Le restaurant Zuby's propose une cuisine américaine et cajun savoureuse, ainsi que des boissons spéciales. L'enregistrement se fait à partir de 15h00 et le départ jusqu'à 12h00. Le parking sur place est gratuit et les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés.

My boyfriend and I stayed here this past weekend. The room itself was very outdated and the shower had mold in it. Upon noticing house keeping did not leave us towels, we alerted the front desk in which the young lady said she'd have someone bring some up we never got them until almost 4 hours later. To top things off the fire alarm went off 3 times while there, once at 3:00 in the morning. Overall, our stay was horrible and needless to say we won't be staying here again. The front desk did absolutely nothing to help accommodate us and make our stay more comfortable. I do not recommend!

The accommodations provided by the hotel were deemed substandard, as the rooms appeared antiquated and needed dire maintenance. In light of this, I requested to switch rooms due to a moldy odor. Moreover, the hotel staff informed me that they were unable to provide towels at the time of my request. I so need a refund.

Bad service. We did not get room service for two days in a row. We talked to the front desk in the evening after a long day of traveling, and the answer we got from the front desk lady was that " because we have more than 100 rooms to clean". Excuse me? That's not a property excuse for not giving us room service.

Staying at Sheraton Metairie New Orleans was an exceptional experience. The hotel's comfort, impeccable service, and convenient location made my visit truly enjoyable. From the well-appointed rooms to the attentive staff, every aspect contributed to a memorable stay. I highly recommend it for a delightful and relaxing accommodation.
