This was my first visit to Hotel Nice Beau Rivage, booked as part of an Easyjet holidays deal. It's a wonderful hotel to stay with lovely spacious rooms, areas to relax like the patio and excellent location for all our needs like the sea, the Old Town, Promenade de Anglais, transport and closeness to the Venues of the Nice Jazz Festival.
The staff were excellent and friendly in their welcome and service. However, it would have been good to have had more information at check-in, such as their partnership with Mattisse Museum where guests could have free entrance. But we were delighted with copies of Mattisse work around the hotel and in our rooms.
I've been visiting Nice for over thirty years and have stayed in many hotels. I loved staying at the Beau Rivage Hotel so much, I would like to adopt it as my preferred hotel to stay in Nice which I visit every year except during the pandemic.
I recommend this hotel highly, although it would be good to have some of their facilities, like breakfast and beach area as complimentary or at a lower price to guests.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and cannot wait to stay there again.

Great hotel right across from the local rocky beach. Can walk to lots shops and along the promenade. Staff was friendly, rooms were small but clean with large windows. They have a beach club section-but it is an extra fee to rent the chairs and umbrellas.

We arrived about 23:30 on Friday and we're given the worst hotel room I have been in - ever. There was a very questionable stain on the chair and dirty marks on the walls. Bathroom fittings falling off the wall. Visible dust around the top of the wardrobe.The carpet looked like it had previously been used in a cinema! ???? Everything was tired and old.

So we complained.

We were moved to a room on the 2nd floor that was much nicer and actually resembled the pictures posted online. But it was right beside the lift which goes up and down all through the night.

It was a cynical exploitation of the fact that we had prepaid through Expedia . You can't even talk to people at Expedia so there was no recourse.

여기 에어컨 안됨. 중앙에어컨임. 엄청 약하게 틀어줌. 물떨어지는 소리남.
오래된 숙소임. 바다뷰 방을 고르는게 아니라면 절대로 비추천함. 직원은 친절함
예약사이트에는 분명 에어컨이 있다고 했지만 매우 약하게 켜줌.
화장실 타일 깨져있음. 뭔가 지저분한 느낌....... 굳이 여기를 올 필요 없다.
여기는 4성급이 아닌거같음. 3성급 수준임

Das Hotel gewinnt mit seiner Lage und dem freundlichen Personal. Die Ausstattung ist renovierungsbedürftig, ausgenommen das Bett und Teile des Bads waren renoviert u d gut. Eine Dusche statt einer Badewanne würde man sich heute für den hohen Übernachtungspreis wünschen. Mit dem hohen Preis zahl man die Lage, die ist wirklich super, vom Zimmer bitte nicht viel erwarten, eher klein und alt.

On regardant les photos, ça vend du rêve mais la réalité sur place ….
L’entrée de l’hôtel n’est pas sur la façade principale donnant sur la promenade au bord de la mer.
On opte pour réserver un bed à la plage de l’hôtel (qui se trouve à 20 mètres de l’immeuble), on nous informe qu’on est complets… mais il faut y aller tôt. Tu viens pour te reposer, tu te retrouves à faire le marathon.

Le rapport qualité prix est nul.

Cependant, la réactivité du personnel et la gentillesse du personnel est irréprochable.

Cela reste mon avis mais faites votre propre expérience.

Greit hotell med god beliggenhet, men rot og kluss ved innsjekk og reservasjon av strandstoler. Møblene på terrassen var ødelagte og stedet var ikke vedlikeholdt. Synes ikke hotellet fortjener sine 4 stjerner.

Perfect location. The front desk attendant truly came to my aid with such kindness in a dire situation. I can’t thank him enough. Great location and spacious rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer. Book the beach package as it’s perfect if you plan to enjoy the crisp waters. Breakfast also had a variety of options. Overall, would recommend and absolutely would stay again! ** Parking nearby is a breeze (Interparking). ***Felt incredibly safe as a female solo traveler (woman of color).

Spent a little over a week here. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, though we had some small issues like the AC dripping through the ceiling and the shower overflowing with the drain catches. The rooms we're pretty quiet for the most part, never heard anyone in other rooms which was nice but some ambient noise from a nearby music festival could be heard. Overall a pretty good hotel for the value!

Nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are outdated and need renovation. Our room (220) had horribly dirty carpets with stains all over. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent 3 days here during our 22 day tour through Europe. Rooms are very well appointed and clean. All the plugs you will need for your devices. Rial is I’m guessing the bell captain and was friendly and professional as was the manager Benjamin, he gave us a spot on suggestion for dinner that was fabulous. The breakfast crew was outstanding especially Melissa, Natasha, and Naelle!!| The area was everything we hoped it would be and we will be back!!

A great hotel in a fantastic position. My only gripes would be that only red berry tea in the room and the charge for using hotel's sun beds (35 Euro per person per day which has to be paid in cash). It was Iron Man when we visited so after paying our 70 Euro for two of us we were not told it was not possible to cross the road from hotel to the beach. It was a 30 minute walk to get around the roads closures not normal 30 seconds, personally I think this should of been mentioned to us before taking payment.

I never write reviews but this hotel deserves a 5 star review. My family and I stayed at this hotel. We attended my cousins wedding. My stay was 6/24-6/29. Every single staff member at the front desk was professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive. I wish I got all their names to recognize them each individually. Whoever worked the reception desk and restaurant for breakfast provided outstanding service. I do remember Natasha at the restaurant. She was always smiling, professional and attentive. I haven’t seen service the way this hotel provided service in a very long time. The housekeeping service was top notch. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it has been amazing! I can’t wait to come back and stay there again.

We loved this hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming every day. It’s ideally located on the seafront, just a short walk to the old town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here.

The check in was very efficient. Our room was a bit smaller than anticipated from photos but very clean and fresh. The AC worked just fine. Daily cleaning just great. Very calm in the evening and we were not disturbed at all. We did not try the breakfast but we booked a day at the hotel beach front place Beau Rivage. You have to pay in cash (best to book at least 24 hrs ahead) for that but we got nice sun chairs in the vip section. The consierge was very good at pointing out good eating spots if you want to get away from the tourist hot spots. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience! We were gifted champagne, flowers, and decorations in our room to celebrate. The staff was kind and accommodating. The beach club was super clean and beautiful.

Check in was late. Would have been nice to get a perk for not complaining. Told was upgraded but room was basic. Additional charge after I checked out. Do not know what it was for. Only $13 so didn’t call from US. Cost of call would probable be more.

Hôtel très bien situé aux portes du vieux Nice, de la place Massena, à quelques pas de la promenade des anglais, et surtout très bon accueil chaleureux et sympathique !
Le parking payant est à deux pas de l'hôtel. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre, nous aurions pu profiter d'une terrasse privée si madame météo l'avait bien voulu mais, en février c'est assez délicat !
Nous recommandons !
