Hotel avec une excellente situation, face au vieux port. Très bonne literie et très belle salle de bain. Chambre légèrement petite. Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue imprenable sur le vieux port. Personnel sympathique et professionnel.

My wife and I had a problem with the accomodation that we had booked for our stay in Marseille so we had to find something else fast. This was over the Bastille Day celebrations so rooms were scarce.
We contacted Belleview Hotel and spoke with Wasim who arranged a booking for us for the 2 nights we required.
On check in Wasim arranged a room with a view over the Marina so we could enjoy the parade and fireworks, he brought us cold water and made sure we were comfortable.
So a big thank you to the Hotel for a great stay but a big shout out to Wasim for going the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay.

Abbiamo scelto la camera superiore, fronte porto. Vista eccezionale!! Camera luminosissima, ampia, letto king. Bagno ampio e comodo. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata in camera che è stato risolto solo l’ultima di 3 notti facendoci patire nei giorni roventi di luglio. I ragazzi alla reception molto gentili si sono prodigati per risolvere il problema, ma comunque il disagio c’è stato. Non abbiamo acquistato la colazione ma il bar merita una visita per la sua storicità e posizione sul porto.
In generale consigliato!

Le vrai engagement pour un tourisme plus durable pour cet hôtel situé en pleine ville dans un bâtiment ancien est à saluer ! L'emplacement formidable avec une vue magique, un accueil charmant, un petit déjeuner qui met en avant des produits locaux dans un décor unique ... la canicule n'aura pas réussi à gâcher notre séjour !

Sur le papier, hôtel idéalement placé et il est vrai qu’il offre, comme d’autres, un belle vue sur le Vieux Port selon la catégorie de chambre. Mais attention : apprêtez vous à payer très cher cette vue, plus de 200€ pour une chambre de 10m2 sous les toits, avec une « fenêtre » de 1.5mx0.3m, une salle de bain douteuse au pommeau qui fuit et une amabilité du responsable sans doute dans la veine du poissonnier à la criée. Bien entendu sans aucun équipement ou consommables offerts sous couvert d’écoresponsabilité qui a toujours bon dos pour offrir moins pour plus cher. Bref, rapport qualité-prix-prestations complètement bancal, privilégiez les nombreux autres établissements aux alentours, sachant d’ailleurs que vous n’êtes pas obligé d’être sur le vieux port pour en avoir la vue.

Le petit déjeuner juste parfait, avec de délicieux fruits du pain Excellent et un service très authentique également. Ceci dans le bon sens du terme.
Le restaurant ,semble également hautement recommandable et loin des restaurants pour touristes présents sur le Vieux-Port

Das beste ist die Aussicht und die Lage. Der Eingangsbereich ist dunkel und verschmuddelt, die Rezeption ein merkwürdiger Verschlag, die Bar leider verdreckt, was sehr schade ist, weil die Aussicht grandios ist. Der Kaffee ist sehr schlecht, das Frühstück ansonsten ok. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber die Betten waren durchgelegen. Zwei Steckdosen im Zimmer ist zu wenig. Das Bad war sauber, aber die Toilettenbürste ist eine Zumutung. Das Personal ist offenbar für alles gleichzeitig zuständig - Bar, Rezeption etc., man versteht nicht ganz, wer verantwortlich ist. Ein Hotel, das führungslos wirkt. Die Übernachtung im DZ pro Nacht ist für diese Qualität zu teuer - man bezahlt den Ausblick. Alles in allem würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

J’ai passé un week-end dans cet hôtel et c’était super! La chambre était très belle, avec une vue magnifique sur le Vieux-Port. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. Seul petit bémol : les petits déjeuners se terminent un peu trop tôt. Sinon, tout était parfait !

Hôtel idéalement situé, avec vue sur le port et la bonne Mère, on ne peut pas trouver mieux, calme et accessible avec un ascenseur surtout si on est au 4éme étage.
Quelques reproches tout de même, pourquoi avec les tarifs pratiqués et les 3 étoiles les lits sont en 140, vraiment bizarre, la bouilloire était mal rafistolé et on à eut la chance de ne pas etre électrocuté, le tout petit frigo ne faisait quasiment pas de froid, et pour finir le couvercle des piles de la télécommande de la télé était fixé avec un bout de scotch qui ne tenait plus guère. A part la taille du lit les autres défauts ne sont que secondaires mais ne devraient pas exister ce qui sublimerait le tout.

Authentic French hotel on old port, we arrived to a friendly receptionist who gave us an unexpected upgrade to a port view. Room was clear, modern and good facilities. The hotel bar is an added bonus, It dates back to early 1900s and has a great atmosphere, the balcony though small is a perfect location to have a drink, dinner or breakfast and watch the world go by bliss

On the one hand, the location, ambiance, and staff are fantastic. This should have been a great stay.||Unfortunately, it was totally marred by poor room design and absolutely crappy WiFi.||The poor design includes lack of enough wall sockets in the rooms. In the 3rd decade of the 21st century travelers have more than one piece of electronics they need to plug in, but there are only two wall sockets in the rooms, which required constant switching of devices.||Second, the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom, meaning that if someone gets up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, they need to turn the bathroom light on before opening/closing the bathroom door, thereby possibly waking their sleeping partner.||Third, the shower "curtain" is a small piece of glass that barely serves its function, and there is a little lake on the bathroom floor when you finish a shower. ||Fourth, if you decide to use the hotel's hair dryer, it has no ground, and you'll be drying your hair with an ungrounded dryer while standing on a completely soaked bathroom floor.||Finally, worst of all, within 24 hours of checking in, we lost all connections with the hotel's UNSECURE WiFi. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with an unsecure WiFI, and I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with an unreliable WiFi.||Again, some great features, but we probably won't be coming back.
