The staff was great, we had initially reserved to stay at the Le Burgundy for 7 nights (April 26 thru May 3) to celebrate our 30th anniversary. However we had to shorten our stay because I was diagnosed with pneumonia and needed to head back to the US asap. The staff was very accomodating with this change as well as acknowledging our anniversary. We definitely want to reschedule this trip, hopefully in 2026 and we would definitely stay at the Le Burgundy!

Truly a five star gem in Paris. We were warmly greeted by the doormen and our luggage promptly brought to our room. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The concierge, led by Francois and we used Axel also. They made sure we had tickets to Museum D’Orsay, dinner cruise on the Seine, helping us get to Notre Dame and we were able to get in by going very early. Francois arranged a masterful limo driver, Jean Paul and Sophie , our tour guide who was amazing and so knowledgeable. We spent 4 hours with them and we saw so much of Paris. Our Junior Suite was large, clean and quiet! The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. We fell in love with Paris and we would definitely come back to Le Burgundy. A wonderful experience in Paris thanks to your hospitality and excellent staff!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our four night stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and offer everything we needed. I enjoyed the comfortable beds, the large bathtub, and the amazing windows. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet! It may be the best in Paris!

We had a great time! The pillows were not so comfortable . And the tiles in the bath a d shower need to be polished and redund. Apart from that I really loved it!

We had an excellent stay while attending the Saut Hermes.
Concierge was always available and helpful, the food was delicious. We were always greeted by the staff. It made us feel very much at home.

Petit soucis avec la bac à douche qui est trop glissant, j'ai d'ailleurs chuté en sortant de la douche car le carrelage extérieur est également très glissant lorsque qu'il est légèrement humide. Une chute sans trop de gravité car je garde l'esprit sportif malgré mon âge 68 ans mais qui aurait pu l'être. Je pense qu'il faut absolument installer une sorte de tapis intérieur de douche pour éviter ce genre de désagrément. Un petit bémol avec le voilage des fenêtres qui fait vraiment misérable et indigne de l'établissement ainsi que le manque d'empathie au moment du check in. Sinon toujours agréable comme d'habitude.
Ah si, un barman incompétent sur des Irish Coffee, totalement raté.

My son and I had such a memorable stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so lovely and helpful with a few exceptional individuals who went above and beyond. The special touches like marshmallows for my son and no restrictions for him at the pool were much appreciated. I would definitely consider it one of my favourite hotels in the world. Thank you and can’t wait to be back!

Très bel hôtel, discret et cosy extrêmement bien situé. Le personnel et les voituriers au top. Nous avons déjeuné au Charles. Le repas était excellent quoiqu’un peu cher….
