Mon mari m' a offert le soin Signature, j ai passé un excellent moment. Anna qui s est occupée de mon massage était très à l'écoute, souriante, professionnelle. Cadre très doux,agréable. Je recommande. Encore merci Anna pour la remise en forme après la course IntrailMuros de la veille ;)

Séjour de 2 Jours et une nuit.|Accueil au top, le personnel est au petit soin, présent et discret comme il faut, très professionnel.Bravo!|Un hall d'entrée magistral,une vraie beauté !|Une nuit dans une chambre magnifique,une super literie,une lettre d'accueil personnalisée,des petites douceurs....merci pour votre attention.|Le brunch servi est sublime, frais,varié et fait envie au premier regard.|Petits comme grands,tout le monde y trouve son bonheur et de régale.|Je conseille fortement...moi j'y retournerai ????

We stayed at le Grand Bé for a second time for 3 nights over new year. We’d had a fairly good stay there last summer and love the intra muros location and on site electric car charging, so thought we’d give it another try. What a mistake!||||To start with there was no lunch or dinner option – either restaurant or room service at all over the entire stay (unless you booked the New Year’s Eve events that is). We couldn’t believe it. There were various reasons give by the hotel each day; from the fact that the kitchen doesn’t open on a Monday, to chef availability, to it was new year. Not what we expected from a large 4* hotel, and certainly without pre arrival warning.||||We booked a suite with a terrace – unfortunately the terrace turned out to be a little more than a dark, dirty windowless room above the bins – with no view at all. Very unlike the pictures had led us to believe. The suite was only set up for 2 when we arrived although we had booked for 3 people. We had to ask for the extra bed to be made up, which was done begrudgingly at best (4pm), although an extra towel didn’t arrive until the next day when a further request had to be made. There was no bath plug. Again we asked for one but were told it wasn’t possible to have one until the day after…… The suite wasn’t as clean as it should have been in several places – from dirty glasses to a large ball of dust next to the bed. I pointed everything out to housekeeping and again to reception, who seemed empathetic and promised to resolve it, but despite several attempts they never sorted it all out. After multiple trips to see the reception, we were eventually offered a small discount as a goodwill gesture. A gesture at least but it was too little too late really, particularly as it still didn’t lead to the remaining problems being fixed. ||I had to laugh when we checked out and a fellow guest was also complaining about countless things. Yet believe it or not, the hotel manager assured me that complaints are rare ! I think the Trip advisor reviews show otherwise!

Nous sommes venus à l’heure du thé. L’endroit est très cosy et très agréable.|Le gros bémol c’était le ménage de la salle pendant tout le temps de notre présence. Décevant car ce devait être un moment de repos et le lieu s’y prêtait. |Le ménage devrait être fait à un moment où les clients sot absents.
