Hôtel de charme vintage offrant des chambres équipées et un petit déjeuner copieux avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Voici, sans nul doute, une chouette escapade dans un hôtel au charme vintage, situé dans un endroit stratégique de Paris. On accède aux chambres Rétro par un escalier d’époque en fer forgé. Les chambres sont bien équipées, et les literies d'excellente qualité. Quant au petit déjeuner, il est excellent, copieux et ses plages horaires sont larges, ce qui ne gâche rien ! L’accueil dans cet établissement de tradition familiale (depuis 1912 !) est sympathique et convivial. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix que l'on vous conseille.

We travel frequently as a family (of 3), and I usually look for modest suites (one bedroom + living rooom) so our daughter has a separate sleeping space. When I reserved this hotel, I triple-checked to make sure I had booked a suite fulfilling this. The website explicitly states "Suitable for three people, the suite includes a spacious bedroom, a living room and a very large bathroom." The confirmation email I received from the hotel stated the same. ||||So you can imagine our surprise that upon check-in, we were given a triple room—one room with 2 beds! When we called down to reception to enquire, we were told that our expectations were wrong and there must be a translation error. (Their website and emails were both written in English so I don't see any translation errors on our part.) The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, could not concede that they grossly mismarketed their offerings, and did not offer any solutions, such as an additional single so we had another space. She did, however, suggest that we could move hotels and she would (so kindly) refund our money. Clearly, business and customer satisfaction are not priorities here. ||||It's unfortunate, because the other staff were so kind! We have stayed at other nice hotels with appropriately marketed suites in the surrounding area. I will simply book those other properties next time, and avoid this hotel.

Chambre au design apaisant, literie très confortable, propreté irréprochable, bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est calme malgré l'extrême proximité de la gare saint Lazarre.

Хочу порекомендовать данный отель. Сначала я хотела забронировать другой отель исходя из отзывов других посетителей, но в том отеле нашу бронь отменили, поэтому чисто случайно нашла этот прекрасный отель.
Чистый, приятный и самое главное кто прилетел погулять, то идеальное расположение отеля. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Единственное ванная действительно маленькая, но это только маленький минус, хотя в Париже везде так.
Работники все очень милые. Выходя гулять, просят оставлять ключ, но это для безопасности, для нас не было проблем, так даже удобнее. Многие пишут что шумно, но наш номер выходил к улице и супер шумно не было, иногда слышны были звуки, но нагуляв 20 тыс.шагов, это было уже неважно.
Советую отель ! Достойный своих звёзд

The service was flawless. The staff was kind, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any request I had was handled quickly and with a smile.
It was truly a stress-free, relaxing experience, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be back!
