe we should have been more aggressive and explained that it was not what we ordered but at first we were unsure as they only poured up very little in our glass. The quality of the food and the wine was good but still very dishonest behaviour.

We are so thrilled to have stayed here even it’s only for 4 nites. The service is top notch especially João at front desk and Solange and Silvia at the dining restaurant. Joao is very caring and helpful and takes the initiative to check with us if we r enjoying the hotel and he makes things comfortable for us when we have a genuine concern. Solange treats us with care and grace and not just another dining guest who comes her way. Both Solange and Silvia remembers our regular requests and just brightens up our day with their smiles!
The breakfast spread is reasonably sufficient and the breads especially the rye bread is tasty. I especially love to sit at the balcony in the afternoon. The view is lovely.

I HIGHLY recommend staying in this hotel! AMAZING staff that really care about your stay there, very elegant interior design, AMAZING breakfast, EXCELLENT location, and a SPA inside - is a great bonus. If you want to treat yourself - this is a great choice to stay! (P.S. The host Bruno was amazing, so kind and attentive - thank you!)

Hotel novo relativamente perto dos Jerónimos e dos monumentos de Belém, mas está longe de ser um 5 estrelas. Serviço correcto e simpático.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Lisbon! Amazing buffet breakfast with really good service. Rooms are proper posh! Spa is great would 100% recommend!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, de l’accueil jusqu’au départ. Les chambres sont belles, propreté ++
La salle de sport est complète et nous avons pu profiter du petit Sauna.

Le petit déjeuner est varié;
(cuisine ouverte) ou les chefs nous concocte de magnifiques omelettes en directe.

Un grand Merci à l’hôtel pour m’avoir fait la surprise d’une bouteille de champagne et d’un gâteau ???? dans notre chambre et 2 jours après pour mon mari car nous sommes né à 2, jours de différence ! Donc chacun a été gâté !

La gentillesse et le service était top.

Very pleasant experience overall! The amenities were new and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit small. The lack of bathtub was alright for me but the showering experience was really good. One of the best shower pressure of all time. Only wish if I could have a pair of key cards because the lift and gym all require keys and if you’re traveling with someone it would be a bit inconvenient. Also wish the bathroom door was less transparent and more soundproof. The breakfast was splendid, shout out to the staff members
