Le Burgundy went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. We have a small toddler, and the staff was so accommodating at every turn. From food, to room, to service, we could feel the level of attention to detail throughout the hotel. We had a fabulous experience!

The Manager and team went to great lengths and walked extra miles to change and upgrade my room. Excellent and friendly service. Could not praise Le Burgundy and their staff enough. Best location for designer shopping, all within short walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean, with spacious wardrobe. Separate bath and toilet.

Nous venons chaque année depuis plus de 15 ans satisfait des services et de la situation de l’hôtel mais dans la mesure du possible nous préférons toutes les chambres que nous avons eu avec vue qui se trouvent à partir du 3eme étage à la chambre 106 que nous avons eu malheureusement pour la 2eme fois lors de notre dernier séjour .

Segnalo che per la colazione c'è stato qualche piccolo problema, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il the verde 4 volte , crediamo che sia perchè c'era del nuovo personale probabilmente, per il resto tutto eccezionale come sempre.

Superbe séjour dans la chambre prestige avec terrasse. De l’arrivée au départ tout a était parfait .
La bouteille de champagne en chambre à notre arrivée, avec une attention pour l’anniversaire de mon mari ( un petit gâteau)

Je n’avais point d’eau froide dans ma douche le premier jour et l’eau s’écoulait dans la salle de bain , le pèse personne ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai averti le chef d’étage mais rien était réparé ce qui est dommage. J’ai séjourné chez vous avec le directeur de mon entreprise Mr Lopez- o’Farelll. Le service au restaurant étoilé était très lent, la nourriture excellente.

The breakfast buffet (small with hardly any choices) and menu selection (just eggs) are very disappointing. I will surely come again, but after my fourth time at the hotel, I simply find your breakfast on a level with a 3-star hotel.

- Subtile parfum d'ambiance ;-) que l'ion retrouve séjour après séjour
- Personnel à la réception plutôt charmant mais certaines personnes ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'élégance des lieux ni en termes de style personnel ni en termes de services, d'élocution....
- J'aurai préféré une chambre à l'étage pour avoir moins de bruit des camions poubelles (demande faite mais nous étions au 1er étage)
- La confirmation de dépôt de paiemenet se fait en ligne, via email, mais provoque quelques suspicions par les temps qui courent. Ai du appelerl'hôtel pour savoir si nous pouvions activer la demande.
- Le service de préparation pour la nuit se fait toujours au moment où nous sommes en chambre avant le dîner (devraiot se faire avant 19h30 ou après 20h30)
- Les prix des chambres ont beaucoup augmenté après le COVID et j'espère que cela s'arrêtera afin que nous puissions continuer à venir au Burgundy

We very much enjoyed our stay at Le Bergundy. The strongpoint was certainly your staff who were at all times professional but also friendly, helpful and pleasant.
We also appreciated the high quality of the furnishings and fittings of the hotel.

From the beginning when you walk into LeBurgundy it’s Magical! From the amazingly wonderful staff to the beautiful Decor! The Restaurant is a Must! The pool is beautiful.. Everyone is so attentive and. Welcoming… We LOVED LeBurgundy and will return within 6-8 months
