If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would! I arrived at 2am, tired and distraught after having to leave an Airbnb due to a safety issue. Ben at the front desk was so kind and helped me with my large suitcase. Over the next few days, I met several other staff members, all of whom were absolutely incredible, helpful, and nice people.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with strong central air to provide relief from the hot summer temperatures. Although the bathroom was small, the room itself was a good size and had a lovely window and view of the patio dining below.

There is a cute restaurant attached where you can take your breakfast if desired. The area is full of other dining and shopping options as well. It is right near the market and a 5 minute walk to the port. Great location and exceptional staff- highly recommend!

Personnel exceptionnellement sympathique et dévoué.
Très belles chambres. Emplacement idéal près du vieux port, si in aime le quartier, ce qui b est pas mon cas.
Mais impossible de dormir plus de 2 heures par nuit à cause du bruit de la rue, des clodos bourrés et des machines qui nettoient les rues à 5h du mat. La cause ?
Absence de doubles vitrages. Qu on ferme ou qu on ouvre la fenêtre, aucune différence..... Dommage, ça aurait pu être parfait....

Hôtel très bien situé proche du vieux port mais mal isolé des bruits extérieurs (ma chambre donnait sur la place). Chambre avec Balcon aucun intérêt à payer plus, le balcon est très étroit, difficile d'accès. La chambre est correcte mais pas d'espace bureau, salle de bain très moyenne (poubelle cassée, joints porte douche noirs) . Petit déjeuner continental correct. |Les plus : |- une terrasse extérieure pour le petit déjeuner |- un grand merci au personnel très serviable et aimable.

Superbe expérience à l’hôtel Saint-Louis, j’ai passé 1 nuit avec mon fils et je remercie la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli de manière très chaleureuse ! Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec 2 grand lits : tout était parfait ! Avec en prime un petit mot personnalisé de bienvenue ! C’est tellement rare ! Bravo et merci encore !!!

Hotel e’ pulitissimo e lo staff gentilissimo. Il letto: uno dei più comodi dove abbia mai dormito ????. Reception 24h ti fa sentire al sicuro anche rientrando tardi da sola.

Unico motivo per cui ho tolto una stella è la posizione: molto rumore dalla strada - gente che urla alle 3 di notte etc - detto questo io ho dormito benissimo con solo qualche interruzione dovuta a qualche urlo random - ma non consigliabile a chi ha il sonno leggero :).

Etwas enttäuscht von Marseille generell - noch nie so eine schmutzige Stadt gesehen. Superior Zimmer mit Balkon und Frühstück gebucht. Bekommen - super kleines, schmales Zimmer, Balkon ca 40cm tief. Frühstück besteht aus einem Kaffee, ein Orangensaft, ein Croissant und ein Joghurt. Rest muß man aufbezahlen. Nachts sehr laut.

Je ne peux pas partager mon expérience car suite à un problème sur la route nous avons du annulé nos 2 nuits réservées. Ils ont eu la gentillesse d annuler motte réservation gratuitement alors que les frais s élevaient à plus de 150€ initialement.

A nice hotel in a great location just a short walk to le Vieux Port where there are numerous restaurants and bars. It is also opposite the tram route making it very convenient for getting around.
I had a room with a balcony which had great views.

There is also a bistro on the ground floor serving breakfast and evening meals.

The staff were very helpful and friendly making the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel due to its good location and friendly service.

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bien situé au cœur du centre historique de la ville. De bons plats confectionnés avec des produits frais. De beaux assemblages de saveurs. Une formule du midi avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le personnel vous accueille avec le sourire et vous sert avec efficacité.

This was a perfect stop over in Marseille, very close to the quay, harbour and city centre, but also in easy walking distance from Marseille St Charles Station. The welcome was extremely friendly and helpful, the room very clean and functional. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept in! If we visit Marseille again, this will be our hotel of choice.
