My son, his GF and I stayed at Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent for a week in April for his 35th. When arriving the place could be missed it has a small entrance lobby. We arrived early AM and booked the previous night so we could get our room immediately. Check in was smooth and quick. The staff friendly and helpful. ||We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite L’elegant. It was on the 3rd floor which is really 3 flights up since the ground level in Paris is considered 0. There is a small lift that fits one person and two suitcases. My son and his GF always used the stair and I mostly used the lift which was always available to me, no issues. ||When we arrived in the room I was so happy! Spacious and beautiful! I had my own Paris apartment with a full kitchen! This room I booked had two toilets in separate areas (one with a little sink) and a room with a large shower and sink and heated towel rack. One bedroom was facing the courtyard and other the street. The street side could get noisy at times but I am a New Yorker and lived in Manhattan so it was not bothersome for me. There was 3 AC’s (one each bedroom and one living room). I loved opening the windows in the morning! The living room and dining room spacious. They do have a small washing machine but no dryer. They provide you with a rack to dry your clothing. There was a safe in the room. The room had a Nespresso machine which got a lot of use from us! We were given pods when ever we wanted more!||They offer a continental type breakfast you can purchase to the rooms for morning delivery which we did take advantage of some mornings when we had to run to get to early morning tours. The staff was always helpful and friendly and answered all our questions when we needed help. ||The hotel has a spa! It’s in the basement area and it’s very rustic looking and even has a pool. I did a massage treatment one day and it was wonderful and a great feature to have. ||I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again!! The location is exactly what I wanted. This is a great place to stay for anyone who wants a full service room or traveling with family. I dreamed of staying on the left bank when I finally got to Paris in the St Germaine area. There is a little market across the street to pick up groceries, a laundry mat on the block with washers & dryer and a bakery right down the block with amazing croissants. Lots of restaurants near by.

Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom elegant suite as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Very friendly staff on reception looked after our luggage and took up to our room as we arrived before 3pm check in. Large modern and clean apartment with all the facilities you would need. We often struggle to find somewhere suitable with a king size bed and twin beds for the kids but this was perfect. Great location 10 min walk to nearest metro or Notre Dame. Small shop opposite for essentials or 2 min walk to monoprix supermarket. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Continental breakfast can be ordered but I preferred to visit monoprix for bread, pastries and fruit. Daily room clean - spotless. Would stay here again if visited Paris in the future.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Paris, in dem man sich sicher fühlt. Für Pariser Verhältnisse war das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich.

My family and I were guests at this hotel last week. I had searched for an aparthotel and this place was recommended. I booked the Flaneur duplex which is on the top floor. As others had stated, the elevator is tiny and can fit 1 adult plus 1-2 carry-on sized suitcases. You will be climbing many flights of stairs so get ready.||The duplex itself is large and seemed pretty clean. The kitchen is well stocked with a large fridge and freezer for European standards. We’re from the US so we have larger appliances. The laundry is in the kitchen and does not have drying capabilities. We were given a drying rack which was flimsy so I had to distribute the weight of wet clothes evenly. I would bring some plastic hangers from home to help with space and drying faster.||Cons: The room gets very stuffy and the A/C isn’t as cool as we would like so we had to open up the windows. Both bedrooms and the dining/living area have individual A/C units. This was fine during the day until night time when people were yelling due to restaurants downstairs. This was an issue for Sat and Sun nights but the weekdays were quiet as I assume people had to work the next morning. Were used to central A/C so for those that don’t have that at home, you will be fine. The upstairs is a loft area so not much privacy. I would not recommend the top floor for anybody 6 feet and above as it is slope city. Even at 5’2”, I banged my head a number of times in the bathroom. There is only a tub and no shower curtain/glass, so I had to climb the stairs down to the shower on the first floor. Thankfully there are well placed light switches along the stairwell so less chance to fall if the lights are out for somebody sleeping on the pull out sofa. Also, the front desk people were MIA at times. Despite knocking on the glass doors or the back door, nobody responded at times. It was strange.||Bedroom setups: The top floor has 2 twin beds pushed together while the first floor room is a queen bed. The pull out is a queen sized too. Both rooms have good storage/closet space for a shorter stay.||Suggestions: Please add a shelf or chair/bench in the stand up shower. There was no where to place toiletries in the shower so everything was on the floor. Not everybody wants to use the hotel products.||There was an issue where the plumbing was turned off one evening but we didn’t know until we returned to the hotel for the evening. The front desk clerk informed us as we walked in. We were not sure if the plumbing would be back on that evening but luckily, we didn’t have to wait too late. It was probably around 22:00 when it was back on.||Overall, it was a convenient place to stay and a large space to fit 2 adults and 2 kids for a comfortable stay. Especially not having to book 2 hotel rooms and we all had enough space to be comfortable. If you are in a wheelchair, this hotel is probably not for you as it wasn’t ADA friendly due to the elevator size. The metro stops are within a 5+ min walk which seems close but there is still quite a bit or walking. ||Great restaurants within short walking distance: Le Hibou, Breizh Cafe, Tokyotori. Other restaurants were further away but the best food is definitely in the 5th and 6th arr.||If we go back to Paris, we will stay here again due to the large space and location. We used Welcome Pickups to drop us off from the train station with our luggage and also to our journey to CDG.

Perfect spot for a trip to Paris with our adult children. Great location and very clean. I am glad we took up their offer to organize a van from the airport for our group of six. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay here again. I have 4 children in their 20's and this was a family trip. It was nice to have a family room area and kitchen in addition to separate bedrooms.
