Peccato.la mancanza di parcheggio in loco.

Situato in un palazzo antico nel centro di Nimes. Molto suggestivo. Le camere sono molto grandi. Il personale è gentilissimo. La colazione ottima.|Difficile parcheggiare, bisogna utilizzare un parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. La zona di sera non è il massimo.|Purtroppo durante il soggiorno stavano effettuando dei lavori e c'era polvere ovunque e rumore anche al mattino presto.

Pour une chambre à 500€ on attend mieux, plafond dont la tapisserie se décolle,2 oreillers tachés sur 4( c est pas ce que ça coûte quand même...)
Personnel super gentil.
Quartier peu sécuritaire et parking payant.

My husband and I received a warm and friendly welcome, and were upgraded to a room with a balcony (Rm 304,) That elevated this rating from a 3 to a 4.

The balcony is great but the chairs and table are rusted and should be replaced. The hotel is in a central location with the main attractions being easily walkable. Linens and towels are excellent quality, and the cleaners did a good job, but I would classify this as a 3-star hotel instead of a 4-star.

The bathroom’s placement is strange. Having the bed between the WC and the sink requires constant walking around the bed to wash hands and is awkward. The makeup mirror doesn’t stay upright because it’s missing the rear piece.

The bed only has one bedside wall plug. We received a complimentary bottle of water as a welcome on Day 1, but only 1 small bottle (50cl ) Evian for 2 people? Housekeeping did not replace our coffee pods every day like they should have.

I understand about historic buildings/old cities, but there is an unpleasant odor coming from the sink when the stopper is raised. Keep that sink stopper down.

The TV has limited English language channels and there was no way to plug in the firestick to watch our content because HDMI and power are needed but not available.

The ability to cast to the TV had been blocked so we used our cellular due to being unable to stay logged into hotel's internet. Again, I understand it's an old building with thick walls, but other hotels have installed repeaters for this particular issue.

Area around the hotel feels a little seedy, with a number of homeless or people begging, and lots of closed storefronts. Our visit was early April, so hopefully it's just a seasonal closing.

L’hôtel et les prestations ne valent pas 4 étoiles
Plafond délabré, chauffage bruyant même éteint.
Après la première nuit chambre non nettoyée et quand nous demandons pourquoi aucune explication et personne ne propose de nous donner au moins des serviettes propres.
