Mon premier Solo Trip et pas le dernier. Mon séjour en juin 2023 a été une expérience tout simplement incroyable. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été frappé par l'accueil chaleureux du fanny et clément, qui ce sont montré extrêmement serviable et aimable tout au long de mon séjour. L'ambiance y était conviviale et détendue, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable.

La propreté des lieux et le confort des installations ont dépassé mes attentes, contribuant à rendre mon séjour des plus confortables. L'auberge est également bien située, ce qui m'a permis d'explorer facilement les environs et de profiter pleinement de mon séjour.

Les rencontres que j'ai faites avec d'autres voyageurs du monde entier ont été un véritable enrichissement. Nous avons partagé des moments inoubliables, échangé des histoires et créé des souvenirs qui resteront gravés dans ma mémoire.

Je recommande vivement Nami House à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique, conviviale et mémorable. C'est sans hésiter que je planifierai un nouveau séjour.

J'ai séjourné quelques jours à la Nami house cet été et c'était très sympa. La maison est agréable, la chambre Amami confortable et Fanny et Clément sont très accueillants.
Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse sans hésiter ! :)

Super Unterkunft und tolle Hosts!
Nami House ist mehr als nur ein Hostel – hier findest du Familie.
Tolle Räumlichkeiten und unkomplizierte Organisation.
Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber.

Super Surfer Hostel, wo man viele nette Leute trifft in einer sehr entspannten Umgebung.
Fast schon WG-Vibes.
Auch die gemeinsamen Abende waren immer sehr cool.
Auch die Betreiber waren sehr zuvorkommend und mega nett!
Würde es sofort wieder machen!

I went to the Nami House for my first solo trip and first stay in a hostel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience! The hosts, Clément and Fanny were really nice and immediately made me feel welcomed and at home. They suggested some good hikes, places to visit and activities. The rooms were really nice, the beds comfy and everyone was respectful and calm at night.

The hostel had a family vibe and it was easy to get to know a lot of people in the shared spaces, such as the kitchen or the living room. The hosts organised activities like volleyball at the beach, barbecue night, tapas night in the city, which was really nice to spend time with many other travellers.

Special thanks to Alice for bringing a good mood and laughter with everyone ;)

I’ll definitely come back!

Ein super gemütliches und familiäres Hostel! Ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt und dies hat sich auch den ganzen Aufenthalt über gehalten.
Alice begrüßte einen mit sehr viel Herzlichkeit und auch Clement und Fanny beantworteten jederzeit alle Fragen.
Für mich eine der besten Hostel Erfahrungen bis jetzt!

Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude et à partager mon expérience incroyable dans votre établissement. Mon séjour d'une semaine pour surfer chez vous a été absolument remarquable.

Les chambres étaient impeccables, chaleureuses et confortables. Les lits offraient un repos réparateur après des journées épuisantes sur les vagues.

La cuisine était bien équipée et d'une propreté exemplaire. Les petits déjeuners gratuits étaient délicieux et copieux, offrant un excellent départ chaque matin.

L'ambiance était exceptionnelle, j'ai rencontré des personnes du monde entier partageant ma passion pour le surf, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus mémorable.

Enfin, les propriétaires de l'auberge, un couple chaleureux et extrêmement gentil, ont veillé à rendre mon séjour agréable. Leur attention aux détails a contribué à créer une atmosphère accueillante et conviviale.

Je recommande chaudement votre auberge de jeunesse à tous les voyageurs en quête d'une expérience de surf inoubliable. Les chambres impeccables, les lits confortables, la cuisine bien équipée, les petits déjeuners délicieux et l'accueil chaleureux du couple propriétaire ont fait de mon séjour une expérience inoubliable.

Nami House it's just the perfect spot, you can see that Fanny and Clement are pro travellers and they know exactly what their guests need.
Every detail is well thought out and you can feel warm Hawaiian's vibes(with a japanese twist) in windy Anglet.

Looking forward to come back.

p.s. SuperNintendo is a big plus.

Be sure to give Nami House a 5-star review, otherwise anything below 5-stars is treated as a 1-star review by the manager, Clement.

I wrote a decent 3/5 review for the hostel on TripAdvisor and the owner ended up attacking my personal character and making false assertions about me. (I have screenshots) I could’ve given a much worse review considering the staff gave me a towel with stains on them.

In this day and age, the social media brainrot is so bad that anything below a 5-star review is taken as the worst review ever. Nami House isn’t a bad hostel, but it’s also not a 5-star luxury hotel on the Atlantic coast. And if Clement, the manager, had even a sliver of maturity to accept a 3/5 stars, I wouldn’t even be writing this. Best thing he could’ve just said: “Thank you for your comments, we’ll take them into consideration.” Or not respond at all.

Considering Clement referred to how I was “on my laptop writing reviews” (I was on a tablet drawing) and how I had my “hands in pocket” during a tapas night, it shows he was monitoring me and watching me, which is creepy. So yeah… the manager is gonna monitor you as you’re being quiet and doing your own thing.

I had a relatively positive view of the hostel. But because of Clement’s immaturity and inability to take even the slightest bit of feedback, avoid this hostel.

Listen. I have been to dozens of hostels at this point around the world. Clement and Fanny are some of the most passionate and kind owners I have met! They are full of incredible tips, ideas, and generosity and constantly host events in the hostel and around Anglet. I got to participate in a tapas night and volleyball game :) You can't go wrong staying here! Merci mille-fois Clément et Fanny!

Clement and Fanny are the most welcoming and loving hosts. They do care about everyone's well-being and make sure the good vibes's the identity in the hostel. Environment is quite cozy and decoration is a plus as you can feel they bring memories from their own travels. Fanny is the sweetest: she patiently give me french lessons every time we spoke!

Highly recommend it :)

Amazing hostel!
One of the best I've stayed in during my travels.
Fanny and Clement have created a space where you connect easily with everyone and at the same time you get every service you need as a guest.
Really nice variety on the surfboards which was much appreciated. Extra plus for the possibility to rent a bike with racks (event though I used a car) :)
Will come back!
