Excellents cafés, mais il est 14h15 ce 9 mai et le magasin n'est toujours pas ouvert, alors cette fois-ci, j'irai me ravitailler ailleurs. Dommage.

Très bon cappuccino et lieu pittoresque et sympathique.
Les espresso ne sont pas donnés, je crois 2.3€, le cappuccino excellent et bon prix (3.9€)

The customer service was excellent, as well as the Capuccino I ordered. Honestly, I didn't imagine it to be this big and beautiful presentation. They also added a small cookie on the side of the coffee. Such a nice detail. ✨Thanks!

We purchased a few different roasts of coffee for the holiday season. The Noël blend did not live up to the hype in the description. It was missing the "Chocolat - Epices - Agrumes" on the label. It was just a very basic coffee at an elevated price. We have only tried one of the others so far, colombie supremo, and it did not meet our expectations based on previous coffees from the region.
We have been testing each in two different styles of coffee makers to see the differences in each using the same weight of coffee to water proportions. We have two more roasts to try so we will update the reviews as the holidays progress.
We have now finished all the coffees we purchased and can truthfully say that we really were disappointed in the flavors of each of the different coffees. We miss the aroma and flavor of full bodied coffees. So sorry because we love to support our local businesses but we will have to look somewhere else for our freshly roasted coffees.

Un très bon torréfacteur à Carcassonne!
Nous sommes venus pour acheter du café en grains (découvert grâce à un cadeau de Noël, et très apprécié). L'accueil par la vendeuse a été parfait, de très bons conseils et très aimable!

Il n'y a pas meilleur endroit pour boire un café à Carcassonne, grand choix, conseils. M. Roméro connait son travail et aime le partager. Chaque fois que nous passons en ville, c'est l'arrêt obligatoire, jamais déçu ! Quand on lit un commentaire qui compare avec Nespresso, l'auteur devrait commander un Coca-cola...

Beau établissement, bel emplacement, belles machines et malheureusement de mauvais expresso à 2,40€ l'unité. Mauvaise préparation ou vieux café ? Pas de crema en tout cas et les saveurs étaient altérées.. la nespresso fait de meilleur café, c'est une première pour nous..

My partner and I loved this cafe! There were beans from all over the world. First we had a cappuccino from Brazil which was delicious, then we asked to try an espresso tasting with beans from Malabar and Colombia. The venue was atmospheric and the service was excellent, very helpful and friendly despite having to communicate over google translate.

Commande: un long Ethiopien. Doublement choque: le cafe avait gout & odeur de "vieux" et de brule tres prononce. Clairement pas eu de chance sur mon choix, mais quand c'est le cas il faut jeter et renouveller! Pas de pour-over offert, il s'agit simplement d'une machine. Le service etait agreable.
