Bryce (pronounced "Breece") is the best! I hope this humble review finds its way to his eyes and ears. Hospitality is a universal language and it is one that is treasured wherever I find it. We stayed for four nights with a group tour and from the very first moment we arrived until we left, we felt seen and cared for by Bryce. He loves what he does and you can feel that. How you are received and guided while staying in a new place to you is so very important. Bryce is special. He's here for a reason and we're so happy to have had the chance to meet him. It was "serendipitous." :) Until next time, Bryce! Keep doing what you do how you do. This lovely hotel is blessed to have you representing them and extending authentic care to their guests.

3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel pour un peu de tourisme dijonnais, et c'était une superbe expérience. Merci aux équipes pour leur accueil, pour la qualité des chambres, des petit-déjeuners et des repas !

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Dijon à pied, accessible depuis la gare en seulement 15 minutes à pied.

Stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be an excellent choice. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms (standard and privilege) were well equipped with water, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, decent rainfall shower etc. and very clean. The aircon was great - efficient and quiet, which was much appreciated in the recent 35C+ temperatures. The room was very quiet.||Selecting a room is really important. The standard rooms are extremely small - barely large enough for one person, but with everything you might need. Suitable for an overnight stay when you're not planning on spending too much time in the room, probably. Privilege rooms are available in both the modern block and the old building and are considerably larger than the standard rooms. The rooms in the old building are beautiful, but can only be accessed by a fairly steep stone spiral staircase. Privilege rooms in the modern block are easily accessible and just as comfortable. If you're happy with the stone spiral staircase, then the old building might be great, but do be careful to check and specify when making your booking.||The hotel is based around an old historic building with some really interesting features (including the courtyard). There's also a good seating area with parasols in the garden joining the old buildings with the new modern block - the staff are very happy to talk about the history of the hotel.||About a 5-10 minute walk to central Dijon and main attractions.||I'd definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend

J’avais fait par inadvertance une double réservation à 2 mois d’intervalle n’ayant pas reçu un mail de confirmation de ma première réservation. La direction m’a fait régler 2 chambres alors que je n’en ai utilisé qu’une. Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir et ne m’ont même pas accordé une remise de la deuxième chambre. Je trouve cela inacceptable.

Établissement de qualité bien localisé pour visiter le vieux Dijon. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, attention à la réservation il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans la partie ancienne. Toutes les commodités disponibles: restaurant intérieur ou dans une belle terrasse extérieure, bar lounge. Parking public au tarif raisonnable juste en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est professionnel et très serviable. Une adresse à retenir.

The staff are all fluent in French and English (maybe more, I’m not sure). They are friendly and super helpful. They can When I asked about using an iron for my wrinkled dress shirt, I was told the iron was temporarily misplaced and the receptionist would look for it and worst case scenario, I could use her personal iron. It turned out to be unnecessary as the iron was soon found. The extra mile mentality was very touching and much appreciated.

We stayed here two nights during our stay in Dijon, and we loved it. The hotel is very nice and clean, and it has a lot of character. Bryce greeted us on check in and even carried our bags to our room. He was very warm and helpful! We had wine and charcuterie in the bar, and breakfast each morning. All of it was delicious. Our room was very nice and clean. The hotel is also in a great location for enjoying Dijon.

Perfect pit stop on our way to St Tropez - clean, comfortable, excellent location in the Old Town and parking in the courtyard.
Charlie on reception was brilliant and tremendously helpful - really did ‘get things done’. Will certainly come back.

We kwamen een nachtje logeren bij Philippe Le Bon tijdens een doorreis. We werden erg vriendelijk onthaald door de man van de receptie, die vloeiend Frans en Engels sprak. Hij legde ons uit waar we nog wat konden vinden om te eten en gaf nog mee dat we hem altijd mochten aanspreken indien hij ergens mee kon helpen. De kamer was compact, maar alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, inclusief (gevulde) mini-bar. Ook de extra’s, zoals water, koffie, thee, wattenstaafjes en nagelvijl waren voorzien, want dit is tegenwoordig ook niet altijd meer vanzelfsprekend. Parkeren kon bij het hotel zelf, maar de plaatsen zijn beperkt en klein. Tegenover het hotel is een publieke parking, Saint Anne. Breng ook zeker eens een bezoekje aan de bar van het hotel!

Mine forventninger var høje.. har besøgt hotellet for år tilbage.|Hotellets placering i Dijon er super…det er det positive jeg kan sige nu.|Det er åbenbart blevet renoveret.. og det har kun gjort det uden sjæl.|Vores værelse er dårligt indrettet… næsten ingen garderobe… og næsten ingen plads til de kufferter, der så må indeholde vores tøj lagt sammen….|Personalet er upersonlige..ikke særlig hjælpsomme..||Vores udsigt er ind i en gård og ind i et stort træ|Vinduerne er møgbeskidte|Sidste gang på dette hotel… der findes mange andre.

Vi har boet på flere hoteller undervejs alle perfekte. Så vi glædede os til gensyn med hotel Philip Le Bon - men er blevet slemt skuffet ???? og det er endog klart det dyreste sted vi har booket! Sidst vi var her nød vi opholdet - men hold da op en skuffelse det er nu. Det er et lille trangt værelse med udsigt ud i et træ og en væg, der er ingen krus til tandbørster, stort set ingen tøj-plads, kun 2 kaffe-kapsler, småt indeklemt badeværelse, ingen plads til at åbne kufferter, etc. Plus for hotellet er beliggenheden (og restauranten). Mon ikke der er andre hoteller der ligger lige så godt?

Great hotel in the centre of Dijon. We only had one night here but it was fabulous. I booked it as had a secure car park - as others have mentioned it’s a tight squeeze but our BMW 5 series made it in and out safely. The hotel is lovely. It’s very stylish and crisp. Decor is simple and feels luxurious. Our room was small but had everything we needed . The shower was amazing, much needed after our long car journey. The staff were very helpful. I always try to speak French but they were all proficient in English so it made it all easier. Particular thanks to Brice who called me to explain exactly where to park as I had been trying to figure it out ahead of time. He was very pleasant and helpful - even cleaning our windscreen before we set off . I would certainly recommend this place and as Dijon is so nice w will return . I didn’t try the bar or restaurant so cannot comment but it looks nice.

Mariage célébré le 17 mai à la maison Philippe Lebon . Merci à Mathilde pour son efficacité, nous avons eu un mariage à la hauteur de nos espérances et bien plus encore. Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Service was excellent and location also very good to wander the streets of Dijon. Dog friendly too which was a plus for us. We are thinking of staying another night once we travel back through as we enjoyed it so much.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt. Alles ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auf gutem französischen Niveau. Sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank.

La Chambre était conforme à notre réservation.Le mini-bar à disposition gratuitement, bien que très simple , est une initiative appréciable. Le personnel Chemita, Geoffrey et Brice : compétents , serviables et très aimables.||Le dimanche 20 avril ,la chambre n'était toujours pas faite à 15 h 45 ! ||Le petit- déjeuner est médiocre : charcuterie entrée de gamme, viennoiserie industrielle ( pourtant spécifiée en provenance d'un boulanger). Jus d'orange chimique. Seuls le pain et le café étaient satisfaisants. ||A plus de 200 € la nuit, on attend mieux !

Idéalement situé dans Dijon (à quelques centaines de mètres du vieux centre), c'est un établissement paisible où il fait bon séjourner.|La literie y est confortable, les chambres calme, le restaurant plaisant et le petit-déjeuner très agréable et relativement complet.|Mes seuls bémols sont la taille de la chambre (que j'ai trouvé fort étroite) et l'absence d'une douche italienne (je suis pas fan des baignoires avec pommeaux de douche mais on fait avec)|Point positif ; parking public payant (où il y a toujours de la place) juste en face à 11 eur/ls 24h.

Nous avons célébrer notre mariage au sein de cet établissement en avril 2025 et n'aurions pas pu espérer mieux. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. En plus d'un lieu somptueux, le personnel a su s'adapter à nos demandes spécifiques et à transformer cette journée en un rêve éveillé.
Je recommande sans hésiter, pour quelque occasion que ce soit, ce lieu au charme bourguignon et aux mets delicats et raffinés qui sont proposés.
Un grand merci aux équipes et particulièrement à Mathilde et Ludo.

An absolutely perfect stay with such fantastic friendly and helpful staff! We stayed for one night during our trip to our ski trip and loved the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful courtyard and had an incredible meal in the restaurant. |We then had trouble with our car and the reception staff were so helpful to us . We got back on our way and the team even phoned us to check that we were back en route safely! We felt very welcome and will definitely return. Many many thanks for all your help!

A lovely and unexpected jewel in Dijon. The hotel was recently renovated, and the room we had was large and quite well appointed, with a comfortable bed and good linens. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the grounds are lovely.||The hotel restaurant is a tremendous value, and well worth a visit.
