We stayed at the Le Prince Regent, Residence and Spa in the 6th. Absolutely incredible and quiet for those of you that want a little bit more space to spread out at a great price. We didn’t get very many good pictures but the pictures online are exactly what it looks like. I was a little nervous because they look so good. We got the two bedroom and it was the size of a large apartment but decorated very modern, extremely clean. Huge bathroom! There was a large couch that folded out to a very comfortable queen size bed. Each separate bedroom had two king-size beds with soft mattresses and pillows, and a large closet. There was not only a whole kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, plates, and silverware, but also a little kitchenette to sit. We also had a larger dining room table. The front desk staff were top notch, so kind, held our luggage all day. Lastly, my son lost a valuable piece of jewelry and we looked everywhere for it and just figured he must’ve dropped it somewhere on the streets or something. But when we came back to pick up our luggage before we headed out, housekeeping had found it and gave it to the front desk and they gave it to us in a little envelope. ????????????????????
Also, it’s directly across from a little convenience store, which was super helpful.

Lovely hotel and reception staff were super friendly. Room was modern with good facilities and ideal for 4 friends sharing. Lovely bars and restaurants around the area and close to the metro. A little bit out of the centre if you choose to walk. Nice that it has the added benefit of a spa although I wouldn’t use the spa again as very limited

I absolutely loved this apart-hotel in Paris! The location is simply perfect—just a short walk from the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and within walking distance to Notre-Dame. The area is full of charming cafés and restaurants, making it a delight to explore.
The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a small but fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, cozy bathrobes, and a well-stocked bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable with crisp white linens, which made for a great night’s sleep.
Overall, I found the price to be very fair for the quality offered—especially considering how expensive accommodation can be in Paris. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

My son, his GF and I stayed at Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent for a week in April for his 35th. When arriving the place could be missed it has a small entrance lobby. We arrived early AM and booked the previous night so we could get our room immediately. Check in was smooth and quick. The staff friendly and helpful. ||We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite L’elegant. It was on the 3rd floor which is really 3 flights up since the ground level in Paris is considered 0. There is a small lift that fits one person and two suitcases. My son and his GF always used the stair and I mostly used the lift which was always available to me, no issues. ||When we arrived in the room I was so happy! Spacious and beautiful! I had my own Paris apartment with a full kitchen! This room I booked had two toilets in separate areas (one with a little sink) and a room with a large shower and sink and heated towel rack. One bedroom was facing the courtyard and other the street. The street side could get noisy at times but I am a New Yorker and lived in Manhattan so it was not bothersome for me. There was 3 AC’s (one each bedroom and one living room). I loved opening the windows in the morning! The living room and dining room spacious. They do have a small washing machine but no dryer. They provide you with a rack to dry your clothing. There was a safe in the room. The room had a Nespresso machine which got a lot of use from us! We were given pods when ever we wanted more!||They offer a continental type breakfast you can purchase to the rooms for morning delivery which we did take advantage of some mornings when we had to run to get to early morning tours. The staff was always helpful and friendly and answered all our questions when we needed help. ||The hotel has a spa! It’s in the basement area and it’s very rustic looking and even has a pool. I did a massage treatment one day and it was wonderful and a great feature to have. ||I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again!! The location is exactly what I wanted. This is a great place to stay for anyone who wants a full service room or traveling with family. I dreamed of staying on the left bank when I finally got to Paris in the St Germaine area. There is a little market across the street to pick up groceries, a laundry mat on the block with washers & dryer and a bakery right down the block with amazing croissants. Lots of restaurants near by.

Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom elegant suite as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Very friendly staff on reception looked after our luggage and took up to our room as we arrived before 3pm check in. Large modern and clean apartment with all the facilities you would need. We often struggle to find somewhere suitable with a king size bed and twin beds for the kids but this was perfect. Great location 10 min walk to nearest metro or Notre Dame. Small shop opposite for essentials or 2 min walk to monoprix supermarket. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Continental breakfast can be ordered but I preferred to visit monoprix for bread, pastries and fruit. Daily room clean - spotless. Would stay here again if visited Paris in the future.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Paris, in dem man sich sicher fühlt. Für Pariser Verhältnisse war das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich.

My family and I were guests at this hotel last week. I had searched for an aparthotel and this place was recommended. I booked the Flaneur duplex which is on the top floor. As others had stated, the elevator is tiny and can fit 1 adult plus 1-2 carry-on sized suitcases. You will be climbing many flights of stairs so get ready.||The duplex itself is large and seemed pretty clean. The kitchen is well stocked with a large fridge and freezer for European standards. We’re from the US so we have larger appliances. The laundry is in the kitchen and does not have drying capabilities. We were given a drying rack which was flimsy so I had to distribute the weight of wet clothes evenly. I would bring some plastic hangers from home to help with space and drying faster.||Cons: The room gets very stuffy and the A/C isn’t as cool as we would like so we had to open up the windows. Both bedrooms and the dining/living area have individual A/C units. This was fine during the day until night time when people were yelling due to restaurants downstairs. This was an issue for Sat and Sun nights but the weekdays were quiet as I assume people had to work the next morning. Were used to central A/C so for those that don’t have that at home, you will be fine. The upstairs is a loft area so not much privacy. I would not recommend the top floor for anybody 6 feet and above as it is slope city. Even at 5’2”, I banged my head a number of times in the bathroom. There is only a tub and no shower curtain/glass, so I had to climb the stairs down to the shower on the first floor. Thankfully there are well placed light switches along the stairwell so less chance to fall if the lights are out for somebody sleeping on the pull out sofa. Also, the front desk people were MIA at times. Despite knocking on the glass doors or the back door, nobody responded at times. It was strange.||Bedroom setups: The top floor has 2 twin beds pushed together while the first floor room is a queen bed. The pull out is a queen sized too. Both rooms have good storage/closet space for a shorter stay.||Suggestions: Please add a shelf or chair/bench in the stand up shower. There was no where to place toiletries in the shower so everything was on the floor. Not everybody wants to use the hotel products.||There was an issue where the plumbing was turned off one evening but we didn’t know until we returned to the hotel for the evening. The front desk clerk informed us as we walked in. We were not sure if the plumbing would be back on that evening but luckily, we didn’t have to wait too late. It was probably around 22:00 when it was back on.||Overall, it was a convenient place to stay and a large space to fit 2 adults and 2 kids for a comfortable stay. Especially not having to book 2 hotel rooms and we all had enough space to be comfortable. If you are in a wheelchair, this hotel is probably not for you as it wasn’t ADA friendly due to the elevator size. The metro stops are within a 5+ min walk which seems close but there is still quite a bit or walking. ||Great restaurants within short walking distance: Le Hibou, Breizh Cafe, Tokyotori. Other restaurants were further away but the best food is definitely in the 5th and 6th arr.||If we go back to Paris, we will stay here again due to the large space and location. We used Welcome Pickups to drop us off from the train station with our luggage and also to our journey to CDG.

Perfect spot for a trip to Paris with our adult children. Great location and very clean. I am glad we took up their offer to organize a van from the airport for our group of six. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay here again. I have 4 children in their 20's and this was a family trip. It was nice to have a family room area and kitchen in addition to separate bedrooms.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4. Location is great central for exploring all of Paris ,located in Latin quarter, area felt safe and lots of local restaurants and shops all around . Louve , Notre Dame and other key sites are all in walk distance . clean and spacious with all basic amenities you need . The pull out bed isn’t the most comfortable but okay for children not sure it would be a comfortable sleep for adults . Top tips for the overall trip I learnt … |1. Use Uber taxis they come in minutes to hotel door and get an Uber to airport was 38 euros return to CDG in compassion to the 76 we were charged by Parisian taxis into Paris .|2. If you plan to day trip to Disney like we did it was much easier than I expected . Got the RER from Les Halles for 2.50pp and was at Disney gates in 40 minutes . You can get the local metro to Lea Halles in 5 minutes but we got a cab the 2 miles . Returning from Disney I got an Uber outside Le Chessy station ( at the park gates , they must wait as was literally 1 minutes ) 56 euros back as we were too tired by then .|At both the airport and Disney there are men asking if you need a taxi DO NOT go with them they are not official taxis and a scam . We nearly fell for it as they stand at the exit by the taxi ranks at both the airport and Disney . The official taxis have green lights on top and plate on car. |3. There is a very small shop opposite the hotel for basics but it’s very expensive. For milk and some water I paid 20 odd euros. There are plenty of French supermarkets within walking distance of it’s not too late and much cheaper .||And finally Paris is an amazing city . The hotel is great ,couldn’t fault either and hopefully tips above ate helpful !

While visiting Paris for the first time with a family, we booked this hotel for the size of the room, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean. We will definitely be aiming to book this hotel again.

Great location, excellent service and spacious enough room for a family of four. We also booked private spa hours for the family use and that was excellent. No room service/restaurant, but plenty of good places to eat around. Asked breakfast to be delivered to the room which was lovely. We’ll definitely come back.

The accommodation was spacious for a family of five in Paris and close to some local restaurants and shops. There wasn’t a hotel feel but more of a managed apartment feel. Welcoming and comfortable. Clean and well thought out amenities. Lovely accommodation.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Best part: it is w/in walking distance to everything: restaurants, shopping, and tourist spots. It would’ve been a 5. I hate to give a lower score but I figured to explain why: 1) on one occasion, we were walking back to our rooms when we were stopped by a staff who asked if we were staying there and what room we are in (umm, do we not look like their usual clientele?). It was unsettling. 2) We got a call from front desk - one of their clients on the floor below us apparently complained about some noise between 10pm-5am. I mentioned that we are also asleep at that time, but nope - we were told to try to keep it down anyways (I guess we’re automatically guilty? Or perhaps they think we don’t sleep at all. My poor elderly parents who already move slow due to medical issues got extremely self conscious and started to lift chairs and walk even slower. One thing to note, we have been hearing noises as well, we figured from outside since we were surrounded by a lot of things, etc., but didn’t complain or blame anyone; and 3) on our 2nd day, we came in to rest just as the cleaning lady was finishing up (she was super nice btw and did a great job). Then a few minutes later, a man with a key opened our door but didn’t explain who he was and just left. We got pretty scared as to why he was there. I mean, if it was something important he would have told us why. But nope, he just left.
