Le plus gros problème de votre camping est la route et toutes les voitures qui font la course juste devant votre établissement. Les nuits n’ont pas été reposante pour des vacances. Concernant les sanitaires il serait bien de mettre du papier à disposition. Pour les douches : nous avons utilisé la même durant notre séjour et pendant 6 jours il y avait un flacon vide un gant et des mouchoirs en haut de celle ci ! Après je comprends que certaines personnes ne respectent pas les lieux ! Néanmoins le camping est très beau et concernant les équipements il vous manque principalement une piscine.

Vacances aux Mûres
Le camping est idéalement situé pour jeune couple, avec une salle de sport propre et un bon matériel. Moins de repos car les emplacements sont tous mélangés, parfois compliqué d’être tranquille apres 7h du matin ... dommage en vacances.

It was a last minute decision to dash down to the VAR and we're happy to have picked this camping site. The 1st day upon arrival the planned location was not ideal however the staff communicated internally and moved us to a larger spot. Good points for service :). The cabane bistro is a great asset as well - friendly staff and great food for the right price.

Joli Camping idéalement situé, camping car sur la plage un régal pour les enfants qui ne manquent pas d’activités
Très bien entretenu personnel très chaleureux
Seul bémol : les autres campeurs ne respectent pas le calme du lieu … beaucoup de bruit de cris de chiens qui aboient jour et nuit

Nice camping at the beach
Beautiful camping at the beach, nice and friendly reception speaking languages.
We were 5 families with campervans and had our places near eachother in the wineyard site. Quiet and lots of shadow. We didn’t hear anything from the noisy street.
The streets im camping are very narrow for campervans to drive but ok.
Playground is big and beautiful.
You are by bike in 2 km from beautiful Grimaud and 6km from Sainte Maxime.
The bus to St. Tropez didn’t come so we took a boat from Grimaud.
It was a beautiful holiday! We enjoyed it a lot!
The only negative for us was the sanitaires.
The toilets are dirty, there’s no soap, no toilet paper, no hand dryer…We expected more hygienic from a 4 star camping.
But overall we would recommend it to others.

We were very disappointed after last year's problem with drainage onto our pitch 101 that, in spite of assurances that the problem would be looked at during the winter months, that nothing was done. Fortunately we did not have much rain during our stay, but when id did we had to place bowls underneath the drain pipes to prevent flooding. It is very important that this issue is taken seriously. One way would be to reverse the flow of rain water in the gutter so that it flows towards the front of the chalet and drains onto the roadway. During heavy rain not many people walk about, and when the rain stops the water would very quickly drain away. Judging by attempts to block the flow onto the various pitches that I have seen, it is obvious that this is a serious problem.
I hope you take my comments seriously, and make an effort to rectify the proble.

Bruit insupportable
Nous avons passé 5 nuits en tente sur un emplacement en bord de route sans ombre, le bruit de la route est insupportable jour et nuit, inadmissibles de payer le même prix que pour un emplacement loin de la route et à l'ombre. Ces emplacements devraient être déclassés, vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Lorsque j'ai demandé si possible de changer on m'a répondu que le camping était complet et que j'avais réservé trop tard.... Hors nos voisins allemands qui n'avaient pas réservé en avance ont pu changer d'emplacement dès le lendemain... Manque de propreté dans les douches à toute heure de la journée. J'attendais ces vacances avec impatience mais j'en suis déçue...

Very nice location with some room for improvement to make the stay perfect.
Very beautiful location to stay in the first row at the beach with very friendly and polite staff. Overall clean and tidy place.
Some room for improvement on the following things (everything meant friendly to give a full feedback):
Mobile Home:
High price vs. no basic equipment or a small welcome kit (sponge + cleaner and maybe a candle) + an espresso maker would be great + beds could be more comfortable (too soft today, kind of used too much) + bedrooms should be a little bit larger to reach the beds. + toilets window without Plissee- getting too hot + reduced privacy.
Beach Bar/ Restaurant:
COVID-19 rules not strictly enough realized by the staff (eg. wearing only a mask, if a guest does, normally staff should be the good example.
Security:
Only cameras and one guy at the gate seems not to be a lot for the size of the camping site - I never saw someone doing a turn at night and there should be more visibility.
- Some bay watch and first aid staff would be very great at the beach
Hygiene and cleanliness:
- 2020 it seemed that the sanitary blocks have been cleaned more often than 2021
- we are dog owners and very happy to bring it with us and hope to keep doing so in the future - if this would be forbidden we would not be able to realize our holidays at your camping site.
In order to keep the balance between people with and without dogs it could be good to put info signs or brochures to all dog owners - telling them how to behave.
2021 vs. 2020 we saw so many dogs doing their “business” (p&poo) on the beach that it really could become disgusting.
The loudness on the camp site (Entertainment) seemed to be more often and louder than in the past.

onvriendelijk personeel
Deze vakantie voor de tweede keer naar camping des Mûres geweest. We kwamen na een lange rit aan op de camping toen mijn vrouw naar de receptie ging en ik even de hond uit de camper haalde. Ik werd direct ontvangen door een medewerker met de opmerking dat ons hondje zijn behoefte zou hebben gedaan zonder op te ruimen en dat we hiervoor een boete zouden krijgen. Hij had gewoon een plasje gedaan. Het personeel dat rondrijdt met de golfkarretjes voelt zich te goed om overdag goeiedag te zeggen tegen de kampeergasten. Ook de werkvrouwen aan de sanitairblok staan elke dag heel de ochtend te praten met elkaar in een hokje terwijl de wc's soms echt vuil zijn alsook de douches vol haar hangen op de wanden en de grond. In het restaurant hebben we op een avond meer dan twee uur moeten wachten op onze pizza. Deze moesten we bestellen aan de pizzabar maar de medewerker was vergeten te zeggen en opschrijven dat al de andere bestellingen er ook nog tussenkwamen en dat dit daarom zo lang zou duren. Er was geen sorry bij, enkel 'niks aan te doen, fout van de medewerker'. Ipv 19.30u hebben we onze pizza gekregen om 22u. Voor ons was dit helaas de laatste keer. De omgeving is wel super en alles ligt op fietsafstand.

Se n’est pas la faute du camping mais nous étions emplacement J16 pas très loin de la route est celle ci est extrêmement bruyante la nuit. Et il n’y a pas d’animation pour les adultes, des soirées ou même des dances de camping ceci est dommage mais nous reviendrons l’an prochain avec grand plaisir sur un autre emplacement.

Mooie camping
Rustige plaats. zou geen plaats boeken aan de straatkant wegens teveel lawaai. Waar wij stonden was het kalm.De gerechten in het restaurant zijn ok maar niet top. Nabijgelegen strandrestaurantjes bieden meer smaakvolle gerechten. Sanitair was proper. Zou andere keer terug boeken op deze camping.

We had a wonderfull time at your camping. The placement was good, but there was not a lot of flat space to comfortable put a tent. The toilets were always a little dirty and there was no toilet paper which I would expect from a 4 star camping. It was great we could rent a fridge but the down payment was not mentioned anywhere. The beach was amazing and we loved every second of it.

Super séjour dans ce camping à deux pas de la mer à pieds! C’est super de n’avoir juste qu’à traverser la route pour aller se baigner. Il faudrait cependant faire des soirées tous les soirs afin que ceux qui ne restent pas une semaine puissent en profiter

Den coronabedingten Hygienevorschriften zufolge war der Sanitärbereich leider des Öfteren überlastet.
Ansonsten gibt es keine Kritik zu äußern, das Animationsprogramm war aufgrund des 70 jährigen Bestehens sehr gut, der Platz war belebt aber zu späterer Stunde nie zu laut.
Wir können diesen Platz gut weiterempfehlen und werden wiederkommen!
