たまたまgoogleで日本人のお名前でフランス料理をやられているお店を発見して訪問しました。運良く周辺でイベントがあり、予約なしで入れましたが、普段は予約必須のようです。どのお料理も素晴らしく、予定になかった一皿まで追加してしまいました。ワインも地元のワインから各地のものまで豊富です。また絶対来たいです。

Parmi les nombreuses tables que j’ai explorées à Nice, celle-ci se distingue comme une véritable expérience gastronomique alliant raffinement, équilibre et conscience du bien-être.
Chaque plat révèle une maîtrise délicate des saveurs, sans jamais être pesant – un détail rare, mais essentiel pour celles et ceux qui accordent autant d’importance à la santé qu’au plaisir.
La carte des vins, élégamment construite, complète ce voyage gustatif avec justesse.
Mais ce qui rend cette adresse unique, c’est la philosophie du chef Matsushima : une vision où l’alimentation devient un art de vivre au service du corps et de l’esprit.
Une adresse précieuse pour ceux qui recherchent plus qu’un simple repas.

I don’t review often but I feel compelled to share our experiences with this outstanding restaurant. We loved it so much after our first meal that we returned for another dinner during our 5 day stay in Nice. Every single dish was exquisitely prepared with subtle and balanced flavors. The chef has designed the menu so perfectly that all the items were flavorful yet refreshing in the summer heat. The environment was pleasantly understated and peaceful. A rare find in the hustle and bustle dinner scene in Nice. Service was attentive with a lot of attention to detail. Thank you so much chef Matsushima and the entire team for this wonderful dining experience. We look forward to visiting again when we return to Nice. Merci beaucoup! C’est magnifique!

We had the Ocean Menu and were very pleased with everything, presentation, service and taste were top notch. Especially the sugar glazed tomatoes surprised us! I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

As always excellent food, attentive professional service and the wine list gives really good value for the money. The white asparagus starter (picture) is probably the best asparagus dish we have ever eaten.

Just had dinner here earlier tonight!
One of the finest meals my wife and I had in France.

Thank you to the chef and team for the hospitality and artistry. Their suggested wine pairing also completely elevated our experience.

Honestly, would love to see Chef Matsushima’s cuisine in New York City! Certainly a reason to travel back to Nice for another meal!

The perfect night! Everything is balanced in this restaurant. The interior and vibe is intimate and very calming. The food and wine is paired down to the smallest detail. The service is very attentive without being clinging and too much. Just a perfect evening with some high quality produce. Last but not least the bill turned out to be very good value for money!

It was an amazing experience eating lunch at Keisuke Matsushima. We were in luck and we could enjoy the outside terrace on a sunny day. Mr. Matsushima himself was our waiter that day and gave us the feeling of being more than welcomed while not leaving us feeling pressured at any moment. The location lets you dive into a cozy and warm atmosphere with its dark wooden and dim lighted features and furnitures.
We took the three meal menu. The food was on another level in terms of taste and optic. The amount, quality and price of our lunch was unbeatable. The menu was slightly less than 40€ each, if I remember correctly, and was enough to leave more than happily on a filled stomach. When in Nice, add this place to your bucket list!

Très belle expérience dans ce joli restaurant. Le chef mêle admirablement les saveurs japonaises et françaises dans ses plats. De plus il est très gentil et donne des explications interessantes. Bravo !

おまかせ＋ペアリング、をお願いしました。
10日間のニース滞在も終盤。ニースのお料理はどれも美味しいのですが、こちらのまつしまさんのお料理はやはり、繊細！！とはこういうことか。。と、気付かせてくれるような素敵なものでした。　見えないところで、ものすごく手間がかかっているであろう、複雑で、且つ、素材の風味が活きている一皿一皿、満喫しました。
1人で気楽にディナーを楽しむアメリカからの観光客と思しき男性、地元の常連さんであろうグループ、みなさんそれぞれに楽しく過ごされているようでした。
あまりたくさんの量を食べられないことを伝えると、一皿のボリュームを少しずつ…少なくしていただくこともできました。気持ちの良い接客をしていただき、感謝！
まつしまさんも、比較的寡黙？ですが、温かいお人柄が感じられる素敵な方でした！

The dishes are made with local fresh ingredients and the dishes have a sense of UMAMI, natural but delisious flavor. Super delicious dishes! At the same time, I felt peace of mind with gently cooked dishes.

現地の新鮮な食材を使ったお料理で、素材の旨味を味わえます。丁寧に作られたお料理は、お味も最高でした。またお料理を頂くと、ホッと心が癒やされるような優しさも感じられます。
