Un hôtel qui mérite qu'on s'y attarde pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix. Situé dans le quartier des Batignolles, en pleine mutation, et à deux pas de la place de Clichy, il offre tout ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel parisien de sa catégorie pour un séjour d'affaires ou en famille. La décoration reste classique mais de bon ton. Les chambres sont calmes, très propres et confortables avec pour certaines des toilettes séparées de la salle de bains, le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel multilingue et très gentil. Une adresse à ne refiler qu'à ses bons amis.

We booked this hotel on their website because it had good reviews, we wrote them an email because we had a question but they never replied,when we arrived they gave us the wrong room, we showed them our booking confirmation and they had a different one without details (we booked a room with a balcony and two separated beds) this option was on their website but they said it’s not possible and it’s not their fault that it was written on their website, they told us that it would be only for one night.
The next morning they couldn’t give us the right room and they told us they would change it tomorrow.We asked to call the manager and they did, she offered a second room for free only for one night. After two nights of sleeping in two different rooms they finally gave us the right one. They even recorded me complaining so they could show it to their manager and find out if its the hotel’s problem.
We slept two nights in the right room but when we checked out they made us pay for the wrong room because they couldn’t cancel it and “they didn’t know if we slept there” (the two nights we slept in the right room), they refused to call the manager and we were obliged to pay extra.
Every day there was a different receptionist and we had to explain our problem all over again!
Also they wouldn’t let us cancel our breakfast even though it was written on their website.
Our stay was terrible and all they gave us was discomfort!
