Proveen departamentos faltos de mantenimiento, la ducha se tapa, no están bien higienizados, tienen humedad y no se hacen cargo si uno les reclama, no responden peticiones de reembolso ni similares pese a uno hacer un reclamo a menos de 24hs de haber comenzado su estadía, hay que llegar a ir a la oficina de ellos para que recién ahí resuelvan el tema, nos dieron otro departamento que también distaba de estar en las mejores condiciones pero al menos era habitable. Tras todo ese show si uno les pide extender una noche más la estadía nos tiran un precio muy por encima del que tienen publicado en el departamento.
Si se preguntan porque no tienen tantas calificaciones malas, es porque íntiman a los huéspedes cuando uno deja una mala reseña, adjunto pruebas de esto mismo.

The staff at Riviera holiday homes were first class, communication was excellent both by phone and in person. All parts of the process where made as easy as possible with the staff at Riviera holiday homes. I would high recommend anyone looking to book in Nice and surrounding areas to go through Riviera holiday homes

Great stay, brilliant facilities, really clean, over all such a great experience! Staff were very helpful too. The flat is a bit of a challenge if you are walking to it from the Tram with your luggage, so would recommend a taxi to get to it initially.

Renting agency was very prompt on responding to any inquiries prior to our stay and maintenance requests during the stay at the appointment. The apartment was clean, had all the essentials and very convenient location. I would definitely use this agency/ or recommend to friends for future rentals.

Well situated, beautifully appointed, and well stocked apartment. It is perfectly located for everything - metro, train, beach and sights as well as restaurants and cafes in a quiet street and well presented apartment. The arrival gift was appreciated.

Excellent communication with the company- easy snd responsive.
We were staying for world cup rugby and it was great location- near the tram (Jean Medicine) which was direct to and from airport and the stade for the rugby match .
Very clean and secure apartment - with sun in the balcony in the morning.
Recommended.

Booked online without knowing the company, but proved to be a pleasure to deal with. Because we arrived on a Sunday arrangements were made to collect the keys elsewhere, and this worked well. The property was as described and although a little dated, the location is fantastic. Sandrine's communication was excellent. A1

This apartment was perfect for our stay- 5 minute walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to Nice Ville for day trips. There were 3 of us staying and we had plenty of room- the apartment felt bigger than the pictures and any questions we had were answered promptly.

I had a very good experience renting a lovely apartment from Riviera Holiday Homes. During the decision making process of selecting the property that would best fit our desires, My emails with questions or concerns were answered promptly and honestly. We would give Rivera Holiday Homes 5 stars for their service but the property we booked via Booking.com we felt was only 3 star. When we arrived at 19:00 hours on Saturday, there were no towels but RHH delivered towels within half an hour. A lamp was missing and was delivered the next day. The shower became blocked and RHH dealt with the problem promptly. On departure, RHH allowed us to store our suitcases until we left for the airport. Jane and John Jenkins, England

Apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, and ideally located in the heart of Villefranche Old Town. All amenities close by - restaurants, bars, marina, beach and train station all within a five minute walk.

Très bel appartement face à la mer. Équipé de façon vraiment somptueuse.
Kit de bienvenue (produits ménagers et d'hygiène, vin de qualité).
Petit souci avec le parking qui apparemment ne peut accueillir de grande voiture. Ayant une 3008, nous avons dû garer dans la rue et donc à des frais énormes.
