Établissement premium avec un emplacement idéal.
Le petit-déjeuner est remarquable.
Il faut surtout donner une mention spéciale au personnel qui est très sympathique et compétent.

Nos estafaron. Nada es lo que parece.

Desde que llegamos todo fue decepcionante. Las fotos en la página no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.. muestran un lugar moderno, limpio y cuidado.. pero lo que encontramos fue totalmente distinto. El lugar está descuidado, sucio y nada se parece a lo que anuncian.

Nos sentimos engañados. Todo está pensado para aparentar algo que no es. La relación calidad-precio es absurda, el servicio fue pésimo y no se hacen responsables de nada. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Ojalá hubiera leído una reseña honesta antes de reservar.

My parents recently stayed at Hotel La Mandarine in Saint-Tropez and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of their experience. The calm and peaceful atmosphere is just unbeatable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. A truly exceptional stay — highly recommended.

The service was excellent. Love the shuttle that takes you to town and picks you up - st tropez is on a hill and we visited during a heat wave so it was a lifesaver. The pool was surprisingly quiet even though the hotel was fully booked! Also the breakfast buffet was sooooo good. Anyway next time I’m in st tropez I will definitely come back here!

Desperately needs air conditioning and at least one of the public rooms either the bar lobby or someplace staff was very nice particularly enjoyed the boys who had cars into town for us

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Mandarine. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et conforme à nos attentes. L’ambiance est détendue et chaleureuse, on s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était parfaite. Le restaurant propose une cuisine savoureuse et un service soigné. Une adresse idéale pour profiter de Saint-Tropez autrement, à l’écart de l’agitation mais tout proche du centre.

C’est avec une émotion particulière que nous avons retrouvé cette année l’hôtel-restaurant La Mandarine, que nous avions découvert l’an passé lors d’un séjour qui nous avait profondément marqués. Dès notre arrivée, quelle joie d’être reconnus par Monsieur Zimmerlin, le Directeur de l’établissement, dont le sens du détail, la mémoire des visages et le professionnalisme exemplaire nous ont une nouvelle fois impressionnés.

Son accueil chaleureux, empreint d’élégance et de discrétion, donne immédiatement le ton, ici, rien n’est laissé au hasard, tout est orchestré avec rigueur et bienveillance. On sent derrière chaque geste et chaque attention une direction exigeante, impliquée, et soucieuse d’offrir une expérience unique à chacun de ses hôtes.

Le cadre, toujours aussi enchanteur, invite à la sérénité. Le déjeuner pris au bord de la piscine fut un moment suspendu, mêlant saveurs délicates et service irréprochable.

Revenir à La Mandarine, c’est retrouver un lieu, mais surtout une équipe portée par une direction attentive et passionnée. Un vrai coup de cœur que nous ne pouvons que recommander à ceux qui recherchent authenticité, raffinement… et un accueil profondément humain.

Certainly not a five star resort as they claim due to room amenities, room quality, and overall service. But can be correctly classified as an upscale retreat. Very tranquil grounds and majority of staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel grounds and pool were beautiful The staff was amazing. The concierge was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. The room was quite small and we couldn’t get it cool enough.

A fantastic hotel close to the centre. Their shuttle service makes the access to the town centre even more easier. Have to mention Océane the fabulous concierge member who went out of her way to help us with an external issue and even following up after we got home. Good breakfast spread. And good rooms.
Definitely a place to stay if you in Saint Tropez.

This hotel is so charming and beautiful. It’s close to town but feels like a world away. The pool area is stunning and the center courtyard where the restaurant is looks like a movie. The morning breakfast spread is incredible. All the staff members were so lovely! The rooms and bathrooms are small and dated and the AC is a mini split that didn’t work great but they were able to bring a fan to our room and that made a big difference. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this property if you’re looking for a family run boutique feel for a hotel stay.

This hotel is always a good choice to stay in St Tropez , the people are very nice , the location its typical provencal style with a nice and quite the pool and its convenient to arrive at the beaches in Ramatuelle and the city center .

O hotel tem estilo próprio e os funcionários são todos, sem exceção, muito solícitos, gentis, agradáveis e simpáticos. |O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo. |O estacionamento do hotel é gratuito e os manobristas estão sempre prontos.|O hotel também tem transfer para o centrinho de St. Tropez, o que facilita demais (apesar de ser muito próximo do centrinho).|O café da manhã é excepcional.|Adorei o hotel e, se um dia voltarmos a St Tropez, nos hospedaremos neste hotel. |Parabéns a toda a equipe do hotel!

2 star room that we got with luggage at 4.15 despite request for early check-in (not a word of sorry). Rate 1.380€ (in June!) far too much. Very nice breakfast and pool area though. Try Villa Marie for this rate. Cheval Blanc for higher. Or perhaps we were just unlycky with our room. 4 star hotel with 5 star prices.

From the moment you arrive until your drive home it is an experience of friendly service. It is not in the city center of St Tropez but at walking distance or you can use a free shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet is perfect, delicious. We had suite nr 6 which is a fantastic room. ||

Very disappointing hotel. We asked for a later check out but this was not possible. The check out is at 11:00 in the morning at 11:15 the reception starts calling the room. They threatened us to charge us more money if we were not gone by 11:30! The hotel is very old and needs a renovation. The bathroom has fungus on the wall. The hotel is situated just above the center of St Tropez. In the high session there are traffic jams directly when leaving the hotel. Employees are not nice!

Il contesto è elegante e l'ambiente tranquillo. Lo stile rustico è apprezzabile ma sarebbero necessari dei miglioramenti e degli ammodernamenti della struttura e andrebbe risolto il problema delle zanzare che rendono impossibile stare in piscina. Il personale è estremamente cortese, estremamente disponibile e sempre gentile. Nel complesso, non è un hotel a 5 stelle ma può comunque essere una soluzione piacevole per una breve vacanza.

I recently had the most incredible stay at Hôtel La Mandarine, and I can't help but give it a glowing 5-star review. From the moment we arrived, the staff and concierge provided us with exceptional service that truly made our experience unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary shuttle service that transported us to the city every day. This convenience added so much value to our trip, allowing us to explore St. Tropez with ease and without any worries about transportation.

American here, reasonably well traveled. Part of this rating is based specifically on the very high cost of this hotel for the value we received. First, the good. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time in Saint Tropez including helping with dinner reservations, arranging taxis, and making excellent (if pricey) suggestions. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is beautiful, and the setting/ambiance is lovely. That said, the value we got for a “5-star hotel” at a very high price point was not what we expected. The AC in summer was pathetic. We had to switch rooms when we arrived because the AC in the first room broke almost immediately. We had lots of spiders/bugs because the bathroom windows were old and rotting, so they let in lots of visitors. The bathroom was a boiling sauna for practically our entire stay. This place is pretty far from the center of town, and while they do conveniently provide shuttle service to the main square in town, traffic in summer is pretty bad so it takes time to get anywhere. The mosquitoes out here in the country were ferocious such that we did not want to eat (and be eaten) poolside in the evening, which for whatever reason was the only dining option other than room service (we ordered this once by default). They only use their main dining room for breakfast for some unknown reason.
