Hôtel idéalement situé sur le vieux port. Bus et métro en bas de l’hôtel et beaucoup de zones intéressantes à visiter à pied (commerces, visites, restaurants, …)

Потрясающее расположение рядом с портом, ресторанами и станцией метро. Хороший и чистый номер, персонал дружелюбный, окна со звукоизоляцией, поэтому спали хорошо, душ был отличным, шампунь и гель в больших емкостях, работающий Wi-Fi.
Вместо стеклянных маленькие бумажные стаканчики. Из гигиенических принадлежностей только мыло. Нет зубного набора, нет халатов и тапочек.

The only reason I gave it a 2 instead of 1 is that the maids are awesome, very helpful. ||The WiFi here is terrible. It won’t stay connected or auto connect. You have to go to the Captive page, scroll through their ads, then get out of the captive page and then connect to the same WiFi again, get out of that, use your cellular data for awhile and then the WiFi connects. Once you turn off your phone for awhile, you have to do it all over again. Both my wife and I had this problem.

Si l’accueil a été globalement agréable, nous avons été déçus par plusieurs aspects de notre expérience, en particulier au regard du positionnement et des tarifs de l’hôtel :

- L’accès PMR est inexistant (présence de marches à l’entrée),
- l’accueil manquait de professionnalisme,
- l’ascenseur était étroit, mal ventilé, avec une odeur persistante peu agréable,
- la chambre offrait des prestations très basiques (ex : un seul sachet de thé et d’infusion, pas de café)
- une odeur nauséabonde au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain
- le fer et la table à repasser étaient de qualité médiocre
- ...

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner sans gluten et sans lait était quasi inexistant : un peu de pain sans gluten, mais aucun choix complémentaire.

Nous espérions une expérience plus aboutie. Nous vous remercions néanmoins pour votre accueil et espérons que ce retour pourra vous être utile dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

Très bon accueil et très bonne réactivité du personnel de l'accueil. Bon emplacement. Bémol concernant le petit déjeuner : un seul type de salade de fruits, cake et mini crêpes pas fait maison, les boissons chaudes ne sont pas terribles. La dame qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners commence à ranger le buffet dès 10h du matin, un peu dommage. Cela ne vaut pas 16€. Sinon, les chambres sont tops !

Perfect location for us , good access to harbour, restaurants , shops etc . Side view from our balcony of harbour . Must mention Sally on reception -- so helpful in booking our onward train journey . A well run hotel .

First of all, Hotel lays in The best location to explore city, right in port. Very busy area. But we asked for quiet room, and got it.|Room was clean, beds are fine (No tired mattress ), not big but in Europe scale 14 sq mt is fine. wifi was fine. As a three star, Breakfast was fine, although Could improve.||Excellent staffs, They are really tried to help guests. Very good restaurants offer, also give us hints to explore city.|I want to mention the names, Catherine, Sarah, and sally.I had a problem with my bank, my credit Card, also my sim Card did't work to Call the bank. They did their best for me, tried to pay my bill with their Card, also help me to Contract my bank. Thank you, wish you The best.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our vacation in France. The location of this hotel is perfect for visitors to Marseille wanting to visit all the tourist sites. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Very small elevator, but as this is an older building, I was happy they have 1!

Vi bodde tre netter på Escale Oceania Marseille, og dessverre ble vi veldig skuffet over oppholdet.||Hotellet er svært gammelt og slitt, med en rar og ubehagelig lukt gjennom hele bygget. Rommet vårt hadde grei størrelse, men det var åpenbart ikke blitt rengjort ordentlig på lenge. Interiøret bar preg av stor slitasje, og det var synlig skitt flere steder. To av håndklærne som lå klare på rommet var også skitne.||Vasken gikk tett flere ganger, og vi måtte manuelt dra opp proppen fordi mekanismen for å åpne den ikke fungerte.||Til tross for at hotellet tilbyr gratis Wi-Fi, klarte vi aldri å koble oss til, og måtte bruke mobildata under hele oppholdet.||Frokosten var absolutt ikke verdt 16 euro + skatt – utvalget var svært dårlig, og flere kopper og kar var skitne.||Det eneste positive med hotellet er den sentrale beliggenheten. Utover det, innfridde ikke dette oppholdet noen av forventningene våre.||Anbefales ikke – og vi kommer definitivt ikke til å bo her igjen. 2/10.

A clean, well-maintained, superbly located hotel with lovely, helpful staff. Close to everything, good breakfast assortment, comfortable beds. Very quiet inside but some street noise late at night from Le Canebiere. Great value!

Personnel affable.
Même en donnant sur la place animé, les doubles vitrages font que l'on passe une nuit tranquille.

Hôtel idéalement situé sur le Vieux port, à proximité à pied de nombreuses choses à visiter (le Panier, le Pharo, le Mucem et la cathédrale, Notre Dame de la Garde, bâteaux pour les îles, les calanques et l'Estaque, ...). Chambres confortables, accueil très gentil, et rapport qualité:prix excellent.

The shower would not stay up on the wall bracket kept falling to a low level and turns towards the wall, I could not use it to wash my hair. More towels would be nice. More then one small pillow on the bed as one tiny pillow is not enough.
