Room air conditioner had to be set by the front desk. It took two calls and 30 minutes to get that done.
The covers were too heavy and without a top sheet one has no choice!
I ordered a Rose glass of wine. The server never came back to see how I liked the wine, which I did not like! It tasted spoiled, and when it was time to leave no one was around so we had to wait and find someone.

Tolle Lage mit einen sehr guten Service. Schwimmbad und kinderfreundlichkeit mkönnen wir nicht bewerten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück varierte; am ersten Morgen war die Auswahl sehr viel kleiner.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée en famille à l’occasion des 18 ans de notre fille. Le cadre est chaleureux et superbe avec la vue sur la cave à vin, le patio. Le personnel est très agréable et attentif avec une mention particulière à Alain, Elsa et Florian. Les plats étaient délicieux. les accords mets vins parfaits grâce aux conseils du sommelier. Bravo !

Very nice hotel with wonderful service. Dinner at La Baudelaire was very good but the door to the kitchen always opening and closing is a bit annoying. The gentlemen at the front door were very good and helpful. The location and sights near by are great. The breakfast one morning was very bad. Our server kept forgetting the orders or mixing them up and it was very slow. The breakfast the other days was better. Overall, very nice experience.
One complaint is the soap in the bathroom was not replaced.

The service was terrible. We were treated poorly by the front desk either when checking in and when checking out. The waiter at the restaurant chased us when leaving lunch alleging that we didn’t signed the bill but we did.

Beautiful hotel but falls short on the two most important things a guest looks for, a comfortable bed and a good shower. Beds are not very comfortable and the shower water temperature keeps changing.

We stayed 2 nights. At check in , 2pm, one of our party on entering their room (503) commented on toilet /sewage smell and asked to change room. Informed none available but the fault would be rectified . We returned in the evening - lesser smell . We later went out for dinner, returned at 12, and informed we missed the residents bar, people still there, but ok. Went to bed.
The next morning 503 commented on smell again. We had breakfast , 4 of us had poached eggs - looked amazing - unfortunately cold ((2 sets were fridge cold) . Two people sent theirs back , came back the same - with dirty plates.
Went out all day, returning at 6pm, smell same and front desk informed. No change of room.
We returned after dinner, 11.40, same server in lounge, closed door as we approached- informed bar closed sgain, we asked politely again, firm no. Asked where we could get a drink - informed the mandarin nearby, which she informed us was lovely, had a bar called 8, we could have a drink. We went there and had two lovely rounds @ 150euro per round, returned perfectsatisfied.
Next morning had breakfast elsewhere due not wanting to have to have unreliable food and checked out at 9.30. (Stored bags in reception - thank you. Funnily enough we did sit down @ in atrium for coffee and a drink , but infmed that lovely bright area not a spas only served afternoon tea there !! , so we waited in the darker bar for our transport)

Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé mon mari et moi même un merveilleux moment. Merci pour les délicats attentions que vous nous avez apporter pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Le petit gâteau que nous avons dégusté le dimanche soir à la maison nous a transporté. Les cocktails étaient délicieux.

Comme toujours, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. Nous avons cependant été déçus par la qualité des petits déjeuners (pris en chambre comme nous le faisons d'habitude); le pain et surtout les viennoiseries ne semblaient pas frais. Les viennoiseries nous ont semblé être de la veille. La formule continentale pourrait également être un peu plus étoffée et/ou comporter un peu plus d'originalité. Merci

I ordered a bottle of champagne for when my fiancé arrives. I made the booking as a surprise for her and her best friend to shop for wedding dresses. I paid in advance. What happened? I honestly could not be more disappointed. They arrived. Stayed an hour. Left. No champagne. I called the reception half an hour after the arrival to go please bring the champagne and he said he does not care but I should be happy they got an upgrade?? I wanted the stay to be perfect for my fiancé to find her perfect wedding dress. We agreed that they get the champagne when they arrive with the welcome card. I paid in advance. Please at least explain to me why you ruined this.

c'était parfait
mais si on doit vraiment cherchez quelque chose:
- à la réception peut etre mettre un fauteuille en plus pour ceux qui doivent patienter
- à l'arrivé peut etre proposer une rafraichissement (une eau parfume)

Le petit déjeuner n’est absolument pas au niveau que l’on peut attendre de cette maison. Viennoiseries surgelées (impossible que ce ne soit pas ça, elles étaient dures) pain pas frais non plus, le dimanche matin en plein cœur de Paris ! trop peu de choix de produits et de pains sur le buffet et une très très mauvaise organisation de l’équipe de service malgré leur gentillesse. Une personne à côté de nous a attendu son café plus de 20mn ! Tout est à revoir.

Belle découverte! Super Tea Time de qualité. Globalement les personnels sont souriants et très aimables. C’est dommage que le serveur n’ait pas pu bien nous expliquer le menu paradis, car on pensait pouvoir choisir une pâtisserie de la vitrine qui était compris dans le menu. Mais au moment de l’addition il nous a dit que ce n’était pas le cas. Donc il y a eu une mal compréhension au moment de l’addition pour la pâtisserie supplémentaire. On aurait bien aimé qu’il nous explique cela au moment de la commande.

Hôtel très bien situé avec du personnel agréable et serviable . Service impeccable au petit déjeuner . Ambiance feutrée et douillette qui permet de se sentir bien . Après une journée de congrès on rentre avec plaisir au Burgundy pour recharger ses batteries .

Personnel agréable , chambre chaleureuse, seul bémol, vous indiquez de mettre les serviettes sur le radiateur séche serviette quand on veut s'en resservir et ne pas les changer, hors elles ont quand même été change le soir.
C'est dommage il y a une économie d'eau et d'élec à faire sur ce poste.

Tout ce qu'on attend de ce genre de restaurant : service de très grands classe, ambiance feutrée, plats originaux et très savoureux !

Petit remarque sur la restauration au bar, plus de 40 minutes pour une salade, un serveur pas très aimable de l’eau presque chaude dans la carafe et obligé de réclamer le pain…
Pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel et du reste des prestations.
Sinon tout était parfait !
