they have been helpful and professional to me
the hotel has its own restaurant, the kitchen is good, was there dining 3 times
rooms are not inside the hotel itself, the doors to the rooms are directly outside of the building, so if you are opening the room doors then you are directly outside,
so it's not a hotel in a classic way of meaning, rather it's more like a hostel.
no noise coming from outside, during the day neither during the night, so I've been sleeping good.
the only issue is the location, it's inside a resort directly connected to the botanic garden of sainte-maxime.
it's quiet and nice around, however you have to walk for like 6 minutes for reaching the town [6 minutes for me, I'm a former soldier], that's why the 1 star only for its location.
cleanliness, the room where I was, was clean, even the bathroom was clean
I've found out even the shower head was clean
that's kinda "shocking" to me, since there cannot be a hotel with clean shower heads [????]
my room [spacey room] got cleaned every day, and nicely so after when I came back, the room always had the nice smell
despite the location, I'd recommend this place for anybody [solo, couples, family]
*edit, I've recently learned [from the reception], it's allowed to smoke on the balcony
not a good thing, tho
got a disgusting cigarette smell into my room, had to close the window

Compagne, et si vous voulez un lieu calme, propre (literie et chambre très propre) et du personnel à vos petits soins, de la réception aux femmes de ménage, tout le monde est très gentil, vous serez très bien accueillis croyez nous!

Rooms were clean and nice, but a bit outdated.
Location is great.
Breakfest was poor, but dinner was very bad.
Mais la propreté pour ce lieu n'est pas à la hauteur (serviettes de toilette tachées, table du balcon non nettoyée, plus de gel douche, hamam défectueux).
Le repas du soir expédié (vite, vite) et pas bon (produits surgelés, pas fait maison), aucune finesse.
Très décevant, un cadeau offert par mes enfants qui ont mis le prix.
Literie au top.
On attend beaucoup du petit déjeuner!

Personnel très attentionné.
L emplacement incroyable à 20 mn à pied du centre ville ,arboré avec un jardin botanique qui vous emmène sur la promenade .
Les massages sont parfaits ,relaxant et toniques .
La piscine est très grande ,en plein soleil .
Nous recommandons et reviendrons certainement dans cet établissement.
Je ne retiens que des points forts, comme son cadre avec un somptueux parc arboré et verdoyant et impeccablement entretenu, l'ensemble du personnel qui est agréables, souriant et très professionnel, les chambres très propres et bien équipées, la cuisine du restaurant qui propose d'excellent plats, le bar qui nous sert de délicieux cocktails avec un petit clin d'œil au "LIV". Bref, je ne peux que vous recommander cet établissement, et il est sur que je reviendrai qu'il en soit pour un prochain déplacement professionnel, et même pour de futurs vacances.

Would really recommend this as a place to relax and unwind. The pools were lovely, hamam wonderful, the massage was out of this world. The pool and ping pong was fun. All in all a very relaxing safe secure place to stay. The market on a friday morning in sainte maxime was very good together with the market in st tropez on a tuesday. The river ferry from sainte maxime was great out to st tropez, 9 euros per person a great way to sea this area and the busses were frequent from sainte maxime to st tropez every hour at 2.50 euros per person. Nikki beach was a great cocktail opening event on the 17.04.2025 which we were lucky to get a personal invite as one of my friends ( Allessandro Pizza) is a head food consultant there. Wow what an evening. Finally, Les petit gallets overlooking the gulf what a great team there Gordon, Julian Karl and the team well be back some time. We were lucky as it was bustleing but not too busy when we were there
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le hammam et le massage, un vrai moment de détente. Un grand merci aux masseuses pour leur gentillesse et le soin qu'elles ont apporté à notre bien-être.
Un séjour ressourçant et plein de belles attentions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
