Riviera holiday homes is a very easy company to deal with. Answers to email in short notice and you get good answers to any question.

Riviera Homes was amazing. Communication and key delivery went very smoothly. Apartment was excellent and exactly as advertised. Location was superb, and apartment was spacious. Even though the building was located directly above the tram station, it was always quiet and one could sleep easily through the night.

A very nice place with good standards. The pre-arrival information was quite extensive, which made things a bit confusing. However, we received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment centrally located in the old village.

I would love to pay less. But the price fit the location I think. And I would love coming back.

Excellent apartment in central Nice. Close to many cafes and restaurants. 15 minute walk to old town and sea front.

Great place for a city break. Very well situated. Central but quiet.

Very good apartment, excellent location, spacious. The second room with 2 beds was not very comfortable, we would suggest to invest in better beds/mattresses. Otherwise we enjoyed and would recommend it!

They communicate well to ensure & accommodate check in/out is super easy. They are available & eager to assist while there. Highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment with an amazing view of the bay. Easy access to the train station, old town, and the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

The apartment was superb. It was very clean and depicted as advertised. The staff were very responsive to my questions. But the internet connection instructions could be clearer. All in all, I felt very lucky to find the apartment and especially highlight Sandrine's help and responsiveness.

WARNUNG an Urlauber!
Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie aus Deutschland. Gebucht wurde von und die Unterkunft Juan Flore in Juan-Les-Pins. Voller Erwartung fuhren wir in den Sommerferien nach Frankreich. Die Wohnung wurde als schöne und saubere Wohnung beschrieben, ausgestattet mit einem Aircooler und einem Tiefgaragenstellplatz für unser neues Fahrzeug. Dort angekommen, wurden wir von Frau M. - sie verwaltet im Namen der Agentur die Ferienwohnungen - in Empfang genommen. Das Fahrzeug sollten wir in der benannten Tiefgarage parken. Eine sehr große, verwinkelte Garage, teils baufällig, war der uns zugewiesene Stellplatz schlichtweg zu klein für einen Audi A6. Wir konnten unser Fahrzeug unmöglich darin parken, da man nicht mehr hätte aussteigen können. Frau M. teilte uns daraufhin mit, dass wir unsren PKW auf der Straße parken sollten, was für uns nicht in Frage kam. Oberirdische Stellplätze innerhalb der Anlage konnten uns nicht angeboten werden. So stand das Auto zunächst mitten in der Garage, damit wir unsere Koffer nach oben tragen konnten. Angekommen in der Wohnung, fanden wir eine völlig verschmutze Wohnung vor mit Schimmel im Badezimmer, einen defekten Lüfter und ungepflegten Mobiliar. Wir hatten uns im Vorfeld extra nach der Sauberkeit aufgrund von Allergien erkundigt. Uns wurde eine saubere und einwandfreie Ferienunterkunft zugesichert. Nach wenigen Minuten Aufenthalt in der besagten Wohnung erlitt ein Familienmitglied bereits einen Asthmaanfall aufgrund der Schimmelkonzentration in der Luft (siehe Fotos). Bei ca. 38 Grad Außentemperatur hatten wir nicht wie versprochen einen Aircooler. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zu kühlen. In der Wohnung war ein Aufenthalt aufgrund der Hitze on top unmöglich. Nun standen wir in einer schmutzigen, völlig überhitzten und mit Schimmel befallenen Wohnung ohne Parkmöglichkeit. Und das nach 10 Stunden Anreise mit zwei Kindern. Verzweifelt haben wir beschlossen die Heimreise anzutreten. In der Unterkunft können wir nicht bleiben. Frau M. war so freundlich und hat uns die Erstattung des Reisepreises zugesagt, wenn wir binnen weniger Minuten das Objekt verlassen und die Schlüssel zurückgeben. So getan, ging dann der Alptraum weiter. Die unfreundliche Agenturchefin hat die Worte von Frau M. bestritten. Nach sieben Monaten haben und werden wir wohl keinen Cent mehr sehen. Die Zusage von Frau M. hatten wir leider nur mündlich erhalten. Eine Einigung war nicht möglich. Bemühungen hinsichtlich einer Weitervermietung fanden von Seiten der Agentur nicht statt. Wir mussten anwaltliche Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen und werden nun auch über das TV Hilfe suchen und hoffentlich bald über diese Agentur berichten. An Unverschämtheit nicht zu toppen!

Overall Riviera were great to deal with the arrival they were so helpful and went above and beyond to help when I needed them and very quick to react would highly recommend

Super vu et emplacement parfait

Superbe villa en front de mer avec vue magnifique. Sentier côtier au pied de la propriété pour des promenades très agréables. Villa à la décoration un peu vieillotte mais charmante maison de famille. Fonctionnalité de la maison parfaite avec beaucoup de salles de bains, une cuisine bien équipée et un séjour immense.

L’appartement était très bien situé. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée ont été très appréciées. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. Le personnel du bureau situé sur la même rue à été très sympathique et de bon conseil.

The apartment over delivered and we were extremely happy staying here for 2 weeks its position was so perfect for every area of Nice and convenient for tram service and train station.

Pour ce qui est de l’agence, tout a été parfait de la réception avec un très bon accueil et la remise des clés sur place jusqu’au checkout
Je recommande donc fortement.
Et pour ce qui est du logement, appartement très agréable avec un jardin. Un garage au sous-sol très appréciable. Un peu éloigné du centre mais celui-ci reste facilement accessible via les bus et le tram, et petits commerces à proximité.

Communication with people from the Riviera Holiday Homes was great. They sent us all necessary information about the check in/out and our stay. Apartment was nice and location was great. One thing to mention that under the apt is a kindergarten/school and kids are pretty loud in the morning. But we didn't mind that.

Overall we were very happy with RHH. They always responded to our questions promptly & courteously. Just a little confusing when dealing with a different rep at times. Worth paying 30 extra Euros to have keys made available at the airport or in our case a rep met us at our rental with keys d/t unforeseen circumstances

The rental company is excellent, the apartment is clean, functional, and comfortable above and beyond what is advertised.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans un appartement rue de Suède a Nice, après avoir changé 3 fois d'appartements pour soit disant des dégâts des eaux.

Quand vous rentrez, vous trouvez l'appartement mignon mais après avoir passé une nuit vous le trouvez moins sympa, literies de piètre qualité, insonorisation inexistante, bar ouvert tard, travaux qui commence à 6h30 du matin et pour finir en bas du logement vous avez des sans abris qui hurle toute la nuit.
Après deux nuits nous avons envoyé un mail à la responsable j'attends toujours son retour....
Je trouve pour le prix que nous avons payé, c'est inacceptable de ne pas réagir quand on envoie un mail.

Sans compter qu'il n'y a rien pour un début de séjour ( pas de café, pas de sucre, pas de sel, pas de poivre, et pas d'huile..........)
Mais rassurez vous, comme cadeau de bienvenue du savon et des sacs poubelles!!!
Je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence.

A lovely cosy apartment with great views over the coast to Cap Ferat. Not really big enough for more that 2 people. Quiet location close to railway, buses and amenities. Easy access to Nice town.
Contact with holiday company pre visit was first class. Emails responded to immediately. Very helpful and caring agent.

We had a fabulous time at a beautiful home in VilleFranche Sur Mer. We took long walks around the town, enjoyed the scenery and ate the most wonderful meals. We also took the train into Nice and was able to navigate the area easily and safely. The property managers were excellent and attentive.

Local person was excellent - responded immediately, was friendly and well informed. Location was great - close to beach and perfect parking facilities. The area is just lovely.
