Hemos estado un fin de semana en el hotel. El hotel es excepcional, con una decoración muy cuidada. Es muy acogedor y se encuentra en pleno centro de Ciutadella. Esther y su perrito han sido encantadores y muy atentos con nosotros. Muchas gracias. Seguro que volveremos.

Un petit hôtel incroyable ????Propre,neuf,mille détails qui vous font sentir bien.Un accueil chaleureux,Esther est aux petits soins.En plein centre mais facile de garer la voiture dans les rues extérieures.
Dans l’hôtel,rien ne manque,et une décoration impressionnante ????C’est mon petit hôtel ????Merci Esther????????????

So ein unglaubliches süßes Hotel (chen)! So viele Details, alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Tolle Chefin ???? Die Lage ist zudem Perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt! Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Nous avons passés un séjour de 5 nuitées début octobre et nous sommes ravis de l'avoir passé ici. C'est une chambre Deluxe magnifique avec une décoration soignée et une propreté impeccable. Notre hôte est disponible pour nous donner des conseils sur les visites et les restaurants à fréquenter et elle est d'une grande gentillesse.
Le seul mini bémol est que parfois nous entendions le bruit du bar à proximité mais ça ne dure jamais jusque très tard.
Si nous revenons à Minorque on re réservera la même adresse sans hésiter.

This is a delightful surprise. This lovely hotel in the historical heart of Ciutadella has only five rooms, a roof terrace, and a small indoor seating area. The rooms are all different. Our room was a beauty: designed and decorated by the owner herself, mostly with local materials and items. Prices are relatively low. We were treated very friendly and would love to come again.

Hotel Súper acogedor, el mejor hotel menorquín y en el centro de Ciutadella. Esther, la dueña, es fantástica y te hace sentir que estás como en tu casa. Gracias Esther ????

Esther es una anfitriona maravillosa. El hotel está en pleno centro de Ciutadella, las habitaciones son monísimas, limpieza de 10 y decoración con mucho encanto. La comunicación con Esther ha sido muy fluida y nos ha ayudado desde el primer momento. La neverita y la terraza, top ✨

Hermoso hotel decorado con mucho gusto. La habitación excelente con AC,baño de gran tamaño con todo lo necesario, habitación amplia y todo muy limpio. Céntrico de lugares de interés y para caminar. Sin duda una excelente opción atendida por Esther que nos recibió y que ha sido un encanto con nosotros. Sin duda repetiremos y les deseamos al mayor de las suertes en este hermoso hotel

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de restaurantes, bares y sitios de interés. Habitación grande, completa, cuidada al detalle y muy limpia. El detalle de la cafetera es TOP. Aunque no haya recepción 24h, el recibimiento ha sido perfecto, nos han atendido muy bien. 100% recomendable. Volveremos seguro

Nuestra estancia en Calma Hotel fue súper agradable en el pasado puente del Pilar.
El hotel se encuentra con los detalles muy bien cuidados y muy limpio.
Esther nos lo hizo todo muy fácil y fue súper atenta en todo momento.
Estuvimos encantados.
Volveremos Esther.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We have literally told each other we want to come back to Menorca even if just for the hotel. Our host Esther was an absolute dream. She initially offered to exchange through WhatsApp and was fine with us arriving at 10am for check in (really accommodating) and then was always there whenever we had questions to assist us finding / understanding the parking situation in Menorca, recommended an incredible restaurant just next to the hotel (El Hogar Del Pollo) when we arrive which was the ideal first meal for us (hugely recommend).

The hotel is located right in the center of everything, couldn't imagine a better location. And the room is incredibly cute and super clean. Esther cleans it daily. The bed was very comfortable too. We honestly couldn't have a better stay even though my boyfriend was sick most of the weekend and we had to spend quite a lot of time in the bedroom for him to recuperate.

When we left, Esther was kind enough to allow us for a couple of extra hours in the bedroom before check-out so my boyfriend could sleep a bit longer. On my end, I had to be on a client call on my laptop which I did in the cute little communal area on the first floor and once I finished, Esther told me I could stay as long as I needed if I had to work.

Now back in London, and we miss Menorca but most of all, we really miss Calma Hotel and Ester's kindness.
