Très bon hôtel. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Très bonne literie . Personnel très agréable et attentionné. Petit dej copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Resto très bien également. Et mention spéciale pour les choix proposés au retour de concert au zénith. Un séjour parfait.

Receptie amateurs. Stug. Niet voldoende informatie. Bij vertrek klopte rekening niet. Moest er na vragen. Kon niet meer hersteld worden. Dutymanager was in vergadering en mocht niet gestoord worden. Nette badkamer. Ik en mijn vrouw paste niet in bad. Wellicht maatje groter maar echt niet exstreem. Ontbijt. Echt een onvoldoende.

Je recommande cet hôtel ! Très propre , la situation géographique est au top ! Il y’a un Centre commercial juste à côté (2min à pied). Pour les personnes au sommeil léger, prendre des bouchons d'oreille.
La Literie est tellement incroyable ! Restaurant et petit déjeuner au top ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
Parking gratuit et assez grand !
J'ai été ravie du petit déjeuner varié, sucré salé à volonté, au top ????????

Le service du restaurant et catastrophique, des menus imposés, sans avoir le choix, un service désagréable, malgré une addition plutôt salée. Je déconseille fortement dommage pour un hôtel qui avait tout pour être très agréable. |Le reste de l’hôtel est propre est l’accueil irréprochable.

Un hôtel au top, très belle chambre, un accueil extrêmement gentil. Le petit déjeuner est un peu en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre en revanche. Sinon un hôtel parfait pour visiter Dijon ☺️

Hôtel dans l’ensemble assez moyen. Coup de grâce lorsque j’ai découvert une énorme tache de sang sèché sur les draps de lit !|Restaurant très moyen.|Grand parking gratuit pour notre attelage .|Sans la tache de sang sur les draps, c’était bon pour une nuit.

If you want to visit Dijon (recommended) but don't want the hassle of finding parking near a hotel there, then this is right next to a tram stop ( and an out of town shopping centre).

Le personnel surtout ne les sortez pas de leurs zone de confort, suivez mon regard, la réception.
Aucun service, aucune aide, « je ne suis pas là pour vous aider, je ne suis pas payé assez pour »!
N’attendez rien et vous ne serez pas déçu.

This was my second stay at the IHG hotel in Dijon, and once again. You’re welcomed with warm, professional service that sets the tone for a great stay.
The facilities are modern, impeccably maintained, and designed for both comfort and convenience. As a passionate martial artist, I especially appreciated the excellent fitness room—it’s well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with training while traveling. The hammam and sauna are also top-notch, providing the ideal way to recover and relax.
The on-site restaurant, which offers an outstanding dining experience.

Groot hotel. Zwembad en Wellness viel een beetje tegen kamer wel prima nog wel eentje van het centrum van John af wel dichtbij een winkelcentrum met allerlei leuke restaurantjes.

Heel ontevreden. Alles is gigantisch duur, voor een hondje 20€ extra maar ze verzorgen niets, geen drinkbak, niets… voor die prijzen mogen ze toch wel wat meer moeite doen. |Drank in de bar is ook vreselijk duur. Het Resto hebben we daarom ook niet gedaan.|Ze vragen plots ook 100€ waarborg, nog nooit meegemaakt. Ik voel me gediscrimineerd !!!|De bedden zijn hard en er is veel lawaai. Betreffende het uitzicht gaven ze ons de slechtste kamer van het hele hotel, we hielden de gordijnen dan mr dicht.|Bij uitchecken willen ze ons 2 nachten aanrekenen… gelukkig heb ik een bevestigingsmail, dan discussie over het ontbijt, wat we niet hebben genuttigd en dan over de taks ???? 18€ ipv 5,7€ Ik wordt hier niet goed van. |Sorry maar ik kan niets positiefs vermelden.|Dus “never” “nooit meer” nog niet als het gratis is !!!

Hotel situato strategicamente a Digione. Parcheggio riservato, camere belle e pulitissime. Davanti all'hotel c'è fermara di un tram/metro che ti porta direttamente on centro. Biglietteria alla pensilina. L'hotel è a fianco di un notevole centro commerciale che offre anche una vasta scelta in termini di negozi e ristorazione. Il supermercato ha uno spazio dedicato ai prodotti tipici della Borgogna.

Dit hotel valt heel erg tegen. Kamer was bloedheet (mei), airco deed het niet want het aircosysteem gaf aan dat de filter vervangen moet worden. Dit wijst op slecht onderhoud. Geen ene hulp vanuit het hotel (niet eens aanbod voor ventilator of iets dergelijks).
Slecht onderhoud zie je ook aan de rest van het hotel. Buitenkant heeft überhaupt al lange tijd geen glazenwasser gezien. Ramen hebben onderhoud nodig. Binnen is het ook niet best. Badkamer mag restyling hebben. Douchegordijn kan echt niet meer. Laden van je auto kost 10 euro
per uur. Cappuccino is 8 euro!!
Helaas, kan echt een hotel zijn wat het geld waard is. Dat is het momenteel niet.

Op de heenweg van onze vakantie hadden we Holiday Inn Express Dijon. En dat hotel is veel beter en het geld waard!

We upgraded for a pool view room. From the 6th floor pool view room, it only looks at the air conditioning on the roof of building across. Bar prices are expensive. Set menu at evening meal was not value for money, as we were still hungry afterwards. Staff were clearing tabies around us at 9pm, in preparation for breakfast, it felt very uncomfortable, and rushed, even though they serve till 10:30pm.
No spare pillows in the wardrobe. Only one complimentary plastic bottle of water, for two people.
The bathroom was dirty and well worn. Would not recommend room 619. Toiletries appeared to be diluted.

Je vais commencer par les points positifs, le personnel très agréable et très à l’écoute. Nous étions entre amies lors d’un week end chargé pour eux donc je considère que c’est encore plus de mérite. La literie des chambres sont très confortables. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé. Encore une fois je réitère ma sympathie pour le personnel au restaurant et au bar. Mais comment peut on manger aussi mauvais dans un restaurant !!! Et en plus à des prix pas donnés !!! Je vous déconseille le steak tartare, je pense aussi que personne n’a dit au cuisinier que l huile de la friteuse se changeait… et le petit déjeuner …les oeufs brouillés…est ce de vrais oeufs ou ceux en poudre…la viennoiseries …prenez du pain c est mieux. Donc dommage dommage…autre chose je comprends qu en avril la piscine n’est pas chauffée mais pour l image de l’hôtel nettoyez les alentours…et le spa..nous avons renoncé. Si cet avis peut être utile à la direction de l’hôtel pour faire un effort culinaire…vous êtes en bourgogne quand même.

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which really set a positive tone for our stay. It was such a relief to be able to settle in and freshen up after our journey without having to wait. The room itself was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the better ones we've slept in during our travels—and there was plenty of space around the room to neatly store our belongings, which made it easy to keep things tidy.||The only drawback for me personally was the noise at night. I’m normally a deep sleeper, but I found myself waking up several times due to sounds from outside or possibly other rooms. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case.||On a positive note, the staff were mostly wonderful—friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever we had a question or needed something. Their warm demeanor really made us feel welcome.||All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back. With just a little improvement in soundproofing, this place would be close to perfect.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung okay. Sauber, aber teils auch renovierungsbedürftig. Mit 165€ für Familienzimmer eigentlich zu teuer.
Safe ging nicht aufgrund leerer Batterie. Rezeption war nicht imstande dies kurzfristig zu lösen.

Arrivée plutôt correcte et sympathique à l’accueil .|Mais une fois dans la chambre celle ci sentait le tabac et la porte de salle de bain claquait !|Pour ce qui est du spa nous nous sommes bien détendu, il est agréable !|Pour le restaurant réservé à 20h30 arrivé à 45 en s’excusant mais reçu froidement et le repas servi froidement également, dommage pour la relation client !|Pour ce qui est du menu week end desk pas mal dans l’ensemble un peu trop de moutarde et d acidité à mon goût le reste est plutôt pas mal!

Hôtel correct, certainement pas 4 étoiles. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont fonctionnelles mais vieilles, elles ont besoin d'être rénovées. Salle de petit déjeuner plus récente et plus agréable. La télévision s'est allumée automatiquement à 3 heures du matin à plusieurs reprises, l'explication de la réception est que parfois d'autres clients programment cela comme une blague... cela n'a pas semblé les déranger particulièrement quand je leur ai raconté l'histoire... Je ne renouvellerais pas l'expérience.
