Ein schönes Gästehaus mit italienischem Flair, auch im Zimmer.
In dem großen Stadthaus ist der Fahrstuhl aus der Gründerzeit ein Kuriosum tut bei richtiger Bedienung bestens seinen Dienst.
Der freundliche und zuverlässiger Empfangschef Ovidio hilft immer mit Informationen bereits mit dem 1.Kontakt, auch bei Problemen z.B.wenn der Koffer nicht mit angekommen ist.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und vieles zu Fuss zu erreichen, man wird auch bei der Ankunft ausführlich über die nahe gelegenen Busverbindungen informiert.
Sauberkeit ist selbstverständlich.
Der Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen ist ebenfalls ganz nahe , Ovidio hat uns sogar die Koffer dorthin getragen.
Für uns war es ein schönes Erlebnis in diesem Gästehaus zu wohnen.

Excelente ubicación, se llega caminando a casi todos los lugares, fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. Buena relación precio/calidad. Marta y Ovidio excelentes anfitriones.

Termini 역에서 이동방법을 지하철로 안내해 주었는데, 몇 정거장 안되어서 그냥 타고 갔다가 고생했습니다. 캐리어가방이 있을때는 택시 추천합니다.
처음 방을 보았을 때는 사진과 비슷하지만 느낌이 달라 너무 당황했습니다. 집이 오래되었지민 욕실 시설도 좁고 샤워기도 낡았습니다.
6박을 묵었는데, 직원은 친절하고 매일 방 청소와 새수건으로 가져다 놓았습니다.
숙소의 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 바로 공항버스 정류장이 있고 걸어서 주요 관광지를 갈 수 있습니다. 버스 노선도 많고 심야 버스도 있습니다. 숙소 앞에는 마트도 있습니다. 여행하기 좋은 위치 입니다.

Termini Station showed me how to get there by subway, but it was only a few stops away, so I just took it and had a hard time. I recommend a taxi when there is a carrier bag.
When I first saw the room, it looked similar to the picture, but it felt different, so I was very embarrassed. Although the house is old, the bathroom facilities are narrow and the shower is old.
I stayed for six nights, and the staff was friendly and brought me room cleaning and new towels every day.
The location of the accommodation is really nice. There is an airport bus stop right away and you can go to major tourist attractions on foot. There are many bus routes and late-night buses. There is also a mart in front of the accommodation. It is a good location to travel.

La Stazione Termini mi ha mostrato come arrivarci con la metropolitana, ma era solo a poche fermate, quindi l'ho presa e ho avuto difficoltà. Raccomando un taxi quando c'è una borsa della spesa.
Quando ho visto la stanza per la prima volta, sembrava simile alla foto, ma sembrava diversa, quindi ero molto imbarazzata. Nonostante la casa sia vecchia, i bagni sono stretti e la doccia è vecchia.
Ho soggiornato per sei notti e il personale è stato gentile e mi ha portato la pulizia della camera e asciugamani nuovi ogni giorno.
La posizione dell'alloggio è davvero bella. C'è subito una fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto e puoi raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche a piedi. Ci sono molte linee di autobus e autobus notturni. C'è anche un mercato di fronte all'alloggio. È una buona posizione per viaggiare.
