Tucked away on a quiet pedestrian street near the Opera House, this charming restaurant is the perfect place to experience the authentic atmosphere of Marseille—without the crowds and typical tourist buzz.

The staff is young, friendly, and talented, with a relaxed dress code that makes you feel immediately at ease. The food is excellent, and the wine list is truly impressive.

Rather than relying on mainstream labels, the wine selection is carefully curated from small, outstanding producers, showcasing the richness of the region. Whether you're in the mood for Champagne, white, or red, there's something special for every palate. If your knowledge of French wines is limited, I highly recommend asking the team for suggestions—they’re not only passionate but also very knowledgeable.

We enjoyed the four-course tasting menu, which was outstanding. It began with a refreshing cold vegetable soup to awaken the palate, followed by a delicate onion stuffed with fresh vegetables. Next came white tuna served with seasonal vegetables, then a beautifully cooked duck accompanied by local produce. To finish, a meringue with red fruit sorbet provided a light, flavorful ending.

As a starter, we were offered a tarama made from ventresca tuna, a special off-menu item—it was absolutely delicious.

From the bread to the final dish, everything was prepared with great care and attention to detail. If you're visiting Marseille, I highly recommend this restaurant. In my opinion, it's only a matter of time before it earns its first Michelin star.

マルセイユのオペラ座すぐそばにあるPrémicesは、クラシカルな街並みに溶け込む洗練されたビストロ。店内は白を基調としたモダンかつミニマルな内装で、落ち着いた照明が心地よい空間を演出する。テーブル数は多すぎず、少人数での会食やデート、ゆっくりと味わいたいディナーにぴったり。店外テラス席もあり、地中海の空気を感じながらの食事も楽しめる。

地元マルセイユ産の新鮮な魚介や南仏野菜をふんだんに取り入れたコース料理が主軸。プリフィクススタイルで、前菜・メイン・デザートをそれぞれ数種から選ぶことができる。
• 前菜：タコのカルパッチョと柑橘のヴィネグレット
薄くスライスされたタコは柔らかく、柑橘の酸味が爽やかに調和。フレッシュなルッコラが味のアクセント。
• メイン：スズキのポワレとズッキーニの花のファルシ
皮目はパリッと香ばしく、身はふっくらとした火入れ。ズッキーニの花の中にはリコッタチーズとハーブが詰められており、優しい味わい。
• デザート：ラベンダー風味のクレームブリュレ
表面はパリッとキャラメリゼ、中はとろけるクリーム。ほのかなラベンダーの香りが南仏らしい余韻を残す。

スタッフはホスピタリティに溢れており、英語での対応もスムーズ。料理の説明やワインの相談にも丁寧に応じてくれる。予約必須というほどではないが、週末は混み合うため事前予約が安心。衛生管理も行き届いており、店内の清潔感は抜群。

Tout est parfait. Le concept : 4 plats surprise (on vous appelle avant pour les allergies). Plats dignes d'un grand restaurant. Le service : 2 jeunes hommes super sympas et dynamiques (dont 1 qui s'y connaît super bien en vins). Bref tout petit restaurant qui mérite de grandir. Bravo ????????

I love this place. A fantastic gin and tonic with ‘tarama de thon blanc’ set the scene before the brilliant 4 course tasting menu. Every course was exciting and innovative. The service was friendly and fun. We will definitely go back.

The absolute best meal we had during our marseille visit! The staff are genuine, kind, knowledgeable, and so thoughtful. We enjoyed the four course tasting menu which they kindly adjusted to our individual dietary restrictions, and it was the most affordable and delicious tasting menu you’ll ever have. Wonderful local and natural wines. We’ll be back! MERCI!!!!

A very confusing meal - it is a set menu starting with a melon water followed by mackerel with a side of raspberry jam. The wine list was good and so was the service overall wouldn’t recommend though, we were also the only ones in the restaurant through the whole service.

A not-so-hidden gem as the location next to Opera is perfect and very central. The set menu was very good, if only perhaps the flavours were a tad overpowering at times, however everything was cooked very well. The wine selection is excellent and the service is spot on. I’d certainly want to come back.

Je suis venue avec une copine un midi de semaine chez Prémices, le service a été au top, les serveurs étaient souriants, gentils et prenaient le temps de nous apprendre des choses sur Marseille. Les timing d’attente entre chaque plat était parfaits. Les plats étaient vraiment tous très bons, plein de saveurs, bien travaillés avec des superbes sauves et assaisonnements, et les dressages sont raffinés. On finît en apothéose avec le dessert, un sorbet comme on en a rarement mangé !
Bref tout y est ! Bravo !

C’est un restaurant avec une cuisine originale. La préparation des plats est réussie. L’originalité est parfois déroutante mais le consommateur choisit ces plats (glace à la betterave) ou goûte avant de choisir (vin). On (peut) prend plaisir à ce voyage culinaire (ou pas). Cela était mon cas. Le service est sympathique et efficace. Le restaurant se situe dans une rue piétonne au centre de Marseille ce qui apporte un calme pour se restaurer. J’ai été conquis et je recommande (avec l’avertissement ci-dessus)

Très bon menu déjeuner disponible le samedi également, les produits sont frais et la cuisine très gourmande. Les propositions de vins et boissons sont aussi agréables. Une adresse a recommander et un bon rapport qualité prix le midi notamment.
