Mooie plaatsen, nieuw verzorgde sanitaire gebouwen. Schappelijk van prijs. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen. Enige wat wij een beetje jammer vonden was de troosteloze aanblik van de plaatsen. Het gras was niet gemaaid en de hagen niet geschoren waardoor het er allemal een beetje onverzorgd uit zag.

Perfekte Lage um Epernay zu besuchen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles nah und leicht zu erreichen.
Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, gute Sanitäranlagen, ruhig und sehr entspannt.
Wenn man Epernay besuchen möchte, ist das ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt!

Perfect for sightseeing the champagne region. 30 minutes from must see Reims, 5 minutes from HauteVillers, where from Pérignon lived (very pretty 40 minute walk available).
The toiletblock is modern and cleaned frequently. bring your own toilet paper. the campsite is secured with a big fence. our space was big, shady hedged off from the rest. bread service is good.
make reservations in high season, it was fully booked most days.
you can follow the river Marne for a pretty walk to town or to walk your dog (ignoring the forbidden for all traffic sign, walkers are allowed)
not 5* because our place was near the public parking on the other side of the fence and we had one night with a shouting match at 4AM.

Fijne camping met schoon sanitair en centraal gelegen in de champagnestreek. Erg naar ons zin gehad en zelfs verlengd. Weinig faciliteiten voor kinderen (wat wij fijn vinden) en mogelijkheid om te wassen en drogen. Wij verbleven er een week, dit was prima als je vooral van de champagnestreek wil genieten. Haute Villers is een plaatsje vlakbij en zeker waard te bezoeken. Reims is 35 minuten per trein en ook erg leuk. Als champagneliefhebbers is dit super, vriendelijk personeel en prettige plek!

Tried booking 3 nights at this site whilst travelling in France. Sent an e mail and received an automated response that my e mail had been received. Two days later nothing heard so called and spoke to a woman who said she was overwhelmed by e mails and that she would get back to me. To call back later in day if nothing heard. Called back later and spoke to another woman who was unhelpful and told me to send another e mail which I did. No response so booked a site in Challons

Camping très bien entretenu, ombragé, les emplacements sont spacieux, les sanitaires très propres. Le personnel a l'accueil est agréable. Nous recommandons ce camping à la hauteur de ses 3 étoiles.

Guter Campingplatz, große Plätze. Strom und Wasser verfügbar. Das Sanitärhaus war modern und sauber. Es gibt ein kleines Bistro wo man etwas trinken und essen kann. Wir würden hier wieder hin reisen

Schöner Campingplatz, mit großzügigen Stellplätzen, die durch Hecken abgetrennt sind. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und geräumig.

We stayed here as a stop off when driving south, and it was everything we needed from a campsite. Great value, really friendly and easy check in, a flat pitch and great showering facilities with hot water. There is also a running track next door to the campsite which you are allowed to use, and the walk along the canal is nice. There is a supermarket 3 min drive away

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this campsite & sadly this will be the last. ||Positives: good location for exploring local champagne houses & Reims. We cycled to Épernay train station & took bikes on the train to Reims which was a pleasant day out. Facilities are kept clean. On site bar & restaurant is ok in nice setting. ||Negatives: the site is very busy in summer & you pitches are relatively small & hemmed in. We were unfortunately located next to a large family who were very noisy until the early hours. Not usually a problem but caravans & motorhomes are so packed in that they were sitting just a couple of feet from our camper window. The site is very popular with families so you won’t have a peaceful stay.

Our third visit in our Motorhome to this excellent site next to the river and walking distance to the centre of Epernay. You can hire a boat or canoe on the river and there are cycle paths close by. The “pop up” riverside restaurant is a real bonus. Ideal stop off on way to the south east of France and beyond from the channel ferry ports.

Nous sommes venus en vélo pour la nuit. Très beau camping, personnel sympa, lieux enchanteur,douches et toilettes impeccables, mais pas de papier dans les toilettes au vu du prix et des étoiles!, pas de table pour manger, pas de prises à disposition pour charger les portables.

Dr Campingplatz ist in unmittelbarer Zentrums Nähe von Epernay. Das kleine Restaurant bietet Kostproben von verschiedenen Champagner Produzenten. Die einzelnen Parzellen sind super unterteilt und teilweise gut in Schatten.

Een fijne camping, mooi gelegen aan de Marne. Goede broodservice, restaurant lekker en toiletten schoon. Genoten ook van de vier waakganzen die wij Chandon, Moet, Pommery en Mumm hebben gedoopt ????

J'y suis allé en Juillet 2023. Les fêtes Blanches d'Epernay, ça vaut le détour. Arrivé en fin d'après midi en vélo voyage, j'ai été correctement accueilli par la toute jeune équipe. Mon espace réservé était tout proche des sanitaires et de l'accueil. Parfait pour moi. Des sanitaires propres. Un camping municipal qui, sans avoir vraiment profité des infrastructures, mérite ses étoiles. A une prochaine, probablement en vélo ou avec la tente sur le toit :-)

Un excellent camping dans un endroit charmant, juste au bord du canal. Le personnel est super sympathique et serviable et a trouvé un emplacement pour moi, ma tente et ma moto après une longue journée de route, malgré le fait qu'il soit plein. Il y a aussi un joli restaurant sur place qui donne sur le canal et qui propose une excellente cuisine que je recommande également.

Bon emplacement et beau camping mais les toilettes et les douches étaient très sales. Il n'y a pas eu de véritable nettoyage et le sol était couvert de crasse. J'ai visité les toilettes à contrecœur mais je n'ai jamais pris de douche. Il n'y a pas d'excuse pour ne pas avoir des installations très propres puisque nous avons payé €25 par nuit. Payer 18 € par nuit sur un site à Ribeauville où les installations sont nettoyées à la vapeur tous les jours

À seulement 30 km de là, à Chalons-en-Champagne, le camping est occupé à 100%. Même dans les régions viticoles allemandes, c'est la haute saison. Il doit bien y avoir un besoin de camping, mais vous préférez vous préparer tranquillement pour Noël.

Prima ligging. Dichtbij Epernay, maar toch heel stil. Nieuw toiletgebouw met nette faciliteiten (ook 2x föhn). Zonder toiletpapier.
We hadden een niet al te grote plaats maar voor 1 nacht natuurlijk prima. Het eten in het pop-up restaurant aan het water vonden wij voor 1x voldoende. Vriendelijk personeel. Had rond 14.00 uur telefonisch gereserveerd. Ook nodig want om 17.30 uur 'complet' op woensdag 16 juli 2025.
