Jeder Besuch ist einfach zufriedenstellend und wunderschön. An Ihrem sehr persönlichen Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Im Gegenteil das ist der Unterschied zu den meisten 5 Sterne Hotels! Bis die Tage!

Very nice hotel, beautifully located. Extremely friendly, competent staff - from the hotel director to the waiters. Good food. Only criticism: we were there at a very hot time when the pools heated up so much that they were barely refreshing.

La plus jolie vue de Saint-Tropez, c’est indéniable ! Un très bon moment, comme chaque année, le déjeuner au bord de la piscine est très sympa, les enfants peuvent profiter de la piscine. Suivi d’une sieste sur les beaux sun beds de la piscine ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, l’équipe toujours à l’écoute, un vrai cocon familial comme on les aime !

Awful experience. The worst service. The room was dirty. I tried to go to the gym but there was no AC , it’s a hot summer and 100 degrees outside! That’s ridiculous. I called and they told me that they have never had AC which I find crazy and so unorganized. Overall I think they were unprofessional and this hotel was not worth the price at all. They should update their facilities.

Don't stay at villa belrose save yourself the trouble and horrific time. The water pressure in the rooms are so bad you will be unable to wash your hair. The service is awful. The facilities in the hotel are even worst. There"s no AC in the gym in 90 degree weather. Theres also no ac in the corridors or lobby its basically a sauna. But also be reminded theres only one person working at the pool so you will be waiting for your food and drinks for over an hour which is unacceptable for a five star hotel or so its claims. Its really been a nightmare dealing with this hotel and the staff. They have not found a solution to any of our issues with the property. So please beware of how terrible this hotel is

The place is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking, omg. It is a dream and a big paradise. I loved everything about this place. So exceptionally beautiful, I can’t emphasise enough. Only reason for the 4 is the staff lack of experience in customer service. You will really wait for someone to serve you and even then, they take long to come back and clear your table etc. The waitering / restaurant staff service was the biggest let down otherwise the rest of the hotel staff was lovely and friendly
