Ein schönes Gästehaus mit italienischem Flair, auch im Zimmer.
In dem großen Stadthaus ist der Fahrstuhl aus der Gründerzeit ein Kuriosum tut bei richtiger Bedienung bestens seinen Dienst.
Der freundliche und zuverlässiger Empfangschef Ovidio hilft immer mit Informationen bereits mit dem 1.Kontakt, auch bei Problemen z.B.wenn der Koffer nicht mit angekommen ist.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und vieles zu Fuss zu erreichen, man wird auch bei der Ankunft ausführlich über die nahe gelegenen Busverbindungen informiert.
Sauberkeit ist selbstverständlich.
Der Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen ist ebenfalls ganz nahe , Ovidio hat uns sogar die Koffer dorthin getragen.
Für uns war es ein schönes Erlebnis in diesem Gästehaus zu wohnen.

Excelente ubicación, se llega caminando a casi todos los lugares, fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. Buena relación precio/calidad. Marta y Ovidio excelentes anfitriones.

Termini 역에서 이동방법을 지하철로 안내해 주었는데, 몇 정거장 안되어서 그냥 타고 갔다가 고생했습니다. 캐리어가방이 있을때는 택시 추천합니다.
처음 방을 보았을 때는 사진과 비슷하지만 느낌이 달라 너무 당황했습니다. 집이 오래되었지민 욕실 시설도 좁고 샤워기도 낡았습니다.
6박을 묵었는데, 직원은 친절하고 매일 방 청소와 새수건으로 가져다 놓았습니다.
숙소의 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 바로 공항버스 정류장이 있고 걸어서 주요 관광지를 갈 수 있습니다. 버스 노선도 많고 심야 버스도 있습니다. 숙소 앞에는 마트도 있습니다. 여행하기 좋은 위치 입니다.

Termini Station showed me how to get there by subway, but it was only a few stops away, so I just took it and had a hard time. I recommend a taxi when there is a carrier bag.
When I first saw the room, it looked similar to the picture, but it felt different, so I was very embarrassed. Although the house is old, the bathroom facilities are narrow and the shower is old.
I stayed for six nights, and the staff was friendly and brought me room cleaning and new towels every day.
The location of the accommodation is really nice. There is an airport bus stop right away and you can go to major tourist attractions on foot. There are many bus routes and late-night buses. There is also a mart in front of the accommodation. It is a good location to travel.

La Stazione Termini mi ha mostrato come arrivarci con la metropolitana, ma era solo a poche fermate, quindi l'ho presa e ho avuto difficoltà. Raccomando un taxi quando c'è una borsa della spesa.
Quando ho visto la stanza per la prima volta, sembrava simile alla foto, ma sembrava diversa, quindi ero molto imbarazzata. Nonostante la casa sia vecchia, i bagni sono stretti e la doccia è vecchia.
Ho soggiornato per sei notti e il personale è stato gentile e mi ha portato la pulizia della camera e asciugamani nuovi ogni giorno.
La posizione dell'alloggio è davvero bella. C'è subito una fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto e puoi raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche a piedi. Ci sono molte linee di autobus e autobus notturni. C'è anche un mercato di fronte all'alloggio. È una buona posizione per viaggiare.

Friendliest desk manager we have met, a lovely guy called Ovidio.

Lokalizacja świetna: blisko Watykanu, ale i do wielu miejsc dojść można na piechotę. Przystanki autobusowe również są w pobliżu. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, doradza gdzie i jak dojść. Pokoje są z łazienkami i lodówkami. Standard dobry. Pokoje służyły nam do przenocowania, gdyż całymi dniami zwiedzaliśmy Rzym.

Fijne kamers met een goed bed. Alles wat je nodig hebt en schoon. We hadden een kamer aan de voorzijde. Daardoor hebben we de eerste nacht niet geslapen. Heel veel lawaai van de straat. De dag erna heb ik dit aangegeven en gevraagd of er een andere kamer vrij was. Alles werd uit de kast gehaald om ons een kamer aan de achterkant te geven. Het blijkt ook nog een grotere kamer te zijn. We hebben nu heerlijk geslapen. We zitten op een fijne locatie en hebben alles binnen loopafstand. Een fijn hotel, enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk op een top locatie.

Nos alojamos 3 noches, la atención de Marta y Ovidio fue excelente, nos indicaron que hacer, como trasladarnos, dónde comer.
La habitación contaba con frigobar, lo cual nos pareció muy bueno.
El desayuno era en una cafetería a 1 cuadra,que incluía un café y una factura.. a veces las facturas no eran del día.
La ubicación nos pareció buena, cerca del Vaticano, con opciones de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Estábamos a 15/20 min a pie del centro, y media hora a pie del coliseo.

La Guest House idéale !!!

Ça commence par l'impressionnante porte d'entrée puis le hall tout aussi impressionnant. Ensuite on poursuit avec l'ascenseur à l'ancienne plein de charme.
En fait, le charme est partout à la maison de Marta : dans les couloirs, à la réception et bien sûr dans la chambre avec ses meubles en bois. Rien à redire sur la propreté, vraiment parfaite !

Ovidio, qui parle un excellent français, a été aux petits soins avec nous de notre arrivée à notre départ. Il nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire, les trajets à prendre et a été d'une grande aide quand notre flixbus a été annulé et que nous sommes restés une nuit de plus. Toujours de bonne humeur et chaleureux, nous le remercions du fond du cœur, ainsi que ses collègues qui ont pris soin de notre chambre.
Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous chez Marta ????.

Le petit-déjeuner se prend au Grand Café qui fait face à la jolie place Cavour et ses palmiers.

Côté emplacement, c'est juste parfait : à quelques minutes du Castel Sant'Angelo, du Vatican et de la piazza Navona.

Pour nos visites, nous avons tout fait à pieds, sauf pour le Colisée où nous avons pris le bus.

Une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons !!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Si vous chercher un logement à Rome, n'hésitez plus, réservez à la maison à Marta, vous ne le regretterez pas !

The master of Maison de Marta explained Rome in English with a map.
He give me useful information on coop, restaurants, traffic and sightseeing.

Eravamo molto preoccupati dopo esserci imbattuti in una vera trappola per turisti, I LOVE ROMA Guest House, limitrofa a Marta House. Nonostante fossero le 23 30 siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cortesia. Camera non speciale ma pulita e tranquilla. quello che serve. rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Salvato il weekend. Consiglio se si vuole risparmiare, evitando brutte esperienze come quella fatta da noi a I LOVE ROMA Guest House.

Ubicación muy buena para llegar andando a todos lados, con parada del bus hacia el aeropuerto al doblar la esquina. Supermercado en frente para compras necesarias. Los dueños súper simpáticos, hablan español y muy atentos. Todo facilidades. Habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y con aire acondicionado + ventilador, imprescindible en la ola de calor que acabamos de sufrir. Recomendaría el lugar al 100% y la próxima vez en Roma, cuento con este sitio para hospedarme!! Gracias por todo, ha sido un placer.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ruhige Unterkunft. Tipps für Sightseeing werden gegeben. Frühstück typisch italienisch...Im Café 150m weiter. Cappuccino und Gebäck.

Really nice place to stay. Stayed here eith my partner and her parents really friendly staff who welcomed us in with open arms. Rates for stay were very reasonable and rooms were nice great location close to everything will be back again in the future!

Ya nos vamos mañana y con ganas de volver,el servicio de diez y la ubicación muy cerca de todo,muy agradecidos a Ovidio y a la sobrina de Marta que estuvieron en todo momento para ayudarnos en todo.

Very nice little guest house with super friendly and helpful, competent staff. And indeed, just as another guest here mentioned, "we were welcomed by Ovidio as if we were long lost friends". During check-in he explained where to go in the city, and how to get there, and explained the SIT shuttle service that has a stop right at the guest house. The rooms are somewhat dated but that only added to the charm, they were clean and in perfect condition. The street can be quite noisy, so be sure to bring good ear plugs or close the window overnight. WiFi was not fast but usable and stable enough. All around a wonderful place to stay!
