Questo hotel si trova in un fascinoso palazzo del 1900 su Avenue Durante. La sua posizione è eccellente per la vicinanza alla stazione di Nice Ville con la quale abbiamo viaggiato su comodi treni puliti ed efficienti in giro per la costa azzurra : evitando traffico , ztl e parcheggi pieni.Il personale è cortese ed accogliente ,all 'arrivo ci hanno offerto dolci ,thè, acqua e caffe',personale sempre disponibile anche in lingua italiana .Dista dalla place Massena circa 750 metri.La camera era pulita con frequente cambio asciugamani,silenziosa e tranquilla .Ascensore un po 'piccolo consentiva l'uso a due tre persone per volta.Il nostro letto era ok,ma devo fare un appunto per il divano letto dei miei figli che era vecchiotto e molto cigolante con materasso usurato e credo che vada cambiato ...per questo alla camera ho dato 3.Nel contesto finale pero' posso dire che siamo stati bene e ho dato 5 stelle per tutto il resto.

tudo foi incrivel! o hotel é maravilhoso, central, perto do metro, o cafe da manha é maravilhoso! e os atendentes tambem, inclusive a tanja! obrigado por tudo!

chambre très petite ....pas de place pour les valises ...aucun tiroirs ...aucune chaise ou fauteuil ...salle de bain 10 mn pour avoir de l eau chaude !! lunette W.C. pas serrée ..
...aucun passage d aspirateur sur la semaine...chambre niveau 2** maxi
problèmes au petit déjeuner ==> manque récurrent de pain et de confiture ...c harcuterie ..machine souvent en panne...!!! La faute sans doute à deux couples russes qui faisait leur razzia de produits à emmener...( 5 à 6 pains ..charcuterie ...5 à 6 fruits ...sans compter une dizaine de viennoiseries !! le tout dans un sac à dos et ceci sur plusieurs jours ...Pathétique !!!
Sinon RAS ...

Was a decent hotel near the train station. Smaller hotel then we were used to but if you want the authentic French experience, this is it. Good walking distance to beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Area was a bit pricey for no apparent reason, guess it's just europe. Can't recommend the area but if you must see Nice, this is definitely a decent hotel.

The hotel is close to the railway station, the service is really good.

Stayed for 4 nights with my wife in a deluxe double room. Location was super convenient as we took a train from Paris. We also took day trips to Monaco and Cannes. The room was nice with a small balcony and tall ceilings. The bed was big too (two twins combined). About a 15 minute walk to the beach. No USB charger in the room, super friendly staff.

Positive: Great location and price. Friendly staff. Free coffee and water was a nice bonus. Bed was very comfortable! Negative: Sheets were clean but underside of mattress was soiled. Floor was dusty. Shower curtain had mildew smell. Room lights kept flickering and eventually one of them went out (other three were fine after that).

My room was a little bit old, breakfast was minimalistic in french style) They are trying to save energy energy a lot... So, my air conditioning didn't warm my room and it was a little bit cold in December. At the same time, not energy efficient outdoor lighting was working whole morning))Honestly speaking 4 out of 5 is good. Next time will search other hotel...

I would recommend renovating the " color themed rooms" , all red room is not really a good idea, it gives you a headache.
Otherwise it would be great.
