Hôtel équipé et de confort standard où les prestations justifient le coût des chambres, dont certaines mansardées.
Confort standard et équipements sont au rendez-vous (insonorisation, Internet, coffre-fort, etc.) dans cet Holiday Inn très bien situé. Les chambres, desservies par un ascenseur, sont réparties sur 7 étages, certaines, mansardées avec poutres, sont plus personnalisées. Les lits sont très confortables et le client a même le choix entre un oreiller doux ou dur... Les prestations justifient largement le coût des chambres, tout comme la qualité du petit déjeuner et le cadre : jardin très agréable et surprenant trompe-l’œil dans le hall. Et comme on tient à conserver ce haut niveau de prestations, l'endroit a bénéficié de travaux il y a un an. Bilan : un bel espace de vie tout neuf, aux couleurs vertes et jaunes acidulées, mais aussi une splendide terrasse donnant sur un impressionnant mur végétal. Evidemment, l’accueil et le service sont excellents.

To start with, the room was unbearably hot during the night, and we couldn't sleep at all. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and there was no alternative solution offered. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with young children who need proper rest.
Things only got more frustrating during breakfast. My wife and I went down to eat while our kids were still sleeping in the room. We asked if we could take a couple of croissants back up for them — just a small gesture for sleeping children — and were told flatly that it wasn’t allowed. After explaining the situation, the staff member finally offered to bring food upstairs herself, but still insisted we couldn’t take it ourselves, which made no sense.
When we did take a few croissants and some butter for the kids, we were stopped again. We had taken three croissants and three butter packets — one for each child — and were told we could only have one butter! When I asked why there were so many petty restrictions, the staff member reluctantly gave us one more. Honestly, it was laughable. The rigidity and lack of empathy were shocking, especially in a city like Paris where hospitality is supposed to matter.
Overall, this hotel lacks both comfort and basic courtesy. Between the sweltering, sleepless nights and the oddly strict and unwelcoming breakfast rules, we will definitely not be returning. Not recommended for families.
